Greetings,
We are the Arcturians here to give you more information regarding the recovery of your multidimensional creativity. Whenever your consciousness expands into the higher dimensions, as well as into the cellular consciousness of your personal and planetary Self, your perceptions have a correlate expansion. Since the reality you perceive is the reality you experience, this shift in perceptions creates an ever-increasing alteration in your actions.
Your consciousness is based on the collective energy pattern of your thoughts and emotions. Basically, loving thoughts and emotions expand your consciousness into a growing confidence in your ability to create your own life. Conversely, fearful thoughts and emotions contract your consciousness more and more towards survival. When your consciousness is based on survival, your perceptions are limited to what is vital for you to get through the day.
On the other hand, when your consciousness is expanded into a wider spectrum of possible creations, your perceptions search all reality like a child in a toy store. With myriad possible ways to be creative, as well as the many worlds in which you can be creative, your actions are on joyful alert for the next great expression of your ever-expanding Self.
This expansion of your Self calls upon the countless versions of reality available to your multidimensional consciousness. Hence, it is not a matter of how to manifest, as manifestation will be as natural as breathing. The further your consciousness expands beyond the limitations of the third dimensional illusion, the more you return to the infinite creativity of your Multidimensional Self.
There are many versions of the Ascension process, but we will focus on the NOW of Earth’s Ascension, as it is unique indeed. Dear Gaia, brave Being that She is, is attempting to ascend her planet and ALL its inhabitants with only minimal harm to her planetary body or any of her inhabitants. Humans present the greatest challenge as they have fallen into separation consciousness. Fortunately, humans are slowly but surely returning to unity consciousness.
As the higher Light enters the chakras, this process of return to unity is greatly amplified. We have spoken before of the effects of the higher Light on your chakras. We will now speak about how the calibration of your chakras to the higher Light will transform your consciousness, perceptions, actions and manifestations. We will begin each chakra by reminding you of the transmutations of each chakra that we spoke of in our last meeting.

First Chakra Transmutations

Function and Area of the Body: The higher Light transmutes your first chakra to serve as the third grounding prong to ground your changing Earth vessel into the Earth.
Nerve Plexus: As the higher Light enters the nerve plexus for this chakra, it is calibrated to the expanding frequencies of Earth. Then you can remain in alignment with Gaia while the people and planet prepare the foundation of fifth dimensional New Earth.
Endocrine System: Your adrenal glands slowly become accustomed to a new frequency so that you do not go into Fight/Flight response with every download.
As the above changes occur in your first chakra your consciousness expands beyond third-dimensional survival consciousness and into the beginnings of unity consciousness. When you are no longer fighting through the myriad challenges of daily life you can take some time to “smell the roses” and experience yourself as a member of the planet. With this introduction to planetary consciousness, your sense of Self begins to encompass the world in which you live.
Your perceptions are free of the constant vigilance of what you have to do and shift into who you want to be. With this freedom to just be, all your five senses become amplified. Since you are a member of your reality rather than a victim of it, your sensory perceptions become amplified.
Finally, you have “time” to feel the air, smell the flowers, hear the birds, look up into the treetops and speak to yourself and others with calm respect. These perceptions were always there, but you were too focused on your survival needs to realize the beauty of your daily life. This amplified experience of unity with your environment creates an inner peace that discovers creative solutions for your encounters with 3D life.
Therefore, your actions are stepping forward rather than hiding or retreating. You may not know what you are stepping into, but you are feeling the courage to do so. Bit-by-bit you begin to take charge of your life, which increasingly includes the planet which has offered you the opportunity of a third dimensional experience.
As your relationship with all life increases, you become more careful about what products you use in your garden, who you support with your buying dollars and how you are contributing to a new version of reality that you are beginning to believe just may be possible. You may not yet be aware of New Earth, but the seed of renewal has been planted inside of you. Thus you are gaining increasing courage to move forward in your life, not as who you should be, but as your emerging greater Self.
This confidence creates a positive attitude for the life you are beginning to love. You have more love-based thoughts and emotions, which unite to create thought forms based on opportunity and creativity. Since you are stronger within yourself, you are more centered within your core. Because of this, you are manifesting versions of reality that you once believed were “too good” for you.

Second Chakra Transmutations

Function and Area of the Body: The higher Light will prepare your second chakra for your rebirth and the vast changes that will occur due to the transmutation of yourself, your family and your society, as well as new concepts of money and systems of compensation.
Nerve Plexus: This nerve plexus represents your core, which is increasingly merging with the core of Earth, as well as with the core of your Multidimensional Self.
Endocrine System: Your polarized identity as male or female shifts into the androgynous version of your Lightbody.
Your consciousness is escalating to include images of a greater expression of your Self in a world that you have been a part of creating. Your relationships with family either improve, or you forgive and move on from family members who lower your consciousness. You may not know that it is your higher state of consciousness that is making you feel so much better, but you are becoming more and more protective this new “feeling” that is filling your being.
Because you are maintaining higher states of consciousness for longer periods of “time,” you are having perceptions of your reality that you never had before. Your flowers tell you when they are thirsty. You begin to understand what your pets are saying, and you can more easily read your emotions and the emotions of others. You are beginning to hear the phone before it rings and your child calling you before a word is spoken. A small inner voice is beginning to whisper to you when you are quiet enough to hear it.
Because you can see the “effect” of a “cause” before it happens your actions are becoming focused on prevention rather than resolution. Since you are no longer “putting out fires,” you have more leisure time to think before you act. You are also willing to investigate the real reason, rather than the excuse, for your actions.
Because you are becoming more reflective, the inner voice is more audible and often advises you regarding your best course of action. Also, your actions are no longer dictated by gender. You are feeling completeness within your Being which encompasses both your male and female attributes.
Actions feel more like manifestations as you are feeling a growing connection with a greater YOU who is assisting you as you move through life. You are beginning to fully discern the difference between a fear-based thought and emotion and thoughts and emotions that are based on Love. You are beginning to feel as if you have an inner partner who is teaching you a greater awareness of your Self.

Third Chakra Transmutations

Function and Area of the Body: This chakra is the power center of your physical body and functions as either power-over or power-within.
Nerve Plexus: Your solar plexus is your own inner Sun that shines your inner power into your reality. Thus, the higher Light will amplify your inner power and free you from the cycle of victim/victimizer.
Endocrine System: Since your body will now be focusing on digesting the higher Light, lower frequency foods will become indigestible and hopefully stricken from your diet.
Your consciousness is quickly expanding as you find your power-within. You are increasingly making your own decisions with your primary advisor being your inner Self. People are beginning to recognize your inner strength, and you are taking on more and more responsibility. You are feeling your innate leadership abilities, and others are coming to you for advice and guidance.
Fortunately, your increasing perceptions are guiding you to differentiate those who are sincere in their desire for assistance and those who only drain your energy with their constant complaints. You are becoming increasing telepathic and your thinking is becoming so acute that you can integrate and use huge amounts of information both from reading and from your insightful perceptions of situations, groups, persons and situations. Because of your increasing charisma many people want to be with you. However, you often find that you deeply enjoy your own company instead.
Your inner directions are primarily guiding your actions  and you find that you are less reactive every day. Where as once you would react, you are now able to think first, assess the situation, and respond in a calm, centered way.
Because of this attitude, your manifestations are even surprising you. Your power to manifest your thoughts and emotions is becoming very apparent. Because you do not fall into being a “victim” when things do not go your way, you are able to step back and calmly assess how you are the creator of each “problem.” Because you are able to admit how you have created your challenges, you are now able to fully accept that you are the creator of the positive aspects of your life. Hence your fear of failure is greatly diminished and you are able to take greater and greater risks with your creative ideas.

Fourth Chakra Transmutations

Function and Area of the Body: Your heart and lungs work together to feed you cells oxygen and glucose. As the higher Light continually enters your system, your cell’s bodies begin to crave Light rather than glucose. This transition of cellular food is the first stage of becoming a Lightbody.
Nerve Plexux: Just as your physical heart runs your physical body by distributing blood throughout your system, your High Heart runs your Lightbody by distributing higher Light through your system.
Endocrine System: Once your High Heart has taken superiority over your human heart, new forms of healing and transmutation will be revealed in your daily life.
The download of Unconditional Love expands your consciousness exponentially. However, this Unconditional Love also accelerates your transmutation process to set you on a roller coaster of mental, emotional and physical highs and lows. You are having these experiences because the higher Light that raises your consciousness also reveals all thoughts, emotions, behaviors and physical maladies that must be healed and released to facilitate your transition into your Self.
Simultaneously, your perceptions of reality are expanding into your multidimensional perceptions. Hence, your vision is becoming clairvoyance, your hearing is becoming clairaudience, your sense of smell is becoming clairsentience, your sense of touch is becoming telekinesis, your communications are becoming more telepathic, and your empathy, instincts and intuition are becoming stronger every day. You are also having precognitive experiences, and moments of illumination.

With your new perception of reality more and more of your actions stem from your higher expressions of Self rather than your ego. You ego is relegated to the care and maintenance of your physical Earth vessel, except when old ego issues come up to be transmuted. Your interactions with life are greatly changed as you are no longer the “human” that you once believed you were. Communications with your Galactic, Celestial and Ascended Self enter your meditations, dreams, imagination and even your daily life.
You are beginning to realize that you are not just your body. Instead, you are the consciousness that enlivens the physical expression of your Multidimensional Self. Therefore, your manifestations are no longer a function of your personal desire, but of your commitment to fulfill the “reason for your incarnation.” Meanwhile, your High Heart is increasingly connecting with your Third Eye to allow mini-miracles to become a common part of your day.

Fifth Chakra Transmutations

Function and Area of the Body: As your heart and mind become your Heart/Mind, your throat chakra serves as the connection for your opened Third Eye and your High Heart.
Nerve Plexux: As your communications are becoming telepathic and empathic your tone of voice, posture of your shoulders and movement of your arms give a clearer meaning of your communications.
Endocrine System: As the multidimensional Light integrates into your physical form, your thyroid gland is called upon to maintain a faster, yet steady, pace for the higher resonance of the physical form you are wearing.
Your consciousness is returning to its true multidimensional state. Your throat chakra becomes the go-between and connecting force between your opened Third Eye and your High Heart. You are no longer limited to third dimensional consciousness and are daily remembering more about your true Self. Fulfilling your mission is becoming more important than fulfilling your personal needs. In fact, your personal Self is only one small component of your great, Multidimensional Self.
Your perceptions are becoming multidimensional messages in the form of Light Language. Hence, you are constantly seeking to ground these higher frequency communications so that you can translate this Light Language into third dimensional forms of communication that can be understood by humans. As your throat chakra continues to merge your Third Eye with your High Heart, you are beginning to think from your heart and feel from your mind.
Your actions are no longer arising from your ego-needs but are now being initiated in response to inner communications from the higher dimensions and/or the core of Gaia. You are becoming increasingly detached from the result of your actions, as they no longer arise from your ego. You are beginning to remember your past, alternate, parallel and higher dimensional expressions of Self, which assists you to release your attachment to the dramas of your third dimensional reality.
Your manifestations come not from you, but through you. You are beginning to realize that your Earth vessel is merely an anchor point of your great Multidimensional Self who is wearing a 3D form in order to better assist Gaia. Hence, your personal needs are allocated to your greater Self so that you are not distracted from your reason for embodiment. Your physical form is perceived as the vessel through which your Multidimensional Self can assist with planetary Ascension.

Sixth/Seventh Chakra Transmutations

Function and Area of the Body The pineal of the seventh chakra pulls the higher Light into your Earth vessel and sends it to your pituitary gland of the sixth chakra to be distributed to your entire body via your chakra system.
Nerve Plexus: The nerve plexus for these two chakras is the physical brain for the unenlightened and the Cosmic Brain for the enlightened.
Endocrine System: As your pineal and pituitary glands merge to become your Opened Third Eye, you perceive frequencies of reality far beyond the third dimension.
With the merging of your Crown and Brow Chakra, your consciousness has expanded from Planetary Consciousness, into Galactic Consciousness and Cosmic Consciousness. You are in constant contact with higher expressions of your Self, as well as the Commander on your Starship, Galactic Beings such as the Arcturians, Pleiadian, Sirian etc., as well as Ascended Masters, Elohim and members of the Angelic Kingdom. In fact, you are realizing that all these Beings are expressions of your Cosmic Consciousness and Multidimensional Self.
Hence, your perceptions are becoming increasingly multidimensional, which can be quite challenging. “Which reality is the real reality?” you ask. Your Higher Self lovingly replies, “All of them!” Hence, reality becomes a choice of perception and the life that YOU have created.
Your actions are a reflection of your expanding consciousness, and you seek to “Live your Mission.” Your actions are no longer defined by what you have to do. Instead, the community of your Multidimensional Self determines your actions and passes it on to you, the pilot of your Earth vessel. You still hold a physical form so you must take care of daily chores, pay your bills and go to work. However, these obligations are merely things that you perceive as a component of the 3D Game that you still play and are learning/remembering to master.
Manifestation is constant and ongoing, as you now know that every thought and emotion will be manifested in your daily life. You are remembering to be a Master over the illusions of the third dimension. You see your physical reality as an assignment that you volunteered to take. You are wearing an Earth vessel just as other beings are wearing the form of a dolphin or a tree. Hence, your world is alive, and no creature is of more important than the next.

Summary

You may think that people with this degree of Self-realization would live in eternal bliss, but that is seldom the case. You are all transmuting your body, your consciousness, your society and your planet while living, working and playing in an ever-changing world. Since you realize that you are the creator of your reality, you have no one to blame for your problems. You are living on “an island of your Self” and acknowledge that every “problem” is a lesson that is vital for your personal and planetary Ascension.
You can share your true Self with only a few, if any, of your friends and family. Therefore, you often feel isolated or may often doubt your Self. Fortunately, when you take time to meditate and commune with the higher expressions of your Multidimensional Self you are able to feel Unconditional Love, bliss and joy. These moments reaffirm your identity and give you comfort and information for your continued journey back to myriad components of your Multidimensional Self.
Meanwhile, your physical form is continually transmuting while you are living in it. Fortunately, you are working closely with Gaia and are deeply connected to Her planetary consciousness.
However, if you are looking for safety and security you will only find it within your own heart and the hearts of your Loved Ones. In fact, living in a state of Unconditional Love, which must be continually replenished from the higher dimensions, is the secret to finding peace and happiness in this time of chaos that precedes great change.
We remind each and every one of you that you are ALL Multidimensional Beings in different stages of awakening. You are immensely courageous to take on this mission, and we of the higher frequencies of reality are guiding you and cheering you across the final stretch of a very long adventure in polarity and separation.

Greetings From The Arcturians

We return to continue our information about the Alchemy of Creation. Since you are now deeply into your process of returning to a conscious alignment Multidimensional Self, your creative powers are greatly increasing. Furthermore, since beloved Earth has returned to Her alignment with the Galactic Center, Gaia and all her inhabitants are able to receive and download extremely high frequencies of Light.
This higher Light creates a constant flow of Multidimensional and Unconditional Love into your Sun and into Gaia’s body of Earth. As this cosmic, Multidimensional Light gradually downloads from the higher dimensions, it enters the light network of your fifth-dimensional Lightbody, your fourth-dimensional astral body and your Etheric body, which is slightly above your physical resonance. The Etheric body serves as the interface between the physical and astral body.
Since this Light is Multidimensional, even though it first enters your physical form via your Pineal Gland, it is then dispersed into the chakras. Each chakra is calibrated to a certain frequency of Light. Therefore, the higher Light is dispersed to each chakra according to the frequency of that chakra. In this manner, each chakra receives the healing and transmutation that is consistent with the purpose of each chakra.

Grounding The Light

It is vital that this higher Light be grounded in the body of Gaia before it is distributed to your chakras. You would not plug in a powerful oven without a third grounding prong or it could short circuit the electricity of the house. In the same manner, it is important to first ground the higher Light into Gaia. A way to ground this Light is to:

• Visualize yourself as a speck of light within the core of your brain.
• Look up to see the pineal gland of your Crown Chakra just above you to see the higher Light entering that chakra.
• Allow the higher Light to enter your Brow Chakra, and look forward to see through your Opened Third Eye. How does your world appear when you see it through your Third Eye?
• Now, look down from the core of your brain to see the long corridor of your spinal cord. Allow yourself to float into this corridor.
• As you float past your Throat Chakra, pause for a moment to look at the world through this chakra. How does reality appear through the frequency of this chakra?
• Continue your journey down into your Heart Chakra. How does your life appear through the frequency of your Heart Chakra?
• Float down into your Solar Plexus Chakra. How does your reality appear through this frequency?
• Continue into your Navel Chakra. How do you perceive your world through this frequency?
• As you enter your Root Chakra at the base of your spine you see Gaia’s body of Earth. How grounded in Gaia are you at this moment?

To fully ground yourself into Gaia’s planetary body, think of your favorite place in Nature and see yourself surrounded by that area. It is from this location that you will journey down into the Core of Gaia’s form. Move through Her Crust, Upper Mantle, Lower Mantle, Outer Core and deep into Her Inner Core.
Take the Core of your Essence and wrap it around Gaia’s Inner Core. Feel how you, people and planet, are ONE Being. As you merge your First Chakra with Gaia Her fourth dimensional Elementals of Gnomes, Sylphs, Salamanders, and Undines intermingle with the third dimensional elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water to calm your adrenal glands and assist you to remain within your own center core.

Moving Up The Chakras

From the Core of Gaia, you move up through Gaia’s Inner Core, through Her Outer Core, past Her Lower Mantle and Her Upper Mantle and exit through Her Crust. Feel the grounded higher Light as it moves through your feet, up your legs and into your First chakra.
As this grounded higher Light moves up your spinal cord, it is dispensed to each chakra. As this grounded, higher Light enters each chakra the function and area of the body for that chakra, the nerve plexus for that chakra, as well as the endocrine gland for that chakra are gradually transmuted.
The lowest frequency/dimension of higher Light moves into your First Chakra.

First Chakra Transmutations

The higher Light will prepare your second chakra for your rebirth and the vast changes that will occur due to the transmutation of yourself, your family and your society. It will also prepare you for a new concept regarding money and different systems of compensation based on the balance of energy out is energy back.
Nerve Plexus: This nerve plexus represents your Hara Center, which is the core of your balance within your physical and emotional life. This core will begin to expand to encompass core of the Earth and the core of your Multidimensional Self.
Endocrine System: Your polarized identity as male or female shifts into the androgynous versions of your Lightbody. Hence, your female hormones will expand outward beyond reproduction of a child into reproduction of a new reality, while the male hormones will turn more inward to send the seed of new life into yourself. Remember, that women have male hormones and men have female hormones, but at a much lower percentage. This separation will increasingly diminish as both genders create the balance of male and female hormones within their Earth vessels.
The next octave of Multidimensional Light will be dispersed into your third chakra.

Third Chakra Transmutations

Function and Area of the Body: Your third chakra is between your second chakra and the base of your rib cage. This chakra is the power center of your physical body and functions as either power-over or power-within. As you consciously begin to commune with the higher Light, you will begin to remember your innate power-within. Then, you will no longer allow yourself to be a victim. Will you face this challenge by activating your power-within or will you seek the revenge of power-over?
Nerve Plexux: Your solar plexus is your own inner Sun that shines your inner power into your reality. Thus, the higher Light will amplify your inner power and free you from the cycle of victim/victimizer. As your inner Sun glows stronger and brighter your power within will reveal and release hidden thoughts of fear or victimization. Hence, you will no longer create those scenarios, as you will know that you are powerful and find no need to become involved the 3D Game of power-over.
Endocrine System: Your pancreas is the hormone that has to do with digestion of food, information and energy. Hence, your intake of food will greatly change as any dense or difficult to digest foods will interfere with your more important task of digesting and distributing the higher Light. Since your body will now be focusing on digesting the higher Light, lower frequency foods will become indigestible and hopefully stricken from your diet. Also, with the intake of higher Light you will begin to crave vast amounts of pure water to regulate and cool your system.
The next octave of Multidimensional Light will be dispersed into your fourth chakra.

Fourth Chakra Transmutations

Function and Area of the Body: The fourth chakra rules your heart and lungs and has the ability to run energy through your arms and hands. Your heart and lungs work to together to feed your cells oxygen-enriched glucose. As the higher Light continually enters your system, your cells bodies begin to crave Light rather than glucose. This transition of cellular food is the first stage of becoming a Lightbody.
Nerve Plexus: Your heart plexus is intermingled with your High Heart. Just as your physical heart runs your physical body by distributing blood throughout your system, your High Heart runs your Lightbody by distributing higher Light through your system. Since the highest frequency of Light is Unconditional Love, your High Heart distributes Unconditional Love through your system.
Endocrine System: The thymus gland of your fourth chakra rules your immune system and is the source of all the physical, emotional, mental and dimensional healing. Since Unconditional Love is the healing force of the Multiverse, once your High Heart has taken superiority over your human heart new forms of healing and transmutation will be revealed in your daily life.
The next octave of Multidimensional Light will be dispersed into your fifth chakra.

Fifth Chakra Transmutations

Function and Area of the Body: Your fifth chakra is your throat center, which is the center of communication via your physical voice and ears. As your heart and mind become the Heart/Mind of your High Heart, your throat chakra serves as the waylay device connecting your opened Third Eye and your High Heart.
Nerve Plexus: The throat chakra is ruled by the laryngeal plexus, which rules your throat, shoulders, arms and voice. Hence, your tone of voice, posture of your shoulders and movement of your arms will begin to give a clearer meaning of your communications than your words. This transmutation prepares you to communicate via telepathy, empathy and communing, which is the norm for higher dimensional realities.
Endocrine System: Your fifth chakra is ruled by your thyroid gland, which sets the pace/timing of your entire system. Hence, as the Multidimensional Light begins to integrate into your physical form your thyroid gland is called upon to maintain a steady pace for this higher resonance throughout your entire body.
The next octave of Multidimensional Light will be dispersed into your sixth chakra and the octave beyond that is your seventh chakra. Since your sixth chakra, pituitary gland, and your seventh chakra, pineal gland, work in unity to create your opened Third Eye, we will look at both of these chakras at once.

Sixth/Seventh Chakra Transmutations

Function and Area of the Body: Your sixth chakra is based at your forehead and your seventh is based at the top of your head. These two chakras work together. The pineal gland of the seventh chakra pulls the higher Light into your Earth vessel and sends it to your pituitary gland. The pituitary gland of your sixth chakra is the Master Gland that distributes this higher Light throughout your entire body. This distribution is based on matching the frequency of Light with the frequency of each chakra.
Nerve Plexus: The nerve plexus for these two chakras is the physical brain for the unenlightened and the Cosmic Brain for the enlightened. Your physical brain cares for all the needs of your physical life, whereas your Cosmic Brain cares for your Multidimensional life. It is via your Cosmic Brain that you receive communications (often known as channels) from your expressions of your Self in the higher dimensions of reality.
Endocrine System: While you are unenlightened your pineal and pituitary glands work together as separate partners. However, as the pineal and pituitary gland merge to become your Opened Third Eye, you perceive frequencies of reality far beyond the third dimensions. Then you know that you are not your body. Instead, you realize that you are wearing an Earth vessel, which is the lowest frequency expression of your Multidimensional Self.

Transmuting Your Earth Vessel

Once you remember that you are a wondrous Multidimensional Being you begin the amazing journey of personal and planetary transmutation. In fact, this journey is likely the reason for your present incarnation. At this point, all the physical laws of separation, polarity, limitation and illusion are transmuted into a higher frequency of expression. For example:

• Separation is transmuted into Unity
• Polarity is transmuted into Convergence
• Limitation is transmuted into Abundance
• Illusion is transmuted into Truth

You will also remember that you are among those who volunteered to be a prototype of transmutation of form into a higher frequency of expression. In this manner, you can assist with the transmutation of your entire reality. Your greatest challenge is that you will undergo this personal transmutation while you inhabit the form that is transmuting. This process is similar to totally remodeling your house with a new roof, new floor, new plumbing, new electricity etc. while you are living within this house/body.
In order for a species, or a planet, to transmute forms without destruction of the previous form, it must be inhabited by an advanced consciousness that can communicate with its higher expressions of Self, as well as the cellular consciousness of the transmuting form. Most of you do not remember that you volunteered for this adventure, but knowing that you were brave enough to choose this challenge gives you great “power-within.”
Gaia’s planet, Her animals, plants, elements and fourth dimensional Elementals are all waiting for the very diverse, and often wounded, population of humanity to transmute into their higher expression. However, just as you would not transplant a tree into a larger pot when it was “sick,” a human who is wounded cannot be transplanted into a higher frequency body. Transmutation best occurs when your foundation is strong, your body strong and your conscious expanded.
Therefore, we recommend that your first job is to heal your body, mind and emotions. This healing will be ongoing as you adjust to higher and higher frequencies of form. As soon as you adapt to one frequency of form the bar is raised and you will be called upon to adjust to even a higher frequency.
Since the highest frequency of Multidimensional Light is Unconditional Love, and Unconditional Love is the healing force of the Multiverse, this higher Light heals as it transmutes. Thus, as your cells are healed and transmuted, you become increasingly aware that you are not just your body. YOU are a great Multidimensional body that has extended its lowest frequency into a physical body on Gaia to assist with Her process of planetary Ascension. You will assist Gaia by ascending your physical AGAIN!
Yes, you are Ascended Masters in human bodies who have volunteered to assist dear Gaia. As you remember your higher, Ascended Self, your higher state of consciousness can open portals of communication with your cellular consciousness. Your cellular consciousness has direct access to the matrix for your body. When your body’s matrix is fully transmuted into the fifth dimension, you will flash point into a Lightbody.
When you, as your Multidimensional Ascended Self, send Unconditional Love into the cellular consciousness of your Earth vessel, you greatly accelerate healing of any wounded areas of your body. In this manner, your physical form can more swiftly transmute into its higher expression of a Lightbody. Furthermore, when you, your Self send Unconditional Love into your subconscious Self, you free the many perceptions of reality that have been stored in your body’s matrix until your human expression was ready to perceive the higher dimensions of reality.
The healing of this Unconditional Love will occur without draining any energy from your third dimensional Self. All you need do is to recognize this steady stream of Unconditional Love from your Multidimensional Self into your physical Self. You can then relax, and the healing will proceed beyond the limitations of time and space.

Earth is the First to Ascend

A second meaning given the phrase “mass Ascensions is that the entire universe is ascending, AAM says.

“In past ages, the ascension process was available only to those who incarnated as initiates firmly on the path, and as disciples whose mission was to anchor as much Divine Light and to bring forth as much cosmic wisdom as possible.

 “That time is past. It is a time of mass ascension, for all the planets, solar systems and galaxies within this universe are actively involved in an ascension process.” (1)

SaLuSa echoes AAM: “In the larger picture, you are looking at a Divine Plan for the Ascension of the Universe.” (2)
When I asked Sanat Kumara if the whole universe was ascending, he revealed in his reply that “you’re first in line.” (3)
“Robert” asked “Anastara” why the Earth was the first planet to undergo ascension while still in physical form, she replied:

“It is simply … part of the evolution and the unfoldment of the Mother’s plan. So it has been done in other ways in other capacities, but now it is the next step. …

“So, is it audacious? Yes. But is it part of the evolution of the Mother’s plan? Yes. … It is more phenomenal than many realize.” (4)

Thus, as Saan and the Arcturians tell us, “your Earth is indeed leading the way in the Universal ascension taking place.” (5)
In light of this, as Mira tells us, “there is not a single place in all of Creation that is not affected by what is going on with the Earth right now.” (6) Sanat explains that how we do it will set the paradigm for many others.

“It is having a ripple effect throughout the entire universe. And the fact that the human race matured enough to say, no, we will care for everybody, has caused ripples and amazement throughout the galaxies!

“So they are watching very closely how you are doing it. And how it is going, because it will set the paradigm for other planetary Ascensions, other realms that want to work in this way.” (7)

There’s a second reason why Earth’s Ascension leads the way and is being watched by so many. The Earth has been under the control of the dark, so much so that we could not have made our Ascension without help, as SaLuSa informs us.

“You are the only ones who are unable to do it entirely for yourselves, and of course we of the Galactic Federation of Light and others are very active in helping you.” (8)

Saan and the Arcturians tell us that “your planet has long been shrouded in darkness and lower-dimensionality of extreme proportions.” (9) SaLuSa says that we “have been in quarantine.” (10) Knowing what SaLuSa means involves knowing that Earth has been travelling space since at least the early 1970s.
Ours was “the final challenge to overcome the odds you are up against, and succeed in taking the path to Ascension.” (11) In the course of things, Mira tells us, “the Earth has been pardoned for many things. That is why we say you are in a state of grace.” (12)
And Matthew too tells us that the dark must be reconciled with the light on Earth at this time.

“What happens on Earth affects the universe, so it is of utmost significance to those advanced civilizations that the dark ages on your home planet be reconciled within the light and you knowledgeably take your rightful place among your universal family.” (13)

SaLuSa suggested that “it must seem quite astonishing to you that the Universe waits for the civilization of your little Earth to complete the cycle of duality, so that they may ascend themselves. That is how extremely important your progress is to the future of other life, that like you is on a path back to the Source.” (14)
Wanderer of the Skies reported that “your planet is literally surrounded with craft from all corners of the universe as all beings vie for ringside seats to the greatest show in the galaxy.” (15)
Perhaps this helps us to understand why SaLuSa would say that “there is so much help coming to you from many quarters, as the Universe follows the events upon Earth very closely. Your evolution is viewed as being most important, and a successful outcome is essential to the future of Mankind.” (16)
Therefore many star beings have gathered to watch the progress of events on Earth because Earth is the first planet to ascend, Earth has been in the clutches of the dark, Earth is the place where the experiment of physical Ascension is being played out, and Earth’s is a mass Ascension with the further development that humanity has asked to ascend as one. These aspects of Ascension must be taken into consideration if we’re to understand the complexity of matters and all that’s transpiring here at this time.

There are other aspects of our Ascension that may not be well known or understood. When we wish to know what is happening with Ascension, we need to factor these variables into our calculations too.
There are many “firsts” involved in it: the first Ascension with the physical body, the first mass Ascension, and Earth being the first planet in this current round to make its Ascension.
On top of this, Earth is a planet that was controlled by the dark forces and it was not a certain thing that she would emerge from dark control. Let’s look at these aspects of our Ascension.

The First Physical Ascension

SaLuSa explained the uniqueness of physical Ascension:

“At the end of every cycle there is an emergence of those who are ready to move on to the higher realms. However, as many of you are now aware this one is unique, as you take your physical body with you.

“Not as your existing carbon based body, but one that has become crystalline and can function in the 5th. Dimension. One that has become lighter, and has moved into a near perfect expression of itself.” (1)

Atmos of Sirius agrees; the event is “unique … because it is the first occasion that you have been given the opportunity to ascend with your physical body. It will be a wonderful experience and you will be fully prepared for it beforehand.” (2)
Archangel Michael explains that most of us are here because of this unique feature of Ascension. We starseeds are part of the extraordinary assistance lent to Earth to make her physical Ascension a success.

“This shift is not simply an Ascension out of form into sheer energy or into a different dimension or reality. It is an Ascension while having the full opportunity and choice, the selection, to maintain physicality. And that is why most of you are here.” (3)

Many of us have had previous Ascension experiences, the Arcturians tell us. But not in our physical bodies.

“Many of the members of the Planetary Ascension Team have had the experience of ascension in one or more of their parallel realities.

“However, in these other realities, you died and abandoned your physical body in order to soar into your true Home in the higher dimensions. In your present reality, you have volunteered to stay on earth in your earth vessel to assist with planetary ascension.  Hence, your consciousness is in one dimension and your body is in another.” (4)

SaLuSa explains that “you will ascend in a physical body that has changed its body cells to make it suitable for life in the higher dimensions.” (5)

“You take your physical body with you. Not as your existing carbon based body, but one that has become crystalline and can function in the 5th. Dimension. One that has become lighter, and has moved into a near perfect expression of itself.” (6)

Sananda reveals that “your DNA are becoming fully activated and you are making the rapid changeover from carbon-based structure of your physical bodies to crystalline substance.” (7)
Ela of Arcturus contextualizes it for us.

“It may not sound special to you taking part in it, but experience is what you seek all of the time. To be as it were, the pioneers of a special dispensation from the Creator, and to be on Earth at such a time is truly worthy of such fine souls as you are.” (8)

The Galactic Federation, SaLuSa tells us, is capable of managing the new process.

“The Galactic Federation has had much experience in helping civilizations to pass through Ascension, although yours is a bigger challenge. Never before have both the people and the Earth ascended together, but there is absolute confidence that it will successfully take place.” (9)

 The First Mass Ascension

Another “first” about this Ascension is that it’s a collective or mass Ascension. We’ve discussed in another of these articles how Earth asked to ascend collectively. Saan and the Arcturians call the experience “quite rare, as very few collective ascensions have happened in recent history.” (10)
SaLuSa also acknowledges that “this opportunity where there is a mass ascension does not come round very often.” (11) “Although individuals have always been able to ascend,” he says, “it will be the first time that mass ascension on this scale has been attempted. (12)
Usually Ascension is only allowed to individuals who have qualified through discipline and merit, as Archangel Michael explains. A mass Ascension is rare and the request we made to ascend as one is rarer still.

“In the past, ascension was possible for just a select few. Only those who came to Earth to be examples and wayshowers and who were spiritually advanced were allowed into the inner sanctums of the mystery schools. The secret doctrine was only given to those who were considered to be the strongest and most dedicated disciples.

“The lessons, tests and challenges were strenuous and many perished during the process or did not attain their goal for many lifetimes.” (13)

Special dispensations are being given to see that as many ascend as possible, AAM says.

“That has now changed, for time is running out for the ascension of the Earth and humanity into the next level of awareness, and many Divine dispensations and much assistance is being offered to those who are striving to meet the challenges and tests of ascension.” (14)

SaLuSa assures us again that the effort will be successful.
It will of course be successful, as it is in the hands of powerful Beings that do the Will of God.” (15)

“We of the Galactic Federation can say that we have done all this before, and it means we know what we are talking about. Mass Ascension does not come up often, but even so we have helped others achieve it as we do for you now. It is such a wonderful occasion and we look forward to enjoying it every bit as much as you will.” (16)

Dear Ones,
We will digress a bit for more of you are awakening and experiencing the “dark night of your soul.”
This period of extreme discomfort will not continue for years as was true for the first wave of Lightworkers. Your skills are far too important for you to gnash your teeth for long.
Those who moved into new earth energies before you, moved through their pain more slowly for they entered earth with more to process. Such is not true for you. That is not to say you are less than them because you will not experience as much pain, but rather that those who processed before you did so to clear issues that followed them for eons. You either did not have as much to clear or opted not to clear as much in this lifetime.
Those now experiencing the first rays of  joy most definitely served their time in the fear trenches. They cannot move through your pain for you. Your first steps into new earth are individualized and necessary.
You, in turn, are processing more deeply than those who follow you. And so it goes. As more switch on their light beacons, the cleansing process becomes shorter and less intense. Not because those who follow are better – they merely opted to clear less or do not have as much to clear.
Let us turn to today’s message for this is yet another week of shifting. Those of you comprehending the expansiveness of this shift understand that when there is a major celebration of joy on earth, earth and all entities residing on earth are nudged a bit closer to  joy. Such is the case this week for the United States is celebrating a joyous holiday – the 4th of July.
Perhaps you believe the opposite is also true. Floods, murders, earthquakes and similar occurrences increase anger and pain. That is certainly true for most directly involved. But from a world perspective, such instances during this transition produce the opposite effect. The love created and shared during times of pain increase connections and love overall.
Those directly affected by nature and human disasters (as you label them) volunteered to be part of that experience as their new earth role. Most often, those who are part of natural and human disasters do not wish to participate in any other new earth role. They opted to move through their fear and pain in one incident rather than many as those of you just awakening and those who moved through the dark night of their soul have or will do.
This is not to belittle the sacrifice of those affected by natural or human disasters, but to help you understand that the pain publicized by your media is part of this transition.
You are not alone in your pain. And your pain is not an ongoing process, but  instead a short-term effect to help you better accept joy and love.
Perhaps our concepts seem counter-intuitive for why should anyone suffer if this is the New Age? You all accepted the New Age/new earth. Many of you have already moved accordingly to a place of joy. Those helping you make that transition, volunteered to expedite it – and their own processes – by being part of a disaster in whatever form.
No one is killed or harmed without their permission. So it is that those harmed or killed have been so with their full consent – conscious or unconscious. It is likely that this concept does not seem logical to those of you who wish to remain on earth or do not wish to suffer physical harm.
Many of you are starting your journey through the dark night of your soul. Would you consciously volunteer to do so if there were some way to avoid the process?
This transition is about clearing and shifting to an earth alive with joy and love.
Many of you are shaking your heads declaring that all want to skip from fear to joy without experiencing pain. Such is not the case. Not because it is not possible, but because this transition was not set up that way.
If those who volunteered to be of earth during this transition would have been new to earth with no prior earth experience, a transition would not have been necessary. But most of you who volunteered to move earth from fear to joy did so with the full understanding that you could clear many issues in a short period – issues that once required ten or more lifetimes – in this lifetime.
Of course the pain seems almost insurmountable when you are in the midst of your fear and chaos. Is that not understandable given how much you cleared in a few years (those who cleared before this time) or a few months or even weeks for those who are doing so now?
The phrase, “Your dark night of the soul” needs to be shifted for those of you now in personal crisis to “It’s always darkest before the dawn.” For that is what you are now experiencing – a dark night RIGHT before the dawn.
Do not fear. You will not live in pain throughout this life on earth. This pain, this fear is a blip on your earth life screen in this lifetime. It will be a new and better day tomorrow as those who have passed through their dark night can attest.
We will address one other point before we close. Some opted not to shift to new earth in this lifetime. They will experience a great deal of pain once earth and its entities are comfortable in the New Age. But if you are reading these materials or are drawn to spiritual recordings or meetings of any type, you are merely in your dark night of the soul for a few weeks or perhaps a few months. Even though it may seem as if your situation is hopeless, it is short-lived.
You are a Lightworker who must shine your light – which is not possible if you are enmeshed in pain and fear. So be it. Amen.

One of the factors that plays a role in what the Company of Heaven can and cannot do is that they must obey the universal laws. Primary among those laws is the law of free will. They cannot and will not do anything that abrogates or interferes with our free will to choose.
Put another way, there are areas of life in which they cannot intervene unless invited to.
Let’s listen to them explain how that impacts us and all the events surrounding Ascension.

The Galactics Will Not Interfere with Our Free Will

SaLuSa tells us that “the authority we carry does not mean we can proceed just as we wish, as there is a correct way to approach … matters that are important to your evolution.” (1)
“God has given you freewill and will not interfere with your decisions,” he tells us, “unless the outcome goes beyond your Earth and affects other planets and life forms.” (2)
Those galactics who are here to help us with Ascension have taken an oath not to violate our freedom to choose our future, he says.

“We have taken an oath to God that we will uphold all souls’ rights to experience as they choose, providing it does not impeach upon another’s freedom.

“We also acknowledge that each of you has been given freewill to create your own path, to gain the experience needed to further your evolution. That, Dear Ones, is why we cannot just jump in and take control of your affairs, as that would take away your opportunity to evolve as you have chosen.” (3)

Ker-On of Venus tells us that, while “your right to use your freewill has been observed by us, and our presence has not gone beyond permissible intervention in accordance with the Laws of the One,” this will change once we are well on the way to Ascension, he says: “Yet once you are well on the path to Ascension, by the Law of Attraction we can freely help you and openly approach you once more.” (4)
SaLuSa reminds us that “in the larger picture you are looking at a Divine Plan for the Ascension of the Universe.” (5) The star beings are here to ensure that our Ascension occurs, whether we as individuals choose to ascend or not.

“We … answer to the higher Beings who oversee your civilization, and have their own responsibility to God to make sure God’s Plan works out.

“That of course is your destiny to complete this cycle of duality with the opportunity to ascend. We are here to ensure you are not denied it by any outside interference or through the activities of the Illuminati.” (6)

One of those higher beings is Sanat Kumara, who reminds us that it’s our choices that will determine things.

“So much hinges on these hard decisions that each of you is making. It is not us. We are in support and we are certainly giving you the fuel.” (7)

SaLuSa explains that the line between non-intervention and intervention “is drawn where the Law of Attraction is concerned, as interference with that would deny you your freewill choice.” (8)
The beings here to assist us “have the answers to the world’s problems, but cannot thrust them upon you but we will be subtle and put ideas out so that you can find them yourselves.” (9)

The Galactics will not Interfere with Our Karma

The Company of Heaven will not interfere with matters of karma. SaLuSa says that “our role is one as your protectors as far as karmic law allows.” (10)

 “There is … a limit as to how far we can go, as we must not interfere in situations where you are reaping your own karma. We have to stand back, but it does not prevent us from trying to ease your experience by continually sending you Love and Light.” (11)

They take their cue from the higher councils that oversee our Ascension, SaLuSa tells us.

“As you should know by now we only go as far as the higher Councils authorise us, and we would not do anything that could be seen as interference. You have created your reality, and it is not our place to prevent you experiencing the consequences.” (12)

If they did interfere, they would deprive us of the opportunity to learn from our mistakes, he says.

“We are not allowed to stop the unfolding of karma that has been brought about by the actions of Man on Earth. If we did, we would be denying you an opportunity to learn from your mistakes, and we ourselves would incur karma.

“We are too wise to even consider it, but can often lessen the effects of the outcome. Our action is often beyond your understanding and operates on a Galactic level, and we are very much involved in the use and control of energies to bring balance to Earth.” (13)

Where the Galactics Differ from the Dark Cabal and the Negative ETs

Unlike the cabal, the galactics will not do any action that harms. SaLuSa cites the operation that destroyed the deep underground military bunkers as an example of this.

“We have no hesitation in showing our superiority where technologies are concerned, and make it clear to the dark Ones that opposition to us is futile. Yet they stubbornly refuse to give in, knowing that any engagement with them requires us to obey the rules.

“We respect all life, whereas they have none at all even when it comes to fellow humans. Life to them is expendable, and they will use it to gain over anyone who gets in their way.

“We on the other hand will remove our ‘enemies’ to safety rather than kill or wound them. You may therefore be assured that we removed all personnel prior to destroying underground military bases. Anyone who says otherwise is untruly reporting events, and out to paint a false picture of us.” (14)

The member races of the Galactic Federation also point out that there are negative space beings who don’t respect the universal law. SaLuSa gives the example of the Annunanki.

“When we seek out other civilizations it is never to colonies them, but some groups of ET’s who are not members of our Federation have that in mind. It has happened to you in the past, and the presence of the Annunaki some 5000 years ago in Sumeria is such an example. Much that has filtered through from those times has led mankind down the slippery slope to near annihilation.

“Whilst it is true that they falsely presented themselves as gods, Man was in that time at a low point in his vibrations and open to their rule. However, the time of the warriors of war has now been overtaken by the warriors of Light. By regaining your rights, you will also once again become the Sovereign Beings that you were born to be.” (15)

We here on Earth are for the most part not used to dealing with people who respect our freedom of choice. Our pictures of the forces that protect us seldom includes allowance for such spotless behavior. But in dealing with the galactics, we have to factor in their obedience to the universal law.
While it means that our free will will not be violated, it also means that actions that the galactics take may be slower than what we’re used to and more circumscribed. When we wonder at the pace of some events or what appears to us as a galactic refusal to act, we have to factor in the galactics’ respect for the universal law.

Greetings once again Dear Ones,
We observe you bursting forth with more and more Light as you awaken to truth and begin to live it in your daily lives. We observe no reaction to many issues that previously would have upset you – you are beginning to experience a non- resonance with all that you are ready to leave behind.
Everything is energy and when your relationship with something or someone works, it means you are vibrating at the same rate. When an individual’s energy level changes, he often no longer resonates with those same people, foods, entertainments, news, etc. and is no longer on the same “wavelength” so to speak. Spiritual growth is the process of evolving out from under the dense and heavy energies of separation and duality consciousness and into the higher lighter frequencies of truth.
Some, in ignorance of what is happening, struggle to restore what they no longer resonate with, thinking that there must be a problem within causing them to no longer enjoy or believe the way they used to. This is not a problem, but a graduation Dear Ones, and simply reflects a shift in the energy from what you are used to (3D concepts and beliefs) to what is now awakening (truth of who and what you are).
This is what you have been asking for Dear Ones, so please do not be afraid to let go of anything and everything that no longer resonates with you, no matter how much it has been a part of your life up to this point.
We hear many say; “What, my marriage, my family, just let them go?” No, letting go means letting go of your concepts about these things. It means a conscious choice to remove any energetic cords still holding you in bondage to concepts of persons, places or situations – it is spiritual awareness, and then a living out from that awareness.
This may or may not result in the ending of some relationships because awareness brings with it a sense of detachment, even within ones family. Issues that seemed very important simply no longer resonate, and this is often difficult to accept for those who have always known you in a certain way.
When there is no longer anger or related ego issues with regard to some person or situation, but simply the realization that the whole thing is now old and has been completed through truth and Love, then whatever it is can be let go of and left.
However when one is still enmeshed and suffering from human concepts and beliefs about a situation and is simply seeking escape through “letting go”, the lesson will keep repeating regardless of where a person may escape to. Lessons simply avoided must be dealt with again and again until resolved in a higher way.
Painful life situations indicate the spiritual student’s need and readiness for deeper work – a looking within to discover the spiritual lesson presenting as the situation. This then must be followed by the integration and practice of whatever truth has been learned accompanied by a forgiveness of self and others.
When you find yourselves in difficult situations, learn to go within and ask; “What am I believing that is causing me to feel this way? In the Light of the truth I know, is this true?” That way you discover what old concepts and beliefs you are still resonating with, and as you begin to let these beliefs go and live out from truth you find that the outer experiences begin to manifest accordingly.
There is a “knowing” when something is finished and it is time to move on – a knowing that flows from within as an ever present intuitive sense that silently guides and teaches – trust this knowing for it comes from the real you . Everyone has this ability, this inner voice, but free will allows all the choice of listening to it or not.
The Light of higher dimensional energy is bringing forward all old and still unfinished issues to be looked at and seen in a new light and this often brings forth the need to forgive self as well as others. Many unresolved issues stem from past lives in which traumatic events occurred and are still being carried within your energy field.
All seeking to evolve are now clearing these energies and this clearing will take varied forms of expression depending upon the individual. Some will actually re-experience a situation or have an ache or pain that cannot be identified. Some will remember an event that happened years ago in this lifetime and start to relive all the accompanying anger or frustration. Many are experiencing intense emotions, often crying and laughing at the same time. It is all part of the clearing, opening, and integration of new energies taking place at this time.
Not loving yourselves is the bottom line of most every problem. You have not known or been taught who you really are. All seek to experience Love (because that is what you are), so in ignorance of this realization individuals try to emulate the rich and famous who seem to have it all.
Others may spend their lives seeking the attainment of those things believed to bring happiness and acceptance (Love) – clothes, body, possessions, partners, education, positions, etc. etc. These unaware ones are susceptible to every false concept presented by a world determined present ‘loveability’ and success as the result of having more, more, more. Never allow yourself to be validated by anyone or anything outside of you. All truth, answers, and Love lie within by virtue of who and what you are.
Letting go is the reason you are seeing empty churches and worldwide protests. It is why so many are beginning to question the status quo, and so many are experiencing deep dissatisfaction with their lives. Third dimensional concepts and beliefs are like the stories in a fairy tale book that as a child you thought were real. As spiritual adults you are learning to sit back and say; “Well that was an interesting story” while seeing through appearances and noticing that the sky didn’t fall down when you did things differently than you have always done them.
Let go of guilt about actions taken in the past, for it is important to realize that every action, every word, and every thought was believed to have been appropriate at that particular time. Everyone acts from their highest sense of right according to their state of consciousness and that is where you were within when taking these actions.
This does not mean that every self-serving action on the part of yourself and others is to be excused away, but it does mean that in an unawakened state much is said and done that may cause pain and regret later, after the individual awakens.
The experience of tremendous guilt and even self-loathing for actions taken or words spoken in the past simply need to be seen through the realization that that was who you were then, but are no longer. It is only if an individual were to take those same outgrown actions now after attaining deeper awareness that these actions would quickly rebound.
A spiritually-awakened individual must live out from his highest state of consciousness, for to continue believing and living in ways of duality and separation after one is aware of truth will bring about “wake up calls” – not usually pleasant.
Learn to live your truth Dear Ones – live, know, think it in every moment. Begin to recognize when you are slipping into old habits and take a moment to center. You can run into a bathroom when you feel you are sinking into illusion and just take a minute to rest within and know; “I and the Father are one.” As you rest in this awareness, you have meditated and re-established your conscious connection to Self.
From now on it is all about walking the walk instead of just talking the talk.
