Hi everybody,

you can now read AA Michael's latest message as channeled by Ronna Herman. It is called "The hidden secret of the ages" and in which AA Michael speaks about Love.
Among other things he speaks of how we must first learn to love ourselves before we can learn to love others.
He also speaks about clearing away all that hinders us from being our true selves and how we should learn to concentrate on what is right about ourselves instead of concentrating on what is wrong.

Remember the Ascension is on

Hi everybody,

the energies are strong - and are getting stronger all the time - and we keep ajusting to them. Try to drink a lot of pure water, eat as clean food as possible and keep it simple, listen to your body and remember to rest as much as you can. Keep a positive mindset, be in joy and be the Love and Light that you are.

It is a little like waiting for entrance to someone's office - in this case the higher dimensions - the yellow light indicates that you are waiting and soon the green light is on.

Think positively and remember that the Ascension IS on. Even though we may not see much outer changes yet there is much going on all the time for the betterment of all.
