From our vantage point your Earth shines out like a jewel in the firmament, and makes it known to all observers that the Light is once again returning. With your input and our assistance it will continue to do so, and no outside influence will be able to stop or hinder it. It has been decreed that this cycle will end in victory for the Light, and this was planned eons of time ago.
You can therefore leave the old behind that has served its purpose, and indeed eventually only the higher vibrations will exist. Hitherto, the cycles have ended with massive Earth changes, so much so that little evidence has remained of earlier civilisations.
However, now that necessary lessons have been learnt, the experiences have brought about the desired upliftment in the levels of consciousness. This was required to bring those souls who were ready to ascend to a level where they could do so and complete their experiences in the lower vibrations. This is normal when a cycle reaches a stage of completion.
Now Dear Ones you can focus on the future, and know that there are many changes to come that will prepare you for even higher levels of existence. It is only natural that you will wonder about the future of family and friends, and many of your groups will stay together for some time to come. If a member should go in a different direction it will be right for them, and they should be released with your love and blessings. However, as was pointed out in a previous message – the love link is a powerful bond between souls that remains regardless of the distance that may separate you.
In fact, the energy of Love is the glue of the Universe and it is indestructible. Indeed, in the final reckoning Love is all there is. Some of you who are recognising the power of Love. are beginning to realise that it is the energy behind what you call “miracles”. An example is what you call a “Mothers Love” for her children and why she carries so much power with her to heal when the necessity arises. All of you to some degree have such abilities but they lay dormant until you awaken to them.
As time progresses you will find that your energies have much more influence upon people around you than you imagined. It can of course be for better or worse, and soon you will learn to take full responsibility for them. If a collective of people take part in a healing meditation and have a single focus in mind, their power is increased many times.
It is probably already known to you, but it has to be said that where healing is unsuccessful, it is not normally due to a failure of the Healers. It is other factors such as the karma of the soul who is receiving healing, so do not be dismayed if you are unsuccessful.
As you learn of the way in which you have been controlled, you will understand why for many lives you have lived an illusion. Whilst it is true that you have created what is happening on a daily basis, at the same time you have not done so whilst being aware of the Truth. For eons of time you have been led by souls with their own agenda, who have literally kept you in the dark. You have also been fed lies and misinformation making it extremely difficult for you to know what is true. However, do not despair as soon the dark forces will lose their influence and power over you.
Keep an open mind as the revelations come out, and intuitively you should be able to discard information that does not “feel right”. Trust your tried and tested sources of information and be wary of those that create fear, as that is not the way of the Higher Ones working for the Light. As you must be aware, the dark Ones have a large degree of freedom to carry out their agenda, as they also have free will. However, they cannot successfully prevent the Light from permeating all levels, and this is why their success will always be limited.
Many souls lead their lives without the slightest inkling that they are being manipulated. The dark Ones are very clever in hiding their influence behind respectability or acting through lesser Beings. However, it is too late for them to stop the onward march of the Light, and they are fighting a lost cause. Already they can see their power ebbing away and there is no way in which they can recover. So do not fear the dark Ones as they are about to lose control of their power structure.
Keep looking ahead knowing that your future is assured in the Light. As time passes holding your place in it will become easier, as you will slowly cut your ties to any links that are not connected to the Light. Many carry undesirable baggage from many lifetimes, but inwardly you will know what it is and it will surface for cleansing. It is a fact that anything of the lower vibrations will hold less attraction for you, and you will soon deal with it.

"Greetings Beloved Family!  And welcome to the Bridge of The New Jerusalem!  We are here gathered to greet you and to honor you for coming as representatives of all of humanity of Planet Earth, and beyond.  For it is our Joy to be here in partnership with you as we move together into this grand new era, this Yuga, if you will.
"And what is it all about anyway?  You are hearing so many descriptions - what is your description?  How do you see it, and more importantly, how do you feel it in your Hearts?  For it is what emanates from your Heart that defines what your reality is!!!  We do not mean to say that everything is going to be handed to you, as it were, upon the platter of silver.  Those of you who are here have been holding the Light - not just for this lifetime, but throughout all of the lifetimes, here and in other places.
"And so we know that you know what it is to wait, to have anticipation, to say, 'Ah, today is the day,' and then whatever it was that you were expecting does not quite materialize in the reality in which your consciousness is living.  But that does not mean that you have not created it, for there are so many creations which are just waiting for you to bring them into the grounded state of where you are!
"And that is why we ask that you focus not so much on whatever it is that is about to change - just send that Love - but it is rather to focus upon Who You Really Are,  God/Goddess Divine, You Are!!!  You are Masters of the Universe, each and every one of you, for whatever it is that you choose to create, most particularly from your Hearts is done, so to speak!  It is simply that it is not always grounded where you are.
"There is a learned one who brings forth much of the teachings from Thoth, who is ancient, ancient, ancient, and Thoth has told him to teach that every dimension has 144 levels.  There may be 144 levels even beyond, such that every one of the 144 has it’s own 144 levels.  Can you imagine that?
"But yes, if you say, 'Ah ha, my brother is not quite on the same wavelength, or upon the same page as I,' what you are saying is that yes, your brother may be on a slightly different level.  Yes, your brother is on a physical level but there are many, many, many levels within the Dimensions, so just because you and your brother can shake hands or hug does not necessarily mean that you are energetically occupying the exact same place!
"Now, we know, this starts to get a little scientific, and we don’t do science, but we shall ask you to contemplate how it is that you can communicate, and indeed, enjoy Communion with others if they are not exactly on that same wavelength as you.  Most particularly, how do you commune and communicate with those who are still out there - you know, wearing the dark hats?  We say it in this manner because we want you to understand that you have nothing to fear.
"Yes, they have done some fearsome deeds, and if it were up to them they’d be doing a lot more, but they are being disempowered - and that means they must disengage - but they are still a presence.  And it is extremely important that you see them as your bothers and sisters and that you communicate and get into the Communion state with them, because there are more and more of them who are opening up to listen to what you have to say!!!
"There are going to be some very intense moments in 2-0-1-4 - and we are speaking most particularly as we move into it, as it is seen right now - and of course you know our big rule here is No Dates, so we shall not be specific.  But we shall tell you that, as we move in to 2-0-1-4 there are going to be what are called, earth shaking revelations, coming out.  They are going to shake people’s belief systems, and some people are going to spiral downward.  It is up to those who are the Holders of the Light, not to just rise up and leave them, but rather to shine the Light to them.  They need it now more than ever!
"While it is true that more and more are listening to Masters like Tara and Rama** - and we are talking about Masters of what’s really going on - there are still many, many, many who are not consciously in realization, because they don’t want to be!  Yes, their higher selves know, it’s in their unconscious, but they are not really on that page of, shall we say, open knowing, allowing, acceptance, whatever.  They are going to have some challenges with shock and disbelief.  There are going to be some who are going to retreat farther into the darkness of the belief systems, or the programs, that they have been running.
"Remember, it’s all choice.  Everybody has a choice and we just encourage you to, again, offer them the choice of the Light, because that is Love.  That is what we are here to express to the greatest extent that everyone in the human bodies can do.  And we say that because, yes, you will have some moments of, 'Oh, I knew something dark was going on.  I didn’t know it was that bad, in my own backyard,' or whatever.  It is to go beyond that and say, 'I must remember this is all part of the human experience, I must remember we are all a part of Mother/Father God,' or however you choose to bring that realization once more into your own Hearts, and then from there to express it!!!
"This will be a great year of shaking up, and we are not just talking about Mother Gaia.  Yes, she is doing some adjustings, as she must do in order to come fully into the glory of her own balance.  And we are talking about Higher Dimensional balance. The consciousness of Mother Gaia has already moved up into one of those many levels of the Fourth Dimension, and with her the consciousness of all - and the consciousness has always been there - of the whales and the dolphins and certain of her other Kingdoms, including the crystals.
"So in some respects humanity is being invited by Mother Gaia to come up to where she is, so do not forget compassionate connection and Communion with her and all of her kingdoms as well!  It is not just that humanity has, shall we say, suffered, or experienced challenges from these programs - it is true of all of the kingdoms.  The plant kingdom in particular is being assaulted, and you all know about that - we have discussed this.  You all know what’s going on there with Monsanto and Bayer, and some of the other large corporations, which are about to be dismantled, disbanded and done. But that does not stop the fact that in this moment they have a presence.
"Here again, if the people find out exactly what the effects have been of their programs, there is going to be shock, and beyond that there will be fear-based emotions - fear itself, you know, of the consequences of what’s going on currently with the pollutions and so on, as well as anger, and all of these things.  You remember years ago - this was after IG Farben changed its name to Bayer - You will recall IG Farben was the largest chemical company in Germany and it supplied a lot of chemicals for Hitler’s armies to use.  Then they changed their name to Bayer, and at one point in time, their advertising slogan - because they made a brand of aspirin, Bayer aspirin, for children - was 'You can trust your child to Bayer.'
"Well that is an example - does that ring anybody’s bells or bring back any memories?  Perhaps mothers and grandmothers here who gave Bayer aspirin to children in their care?  Indeed.  Now take that feeling and absolutely smother it with Love, immerse it, surround it, beam it and let it dissolve in the high frequency of the Light of Love!!!  That’s just an example - we could give many. But we are not here to keep bringing in memories and dramas, we are here to simply say that is a tiny, tiny microcosmic spec of the emotional downshiftings that people will be experiencing as they hear all of these revelations that are out there now in many places on the internet, and are going to be the headlines in your newspapers and on your news programs on your televisions.
"It simply cannot be contained any longer, it is like a volcano which is so full of fire that it must explode, and when it does it is going to cover the entirety of Planet Earth!  Whatever feelings, emotions, messages that the consciousness of Planet Earth puts out, is going to have impact upon the Solar System, the Galaxy and the Universe beyond!!!
"Now, we are here, we are in partnership with you and we are shining our Lights - what you call, 24/7 - because we love you, Beloved Ones, and because this is the moment to shine!  We invite you to continue and to know that we are here with you, to call upon us for any assistance that you may feel inspired to do.  It is our Honor and Joy to be here in Service with you!!! After all of these eons of time, there have never been as many here - from the Ashtar Command and from the Galaxies even far away -as there are in this moment!  This will continue!!!
"We already see the celebrations of Joy when our presence is finally, officially announced.  But meanwhile, we dance in your skies!  Come on out, call us forth, and we shall indeed shower you with our Lights and we’ll beam you with our Love, for you are all starseeds.  Many of you have served, quite recently in fact, and many more of you come aboard the ships as commanders and members of our Ashtar Command Family!

We are here again acknowledging your courage and your dedicated work transforming what is before you in your personal life as well as the global reality. We celebrate with you as you move into a powerful new cycle. This cycle is supported and influenced by the celestial beings offering waves of energy to transform the many challenges that are present as well as vibrations to allow you to let go of all limitations.

Each time a new cycle is offered there is an opportunity to make a conscious shift in old patterns, limited beliefs and restrictions. We are inviting you to truly step into this awareness for yourself especially, for when you make a shift or change in your personal way of relating to this reality you bring about a shift or change in the collective consciousness.

Actually, each morning upon returning to your reality from your slumber is the beginning of a new cycle. It is the beginning of the opportunity to shift or transform what does not serve you. It is a fresh slate so to speak.

You can always drag the limitations of the past into this new day. It is a learned habit that does not support your magnificence. Begin to notice your first thought upon awakening.  Is it one of celebration and gratitude, of having another period of time to engage in this life and reality, or is it one that calls forth all the worries, concerns and issues that were left behind as you closed your eyes for renewal.

Begin to observe these patterns, not from a place of self-criticism or judgment but simply as an observer. Then from this place of gentle observation, begin to shift your first thoughts that you call forth into your fresh day. Over time you will begin to change old limited patterns and habits of thought.

Another powerful cycle occurs at the close of your active day when you are within moments of falling asleep for renewal. Watch what thoughts you bring to that moment. Are they thoughts of gratitude and acknowledgment of a day well lived, or are your last thoughts before sleep ones of concern, worry and self-criticism? Remember, no judgment here, be kind with yourself; just observe your habit of thoughts that you take into the place of rest and renewal.

Begin to find new ways to end the cycle of your day. Begin to invite gentle, pleasant thoughts and feelings of appreciation. Intend that while you sleep you are being restored to your highest and best form. These intentions and emotional vibrations will nurture your rest. As you know, each emotion triggers different chemicals and hormones, so your physical body responds to the thoughts, emotions and suggested intentions that are offered.

Each day of light and night of darkness is a certain cycle and period of time, influenced by your thoughts and emotions as well as by the current events and celestial happenings. How you move into each of these short cycles depends on your intention and your focus.

You have cycles that you label weeks, months, years and seasons. Each one carries the opportunity for a fresh creation, depending on your clear attention and awareness.

The beginning of a new year is celebrated for the potent possibilities, the excited anticipation of the opportunity for great and wonderful changes. The powerful cycle that you are observing on your planet is just one of those wonderful opportunities.

It is the opportunity to actively be a part of bringing dynamic changes into manifestation. It is an opportunity to consciously release what no longer serves you. The past limitations do not need to be brought into this new energy cycle.

However it is yours to transform what you offer to this new field of possibilities. It is truly time to release all illusions of limitation. Know that you are being supported by the celestial realms and beings of love and light, to do this work and service for yourself and humanity.

Begin to claim your true power as a divine multidimensional being of light, here to uplift and transform all misqualified energies. Begin to use all new cycles of time as the springboard for planting new seeds of reality. Realize that your intentions and your focused energy is manifesting much quicker and with greater speed.

Your planet at this time is undergoing a tremendous awakening. Much is being revealed about all the misqualified energies and misuses of the power to create. It is most valuable for you to recognize and own your part in bringing this awakening into this dimension and timeframe.

Remember energy follows thought. What you give your attention and focus to will manifest. The emotional vibrations you generate will empower what you visualize for the good or what you judge and worry about. You are powerful. Own this truth!

Sculpt this new cycle with your clear, conscious loving intentions and emotional vibrations for a reality that is life sustaining for all. Be ever diligent with your thoughts, words and actions. You are here to uplift this reality.

You are here to serve the collective good. This is not a new task for you. You, as a Being of Light, have come forth into physical form many, many, many times offering your light consciousness into that timeframe.

We observe the chaos, the conflicts and the distress that is being out-pictured by humanity. When great changes take place there is always chaos as those who do not want change hold on to the dysfunction and limitations. Now is the time to take action, to carefully use your divine power to create and seed each new cycle offered with vibrations and intentions of transformation.

Bring your energy of focused emotions and thoughts into alignment of the highest good for all. Remember, when your point of attraction is on what is not working, you are misusing your power. We invite you instead to bring your core energy to a concentrated vision and intention of what you desire to call forth, for yourself and for this planet.

This is your birthright and your responsibility as a divine conscious being embodied in a physical form.  The energy of the quantum field is neutral; you impress this field of vibrations with the energy from your heart's awareness for the well-being of your loved ones and with compassion, understanding and forgiveness for all those who are journeying with you in this timeframe.

We acknowledge you for your wisdom, your tenacity and your willingness to truly make a difference. We join you upon request to support and assist the evolution of consciousness and the ascension for all into the realms of Love Light and Truth.

TRANSITIONS OF THE EMOTIONAL                    BODY BY MOTHER MARY

Every day upon your Earth is a powerful energy day. In the past there have been noted days where powerful surges of energy flow into the Earth and your being, powerful surges now flow with each and every day you walk upon the Earth. You have moved into a stage of your transition where you are constantly open and there is always an opportunity for powerful and transformational surges of light to flow throughout your being and reality more frequently than not. The energy is building your energy vibration while creating purification and strengthening within your being. No longer do you need to wait for certain calendar days to boost your awakening, every day upon the Earth is a powerful awakening and ascension process for you.

With such powerful and strong energy vibrations anchoring, this can cause periods of tremendous bliss and peace along side periods of chaos with both inner and outer suffering. It is important to realise that any form of suffering in the past was a spiritual lesson or challenge for evolvement. Many people are still using old energetic patterns of learning as this can take some time to be observed, healed and released. The energy surges also have a purpose of bringing all that is no longer needed or that is causing hindrance to the surface for you to observe, heal and release, thus allowing yourself to step deeper into the new era focused primary and completely upon love. 

The new era is to love yourself, to love others and to experience the love of the Creator. Some energy surges also have a powerful influence upon your emotional body. Much focus is being placed upon the emotional body at this time as it is preparing and moving through transitions in order to be able to serve and merge with your soul more fully, this signifies that great volumes of light and energy are being poured into your emotional body and the Earth’s emotional body which can cause your emotional body to become very active in your reality, actions and reactions.

It is important to ask for the emotional body to be balanced, soothed and for its energy to be smoothed down in order for harmony to unfold into your emotional body and your entire being. You may wish to affirm,

‘With the support of my soul, guides and the Creator I ask for balance to be restored within my emotional body. Let my emotional body be soothed and calmed by the light, love and support of the Creator, merging in harmony and peacefully with my entire being. Please bring tranquillity to any over activity that is no longer necessary within my emotional body. I experience my most appropriate ascension emotional body, experiencing my emotion as beautifully flowing, peaceful and healed expressions of my being. ‘

Often the emotional body holds onto ideas of suffering and pain which you automatically draw upon as a valuable way of releasing the past, experiencing your true self  but also experiencing your ego and feelings of lack or separation. Some emotional challenges, reactions and processes of release or learning can cause you to become unconscious of your reality and the truth within your being. Being unconscious of your spiritual path and the beautiful light being within your physical being can be a source of pain but can also cause pain, suffering and confusion as well as unneeded experiences.

I wish to offer insights and reminders for you to use whenever you find yourself influenced by or trapped in your emotional body and its processes. Your journey upon the Earth is a process of remembrance of the Creator and so your reality each and every day is a process of remembrance of yourself as the Creator. Tools and practices that remind you of your truth or bring your focus and attention back to being consciously aware of your truth, even if you do not understand your truth, will serve you in remaining in a space of balance, peace, love and bliss whatever is occurring within or around your being. Often when high surges of energy enter your being the body and energy bodies become extremely active, this can be projected into your reality in many ways. If there is something that needs to be healed, it can be projected into your reality for a powerful healing process and experience.

In times of suffering, pain, confusion, turmoil, chaos, fear  or such like energies bring your attention, focus and memory back to these thoughts, I will be with you, supporting and loving as you read through my words of remembrance, supporting new star bursts of light awakening from within your being. If you are experiencing suffering or pain in this moment recognise that the light is building within your being and reality, your current experiences are allowing for major blockages or unneeded energies to be released eternally so that you may recognise yourself as a greater being of love and light.

Allow yourself to be conscious of love, love is the essence of the Creator, it is the natural healing energy for your body, being and reality and will bring everything within and around you into perfect alignment, harmony and bliss. Breathe within the vibration of love.Your outside experiences with the world, your reality, people and even yourself are all a projection from within your being. Your beliefs, opinion and understandings of yourself and the Creator can be projected into your reality. To heal any situation whether small or large first look inside yourself for the answer. Blaming yourself or another will not bring enlightenment to any situation but simply cause more pain. Sit within your own energies and realise the source or purpose of your creation.

All energies are malleable and can be altered by you. There is nothing in the world that is permanent especially at a physical level, the divine flow of the Creator acts as a natural rhythm for change within your reality. This means that if you experience a situation or feeling which is not aligned to the truth of the Creator know that you can change it instantly if you wish to. You can change any energy and your reaction to it instantly especially with positive and expansive thoughts.

Imagine what you would like to experience or how you would like to feel rather than focusing upon an energy being permanent and unmoving. Your emotions, thoughts and body can express the highest and purest vibration of the Creator, let yourself be conscious of this awareness. Remember that you are a strong and powerful beacon of light and love, this is your truth more than any other realisation, thought, emotion or experience that may enter your reality.

Program your mind to instantly seek for a solution to all experiences and feelings which you may perceive as not being aligned with the Creator. Encourage your mind to enter deep into your soul’s vibration seeking for an outcome and inspiration to create a solution. Often many people focused upon spiritual growth can become sensitive to the energies around them, often many situations or experiences can come to a positive solution through energy work, whether it is sending energy, accepting energy, creating an energy exchange or creating energetic foundations such as bubbles of light to maintain, support or protect energies.

Transitions occurring within you often require you to be patient and compassionate with yourself and those around you. Often you can take yourself out of situations and feelings by imagining yourself in a space of love, surrounded by love and love building from within your being. This can be achieved energetically and instantly, you can then enter back into your reality and allow the remembrance of yourself to merge with your reality thus, raising the vibration and possible outcomes.

Understanding the transitions and situations you move through is not always essential, if you become preoccupied with discovering and understanding then you may be distracting yourself from receiving valuable insights and ways to move back into deep spaces of love.

I am love, I am peace, I am bliss, I am truth, I am the healed perfection of the Creator. I trust in the truth of these words and allow divine remembrance to emerge with ease from within my being.

Emotions can entwine themselves deep into your being and energy systems, it can take loving observation of yourself with a remembrance of your truth to bring forth healing and freedom of emotions.  The experiences of the past has caused emotions to be used incorrectly but now your emotional  body is moving through a tremendous transformation which will allow you to use your emotions to fuel your spiritual evolution, connection with and experiencing  the Creator in every present moment.

Take time to be aware of your emotions, send love, healing and support to your emotions as your emotional body moves through a powerful transitional period. Please know that I Mother Mary am with you loving you eternally in truth and with divine remembrance of the Creator.

Beloved Ones,
The times that are before you are filled with energies of new beginnings and this creates a feeling of anticipation while at the same time needing to bring completion to all outstanding issues, and there is a sense of waiting in a void between two worlds. It is a strange time for those of you who have been earnestly working to align with the higher aspects of your self, for you know the work is in completion yet you find that the way forward is hazy and undefined. This is because you are creating your world as you move through each day and you are not used to consciously creating. This feeling will pass and is temporary in nature, all that is required is a willingness to be fully present in each moment and integrating this new idea of yourself. Conscious creation is the next step in your spiritual evolution and requires more attention from you.
Create a plan for what you wish to create and experience in your personal world. Make a list of what this might look like for you including feeling the emotions of having what you want, seeing yourselves having the experience with a sense of exhilaration and well being. Visualize every detail as much as you can as often as you can. Then when you feel it is complete, release it to the universe and know that it is manifesting for you. This method is best employed at the times of the new moon phases to begin your creation, working on visualizing and owning it until the full moon phase at which time you release it to the universe knowing it will become manifest in divine timing for you. You are becoming conscious creators in your everyday world. Some of you may need to maintain this practice until it becomes easier for you. Remember that nothing that is just started comes instantly but with greater practice and training, you will become proficient.
Those of you who have pulled back in the last year are now ready to move forward once again. You are receiving your second wind, as they say, and will find yourselves beginning your work on self mastery with renewal and great enthusiasm. This time, the way forward will be much easier than ever before. You will be filled with a sense of higher purpose and many of you will come to a conscious realization of your part in the divine plan. You will also begin to see how perfect each experience you have endured on your journey to this point has helped to bring you to a feeling of confidence and personal sense of your own power. Every experience had its own gift to give you and now you can utilize what you have gained and learned with more understanding and proficiency for the benefit of yourselves and others around you. You have been enriched with a greater sense of your own magnificence and capabilities.
It is important to treat yourselves with greater kindness within your thought processes and remember that all that you have experienced in your life is what your soul desired to partake of in order to bring you to a greater sense of mastery. This is now where you stand on your journey. Celebrate this accomplishment by rewarding yourselves with some action or item of significance to you. Let it be something that brings you great joy and helps you to remember how far you have come on your path of initiation into higher consciousness and understanding. And we ask that you celebrate the moments as they unfold for you, for it helps to keep your frequency level in tune with the ever increasing energies that flow through the atmosphere to flood the planet without ceasing.
Connect each day to the Earth and stay grounded. Eat foods that impart the higher frequencies into every cell in your ever transforming bodies. Affirm each day that you are an eternal powerful being who can stop the process of aging and renew yourselves on every level. Thoughts and intention are the things that bring the reality into your experience. Write your intentions down and repeat them every day, ideally at the beginning of your day but what is most important is your consistent persistence. You are creating your new reality by this practice and every day is a new fresh start. Fill it with the most positive and benevolent intentions for yourselves, your loved ones, your community and your entire planet. Love is the answer in all situations and this is becoming more noticeable in your personal world.

Beloved Ones,
I would like to have discourse on the quality of love known as discipline. This quality requires a steadfast focus on the accomplishment of a goal or completion of a project and the inner sense of responsibility to see it through to the end. This quality is self directed and there is no one else who can employ this quality for another. As each person goes about their day, this quality of discipline is quietly used and the only way it is seen by others is in the end result of accomplishment and the success of a task well done or a goal well met. There is nothing in this or any other plane of existence that can come into being without this quality at work within each being. The true measure of a person is seen and recognized by the amount of this quality that is evidenced by the works that they do. It is a true love of self and of others to manifest this quality, for in so doing one can continually reinforce the feeling of self esteem and confidence that comes with success in a task that has been completed.
This quality is also at work in one’s relationship with others of one’s family, community and the world at large. Many times a person is called upon to exercise this quality in their interactions with others by refraining from speaking words that would wound or hurt another. It is in the innate knowing that one’s words and deeds can have a far reaching effect upon another’s life experience that brings this quality to the surface in all that they say and do so that one can remain blameless of all offense in their daily interactions. In this way, there is always a feeling of camaraderie and acceptance between all individuals and the way is always clear to have further interactions and discourse with them. It maintains a feeling of warmth, friendliness and openness between all the individuals in one’s sphere of influence. There is always a way, through this quality, to make one’s opinions and viewpoints known that will maintain love and respect for the individuals that one interacts with.
Upon the canvas of life, this quality shines through in all facets of one’s daily existence. It is seen in the orderliness of one’s home and place of business. It shines through each person as they daily labor in their place of employment and in their relations with others. It contributes to a greater appreciation of the beauty that is evident within each person and their unique qualities. It enables each individual to pursue their talents and creativity for their greater enjoyment of life. By using this quality, one can ensure that one gives oneself the time necessary to develop latent abilities by opening up a space for this to happen. Life becomes a wonderful adventure filled with the pursuit of one’s passions in life. Employing this quality in the procurement of items of interest will ensure that one’s home and personal spaces do not become cluttered and overwhelmed with too many things that then stop the flow of beneficial renewed energy in those spaces. 
This quality will absolutely serve the individual who is sincerely intent on moving forward on their spiritual journey through life by adhering to this quality of discipline when practicing their meditations, prayer activities, decrees and creative visioning. Each effort when maintained consistently will help to move the individual into higher energy and consciousness and it is through the persistent use of discipline in one’s spiritual focus that brings a greater sense of connection with the higher realms that surround each individual upon the planet. Each effort brings a sublime reward to the practitioner and over a period of time, it becomes evident in the opening of their own spiritual gifts and abilities which then can open up new vistas and perspectives that were not seen or perceived before. When a reconnection with the Creator of All takes place through exercising this quality, it increases the radiance of one’s presence and this in turn has a beneficial and positive effect upon the immediate circle of influence and in the greater field of infinite possibilities.
It is also most helpful to use this quality as one becomes aware of the thought patterns and habit patterns that one has used throughout their existence in their lives which have never brought one joy, happiness or good results. By daily maintaining discipline in these areas of mind and emotion, one can begin to make progress on improving the quality of one’s daily life and interactions with other’s around them by maintaining focus on the positive aspects at all times. As one brings awareness of a new and better way of speaking to one’s self in one’s mind, it opens up and gives access to greater levels of joy and happiness within and this in turn, causes a change in the outer world effects in ways that seem miraculous and wondrous. Each experience then becomes life enhancing and helps each person to become all that they were meant to be in a state of grace and ease.
I leave you now to ponder this most worthy quality of love and contemplate its place in your current area of need.

Matters on Earth continue to create uncertainty and outwardly there are little signs of world peace being achieved. Yet behind the scenes many groups of Lightworkers are playing their part to bring about stability and peace. It will come in relatively short time and this year is one that will be most active in that respect.
Lightworkers all over the world are gaining confidence in the outcome, and see the fruits of their work coming out. Be assured that the Light is growing all of the time and is slowly lifting souls into a higher dimension. This is resulting in a clear division between those of the old vibrations who are unable to rise up, and those who can. However, it does not mean that you cease to be able to help them, as many souls still need help and guidance to lift up.
The Earth is in turmoil and on the face of it the Light is being subdued, but this is not the case and it is growing rapidly and nothing can now stop its advancement. Lightworkers need to be centered and focus on Self, and not be sidetracked by the many negative activities that are taking place.
You can be an observer without becoming distracted from your tasks, and the more you focus upon them the more successful you will be. Naturally you will be drawn to situations where your experience is needed, and will be in no doubt as to what is expected of you. You volunteered to be here because your experience is valued and needed at such times. Be assured that your Guides are always on hand to assist, and will make sure that you help according to your abilities.
This period is most testing because so much is going on at the same time, but those of you that are called to assist are here for that very purpose. Indeed, it is what you have been “trained” for over a number of lives, and now is your opportunity to fully serve the Light.
Meanwhile keep centered at all times, and know that you can be surrounded by negative energies yet be unaffected by them. You are here to help others to ascend and try to help those who struggle to find their way. That is not always easy and it is best to give assistance where called for, but not impose yourself upon another soul unless asked for help.
It is very important to allow another soul to follow the path they have mapped out for themselves. Uncalled for intrusion may not be as helpful as you feel, and it can sometimes throw a soul off their chosen path. You will find that people who are drawn to other souls are best placed to help them, and it is a fact that there is an attraction to those of a similar vibration.
Additionally you naturally have your Guides who are always at your side, who will gladly help when requested to do so. Even with the best of intentions it is better to allow another soul freedom to make their own choices, as to when assistance should be asked for.
This year should be most momentous as so much is happening now that will bring about major changes in your lives. Already some of you have found contacts who are engaged in vital work that will bring them into public view. You will have noted that President Obama is now more openly active, and can now carry out more Light work that is restricting opportunities for the dark Ones to interfere as before. Their strength has been diminished by removing their access to sufficient funds to continue their march towards planetary control. Without the means to fully carry on with their plan they are in disarray, and unable to achieve their goals.
Naturally the minions of the dark Ones are still trying to fulfill their objectives, but with the break in their continuity, they cannot achieve them. With their usual obstinate approach, the Cabal will not concede that they are to all intents beaten. However, the situation is such that they will soon be unable to create any real threat to the Light, and many changes for the better can now go ahead.
It has been a long road with many obstructions and hold ups, but it was always known that the Light would come out victorious at the end of the cycle. You will intuitively know if you have incarnated this time to be one of the forerunners that are here to bring the changes about. You are most likely already heavily involved in Light work, and eagerly give of yourself to help other souls to ascend.
With the increase in the vibrations you will gradually find that peace will settle upon Earth. Meantime many individuals will find that their outlook is changing, and they will seek a more peaceful life. This will rapidly spread as it gains strength, but do not expect too much too soon. Once people realise that they can change their approach to life and help bring about a peaceful co-existence, they will have no hesitation in moving into the higher vibrations.
We know how much the hardships and delays are affecting you, but this is the time to stand firm. As you might say, the winning post is in sight and you have nothing to worry about, as the Light cannot be defeated. Go about your work with full confidence knowing that your future is assured, and we are always with you.
