Remember the Ascension is on

Hi everybody,

the energies are strong - and are getting stronger all the time - and we keep ajusting to them. Try to drink a lot of pure water, eat as clean food as possible and keep it simple, listen to your body and remember to rest as much as you can. Keep a positive mindset, be in joy and be the Love and Light that you are.

It is a little like waiting for entrance to someone's office - in this case the higher dimensions - the yellow light indicates that you are waiting and soon the green light is on.

Think positively and remember that the Ascension IS on. Even though we may not see much outer changes yet there is much going on all the time for the betterment of all.
