Where are your travels leading you to now, after the excitement of Ascension even if did not bring with it the greatly expected changes. As we have informed you, you have lost absolutely nothing as a result of Ascension passing in a manner that failed to bring you the long awaited changes. They remain ready to be brought upon the scene, when they can be co-ordinated in such a way that they can be of maximum benefit to everyone. You realize that the old systems cannot remain as they do serve the best interests of everyone, and that is the whole point of bringing them in. People will inevitably try to hold on to what they have but if you are one who loses out, do not worry. The whole idea is to lift all those up who are ready, and eventually none will exist in a system that supports lack.

We have worked hard with our allies to bring in equality, and not only that but also abundance. The changes will seem like a fairy tale, but more than that they will address the issues that have kept you back. St.Germain is a great warrior who wields immense power, and he will see that no one can prevent you from being able to claim what is rightly yours. He is gifted with Divine Power and let no one try tricks to delay the Prosperity Funds from being distributed. The dark Ones do not really have any cards to play that can stop progress into the Golden Age, oh yes they can be a nuisance but will be swatted out of the way and placed where they no longer have any power. We have all had enough of their delaying tactics and interference tactics. They have far exceeded their authority, and it will not be tolerated anymore.

Meantime millions of Lightworkers have been able to recognize the changes within Self, and are continuing to bring even more Light to Earth. They are in the forefront of a massive move to fully establish even more Light upon Earth. This growth cannot be halted and will continue to set up your future. It is like a giant snowball gathering more as it moves around. Believe us Dear Ones, this year will see you set up for great advancements. After cutting your links with duality as you have been used to experiencing it, you will move on into another stage that will bring you all you need to start your own Galactic Society. Remember that even now you are becoming a Galactic Being. Bodily changes are occurring all of the time, as you eject those energies that are part of your baggage and increase your Light.

In time the Masters will return and have a hand in your evolution. They have nurtured you and followed your progress for a long, long time. However those who cannot find the answers within, will probably revert to the old paradigm and having been given freewill will look for progress through their religious beliefs. Each soul has to be allowed to follow its own ordained path, and will eventually understand the truth. We rejoice when that happens as we desire you to see "ALL IS ONE". Duality has been a hard taskmaster, but lessons learnt are never to be imposed again. We admire your tenacity and determination to put your whole self into what you are doing, and yet there has been much to distract you. You have such a positive attitude, and are prepared to go to great lengths to achieve success. Keep on this path and all will come to in good time. 

Every soul has a life plan, and sometimes they go astray but their Guides are on hand to assist them. But for the fact that the end times are upon you, it would not matter if you went astray and you must get back on track as soon as possible. You must be aware of opportunities that lead you back to them, and your Guides will be working hard to point you in the right direction. No one but yourself puts a goal ahead of you, and since you will have agreed to it, it must make good sense to stick by it if you can. If you fail, it will not be for the want of your Guides trying to goad you onto the right path. However, do not worry unduly about it, as there are many paths that can lead to fulfillment.

All around you the dark Ones are imploding and their chain of command is in tatters. Many of the top people are already contained, and gradually their ability to mount attacks on the Light is waning. Arrests continue to take place and their numbers are being drastically reduced. All around you corruption is being uncovered, and the culprits will be led away so that they have no more influence. It is necessary for you to know how much your lives have been affected by those who chose to rule by force. The "Land of the Free" is a myth placed before you to hide the truth, yet originally there were people who had the right vision and understanding, but were overwhelmed by the dark Ones. All through your history you have been mislead, and few Presidents have been able to break the stranglehold on you by the Illuminati. That Dear Ones is all changing, and you do not have long to wait to see some results, as more of our activities will be openly carried out. It will be our way of showing that we are on your side and with you.

Our Federation is still as active as ever, dealing with nuclear devices that the dark Ones have hidden away, and indeed we also monitor where they go and are ready to deactivate them. You live in a crazy world, where little thought is given to the consequences of detonating them. However, we are alert to all possibilities and ready to step in if matters look like getting out of hand. Generally speaking, we have many inspectors who carry out regular checks on nuclear arsenals, so we know which countries are liable to carry out nuclear attacks. We wish you would sit down and find a way to prevent nuclear warfare. The bravado that some countries choose when they threaten each other, is liable to result in a nuclear holocaust. We will not allow that to happen, and that is in accordance with Divine instructions.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and see just how near you are to getting a peaceful solution, which would allow peace to ascend on Earth. You are so near to ending all the hostilities, but it requires a genuine approach by those who might still fear the bigger powers. It is within your grasp, and Leaders must deal with this problem as a matter of urgency. Trust is in fact a rare commodity where arms are concerned. It is true to say that the people have had enough of wars, and the waste of resources. Peace is not that hard to bring about, and we wish you would put your heart and soul into it, then matters would really take off.

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. As many times as we do this, there are those who would wonder, "Is the man still in his body?" [speaking of Lee] Of course he is, but his consciousness is split. Now, some would say, "I knew it! This makes him a candidate for a psychologist." [Laughter] But it is not that kind of split. Each of you has the ability to do what you see here, but it does not have to be in this form. There is a new energy beginning to form on the planet and we are starting to discuss it gradually. If you have arrived on this page, it would be good for you to review the last channelling [Phoenix]. There is information there that ties into this message.

One week ago, we gave you information regarding what to expect in this new era. Some weeks before that, we told you some of the inventions to look forward to. But in the process of Human evolvement, it is inevitable that some of you will channel. This kind of channelling does not have to be in public or in front of other Human Beings. It can be done only for yourself. It can be what some have previously called "automatic writing," but different. By the way, there's nothing automatic about it. It's not something that just happens. It is you stepping aside, and in the privacy of your own existence, finding the sacred part of you and being able to channel that which is inside you. Some of you will not find an entity with a name at all, but rather you will start channelling pieces and parts of your own divinity. You will call it channelling but it's really communications to the Higher-Self. It's you getting in touch with the core soul that is also you. But it will look like channelling and it will be.

The next step in Human evolution is inward, not outward, for the evolvement of the Human species will be concerning what the brain is able then to do collectively with all of the DNA in the body. Within your own bodies, there's more than a hundred trillion pieces of DNA, and they're all identical and unique with your imprint. They're all bonded or entangled as one. They all present one common field together, as the soul that you are [your Merkabah].

Review
You are finished with the old energy and everything is recalibrating. We told you last week what to expect right now. But there is a release going on and you're starting to feel it. This release will have some anomalies to it and you're going to start to see it soon. We have told you that among the anomalies of the release are the darker energies of the earth realizing they're losing the battle. It's a last gasp, if you wish, to some older energy processes that will raise their heads and pretend they're in charge, but they won't be. You will watch them be dismissed through population non-support, probably for the first time in Human history.

The Toolkit for the Old Soul - 2013
Today we're going to give you potentials and we're going to tell you some things that we see on the horizon. In addition, we are going to point out some potentials that are not necessarily the strongest, but which are indeed there. This is new, for it shows you what is "cooking" in the background that might or might not influence humanity at this moment. By doing this, you can see free choice in action.

I would like to start by echoing and continuing last week's channelling. Today we would like to give you a five-point 2013 Old Soul Toolkit. That is to say, we will give you five points to look at. These will be things that some of you will need and others will not. We also know that we have more listening and reading than there are in the room before us. So we have said this many times: If you tuned into this, it doesn't matter what your clock says or your calendar says, we know who you are. We know the potentials of your evolved soul listening to this message and that that potential is right in front of us. We are in contact with your Higher-Self and we know your plan. We are in contact with that which you would think is a predisposed attitude you might or might not do something. We know that, too. So if you're listening to this message, or you're reading it, you're right where you belong.

Clearing The Way
There are many things scheduled to happen that have always been scheduled to happen as soon as the marker was passed [2012]. The 2012 energy contained a great deal of fear and this has now passed. So there is a clearing, you might say, of the playing field of energies. When you take a look at those things, some of which may be esoteric to you, certain attributes of the shift are being honored. Right now that would be the precession of the equinoxes and the midpoint. So you are actually now in the middle of the transition, and so we present five items that you need for your toolkit, as you experience the transition to this new energy.

Tolerance
Number one is tolerance. Now, I'm going to talk to old souls, and when I talk about tolerance, I'm talking to old souls specifically. Old soul, you have been very tolerant for a long time. You've been tolerant of the old energy and have had to co-exist with many things that you have nothing in common with. Now I'm going to ask you to be tolerant of one another because some of you are not going to like what takes place next. Some of you are going to depart from tradition and irritate the others.

The best way to explain this is to give an example: Let's say, for instance, that you have been a healer for thirty years, and you have a process that works. You have energies you've dealt with, and you know what you're doing. Suddenly the very attributes of the energy around you starts to rewrite itself. Some of the things that are the core essence of what you've been doing and what you've been taught, are beginning to change.

But you're going to disagree that they are changing, since certain things have worked for you for years! You won't want to believe there are any changes for something so correct and comfortable. The bias that you are going to have as an old soul will be obvious. You will say, "No, that cannot be right. You always have to do this or that. I've been doing it this way for years, and Spirit has always honored me in the way these things work."
So how do you know? What is it that will show you that there are shifts? The first thing is to have tolerance in all things you used to believe were a certain way, for these are the things that are changing first. The next is to turn to new, intuitive powers.

The intuitive signals that you receive in your spiritual work that tell you what to do in a process and that you have been working with for years continue to be the signals that you should depend on. Even the channeller may have new paradigms before him that he must work with. For with new energy, the relationship between the Human corporeal body and that which you call the intelligent body and the Higher-Self body will start to shift [a recalibration of how these communicate with each other]. But many won't listen to anything new. They will still go to what worked before and not "tune in" to anything that might be different.

Pathways that you may call neural will start to be built that are quantum between the corporeal self and the intelligent self. That is to say, some of you are starting to get a concept of being able to talk to your own cellular structure and get good feedback. For instance, there might be those who are invested in kinesiology who would say, "No, no. You have to do it a certain way. We've done this for decades. This is how it's done." A younger Lightworker may say, "Well, I can do it different, and without any process you have done in the past." So some of you are going to have to be more tolerant and open-minded toward new processes or ones that rewrite the old processes that you have survived by. If you don't, it's going to slow down the evolution of planet Earth, for then there may even be a split in the old souls and what they believe... into "old and new" metaphysics.

So for those who are part of processes, procedures, learnings and systems that you have used for years, we ask you for tolerance. Before you would judge or speak in a critical way about what you believe is your truth, look at the beauty of an evolving Earth. Look at the beauty of an old soul, who can now start to claim the things we always said you would be able to do. For 23 years, my partner has been telling you what might be possible. Now you stand at the cusp of actually doing it. That was number one.

Patience
We're going to state it again just as we did last week: Patience. The attributes that we speak of are going to take awhile. Last week, we gave you the story of the amateur farmer who plants the seeds of his crops and runs outside the next morning to watch them grow, only to discover that growth is too slow to be seen. That is the way it's going to appear - too slow. You'll watch your news, you'll watch your government, you'll watch the Earth, and some of you will say, "Well, I don't really see much that's different." It's just like the seeds, and you can't really see it. Instead, there's a slow, methodical, consistent change in consciousness. Some of it cannot be obtained until older energies die. Some of it will not be realized until some of those in charge of old energies are no longer in charge of them. Some of them will not reveal themselves until youth takes the position of leadership, and right now some of you are saying, "That's just too long, Kryon."
What we need you to do, dear one, with your toolkit is to understand that your being here as an old soul is the food and light for the plants to grow. You can't just check out and say, "I've waited long enough and I don't want to go through another 18 years." Picture it like this, dear ones: You now have the water can for the seeds, yet before 2012, there were no seeds! The older energies are diminishing, and not only do you now have the seeds, you now have the water can! So every morning you wake up and water, and water.

Listen: Those who come after you will begin to see full crops. This is the next thing in your toolkit - understanding and tolerance for things you don't understand. In a new paradigm, there are going to be things you didn't expect, and you may look at them and say, "No way," not understanding this was the way of it all along.

Attitude Adjustment
Let me talk about number three, attitude adjustment. Some of you are starting to put together some things that Kryon has said in the past. Years ago, I channelled information that has now come to fruition and now you can begin to understand it, but then, you did not. We gave you this phrase: "When everyone can talk to everyone, there can be no secrets." In your current Earth society, this has now become something called social networking. Even before this term existed, I told you about it. There would be a time on the planet when all could talk to all, instantly. Can you see how that would disarm old paradigms of communication? Do you see how that might disarm information that was incorrect? Do you see how that might disarm drama and untruth? When everyone can talk to everyone - this is what is happening!

So, technology has given you the beginning of something that some of you, especially the older ones, look at and don't want anything to do with. You say, "It's a fad of the young people." I want you to adjust your attitudes toward this. Let a young person show you what they can do and how many friends that they can talk to all at once, instantly. Let them show you what happens when they want to communicate something so they put it in a certain place and, suddenly, hundreds know instantly. It is a new paradigm of the way Human Beings are going to communicate.

I wish to tell you where that's going to eventually lead, for social networking has no borders. What happens when a young Israeli is talking to a young Iranian or a Palestinian about something they saw on their networking devices? The ideas fly across the borders in a way that they never could before. What happens to the intermingling of friends in a technical paradigm where hundreds talk to each other instantly, perhaps in a land where they never did before? The result? It will continue to create understanding about those they only have heard about or have been told about. Now they can see and hear them, and will know they all want the same thing! This is a new paradigm of communication, but more than that, it becomes the way of the future, where everyone can know everything accurately and almost instantly.  It will be one of the catalysts for peace on the planet.

There is more here than meets the eye, dear ones, and your attitude is everything. For if you look at all this and say, "Well, this is a fad, and is just for the young," if this is you, then you're missing it totally. Let a young person explain what they can do and let the light bulb go on in your mind, for the evolution of the Human species is here and this is never going away. If you don't like all this, then social networking is only going to get worse for you! We say that in a humorous and facetious way.

There will come a day when this will be the way of it in all things. It will be impossible to be a hermit. You'll always have more friends than you thought possible. These are the things we are asking you to look forward to, but it's going to require you to look at them differently and adjust. That was number three.
The Physical Body

Number four is your physical body, for in this new energy, it has to recalibrate. So it's going to do so no matter what you want. You gave intent to stay, dear one. So you have given permission for physical chemistry changes to occur in you. For some of you, that's called illness, but it isn't. It's simply temporary imbalance of chemistry. So what we're going to say next is that some of you will go through what you would think are physical trials. There are some of you hearing and reading who are already going through this. So if that's you, now you understand what it's about.

This is going to be a faster evolution in certain ways than you think. For it's going to affect the ones who have chosen to stay and move into this next paradigm. Moving into this new energy is difficult. It may actually put stress on the chemistry of the body as it recalibrates. So when this takes place, you'll know what I'm talking about, and when it takes place, do not fear it. So we give you a challenge: Celebrate imbalance! Whether it's in your muscle structure or in your intestine or any of those places where you don't know where it came from, I challenge you to say, "Thank you, God, that I'm recalibrating, for I'm evolving and I know why." You're supposed to stay, dear ones, and water the plants. You'll see what I mean, for there will be some unexpected things soon.

The Change in the Way Things Work
Now I'm going to be very cautious with number five, and I'm going to change a paradigm of the way we channel. For 23 years, we have given you information in the soup of potentials that we read around you as the highest probable potential that exists. These things eventually become your reality because they are your free choice, and we know what you're thinking. We know what the potentials are because we know what the biases are, and we see all of humanity as a whole. Potentials are energy, and it gives us the ability to project your future based on how you are working these potentials. We have done this for a long time. Twenty-three years ago, we told you about many things that were potentially going to happen, and now they are your reality.

But now I'm going to depart from that scenario and I'm going to give you a potential on Earth that is not the strongest. I am going to tell you about a Human Being who has a choice. This potential is only about 50 percent. But I'm going to "read a potential" to you that you didn't expect. It's about a paradigm that is starting to shift.

Let's talk about North Korea. There's a young, new leader there. The potential is that he will never, ever hear this channel, so I can talk freely about him. He is facing a dilemma, for he is young and he knows about the differences in the energy in his land. He feels it. The lineage of his departed father lies upon him and all that is around him expects him to be a clone of this lineage. He is expected to continue the things that he has been taught and make North Korea great.

But he's starting to rethink them. Indeed, he wants to be a great leader, and to be heard and seen, and to make his mark on North Korea's history. His father showed him that this was very important. So he ponders a question: What makes a world leader great?

Let's ask that question to someone in an older earth paradigm from not that long ago. He will be an expert and a successful one. So this is a valid exercise, asking someone from the past who knows. We will ask that question to a man who you know and whose name is Napoleon. For us, this was yesterday and some of you were there.

If you asked Napoleon, "What makes a world leader great?", he will say, "the size of the army, how much area can be efficiently conquered with a given amount of resources and men, how important the leader appears will then be based upon how many citizens call him emperor or king, the taxes he can impose, and how many fear him." Not only was that Napoleon's reality, but he was right for the energy he was part of at the time. So Napoleon went back and forth between world leader, general and prisoner. He accomplished almost everything he set out to do. His expertise was obvious, and you remember his name to this day. He was famous.

What makes a world leader great? What I am showing you is the difference in thinking between then and now. There are some choices that this evolving young Human Being has that could change everything on the planet if he wanted. His father would tell this boy that what makes a world leader great is the potential of his missile power, or how close he can get to having a nuclear weapon, or how he stands up against the power of the West, or how he continues to aggravate and stir drama as a small country - getting noticed and being feared. His father would tell him that this is his lineage and that is what he's been told all his life. His father did it well and surrounded himself with advisors who he then passed on to his son.

Now, there's a 50 percent chance of something happening here, but this is not a strong potential, dear ones. I'm bringing this forward so you can watch it work one way or the other. For if the son continues in his father's footsteps, he is doomed to failure. The energy on the earth will see it as old and he will be seen as a fool. If, however, he figures it out, he could be the most famous man on the planet... which is really what his father wanted.

If Kryon were to advise this man, here's what I would tell him. He could be the greatest known leader the current world has ever known, for what he does now will be something the world will see as a demarcation point from the old ways. Not only that, but what he does now will be in the history books forever, and because of his youth, he has the potential to outlive every other leader on the planet! So he's going to have longer fame than anyone ever has.

I would tell him this: Tell the border guards to go home. Greet the south and begin to unify North and South Korea in a way that no past prophet ever said could happen. Allow the two countries to be separate, but have them as two parts of a larger Korean family with free trade and travel. Start alliances with the West and show them that you mean it. Drop the missile programs because you will never need them!

This will bring abundance to the North Korean people that they never expected! They will have great economic sustenance, schools, hospitals and more respect than ever for their amazing leader. The result would be fame and glory for the son, which the father had never achieved, something that the world would talk about for hundreds of years. It would cause a United Nations to stand and applaud as the son walked into the Grand Assembly. I would ask him, "Wouldn't you like that?"
Doesn't this seem obvious to most of you? He could achieve instant fame and be seen as the one who made the difference and started something amazing. But watch him. He has a choice, but it's not simple. He still has his father's advisors, but one of which he's already dismissed. He may get it, or he may not. There is a 50 percent chance. But I'll tell you that if he doesn't do it, the one after him will. Because it is so obvious.

We show you this to tell you that this is the evolvement of the Human species. It is the slow realization that putting things together is the answer to all things, instead of separating them or conquering them. Those who start promoting compromise and begin to create these energies that never were here before will be the ones you're going to remember. Dear ones, it's going to happen in leadership and politics and in business. It's a new paradigm.

And so that particular tool is this: the realization that the reality you think works may not anymore. You don't know what you don't know. But you can still plan for things that are coming that you don't know if you know what the energy shift is.

It's like driving on a road that you've been told is going to widen up and the traffic is going to flow soon. You believe it and you know it and you prepare for it. You don't know when it's coming, and you don't know how it's going to happen, but when it comes, you're ready, and you breathe a sigh of relief and you say, "I knew that would happen."
So we close with that. Now you can watch as the world watches to see what this young man does. If he's smart enough to see the new energy the way he has the ability to, he will become perhaps one of the world's most beloved leaders. He will be seen as wise beyond his years, with fame that no one else could achieve. But the old energy is strong, and drama and fear beckon as well.

Slowly there will be those who start to understand and see that unification is the answer to all things. As hard as it is for enemies to unify with enemies, it will be their survival, for to continue the way they have been will mean they will die on the vine. The old energy is no longer going to support the old ways. Watch for it. It's going to happen sooner than not.

We'll close with the same thing we closed with before. Human Being, do not fear what you are about to see, for the old energy will flail and die hard and it's not going to go easily into the sunset with its head down. It's going to fight. I give you this as a metaphor. You'll see it, and you'll know it when you see it. So understand it, don't fear it.

There will be a period of recalibration and adjustment as this Earth moves slowly to an energy, as if coming into the sun from the shadow. The city on the hill is slowly being revealed.

The New Jerusalem.

 ‘Beloved Archangel Gabriel and Archangel Hope, I call upon your loving presence to stand before me, enveloping me deeply in your unconditional love. As I receive and accept your love, support and brightly shining light I encourage my inner truth to become my outer truth unfolding from within my being.

Archangel Gabriel and Archangel Hope, I ask and allow you to pour your deeply loving energy into my entire being but specifically my heart chakra, as well as my planetary heart chakra, solar heart chakra, galactic heart chakra, universal heart chakra, multi universal heart chakra and my cosmic heart chakra.

With your deeply pure angelic love I ask that my heart chakra is activated, awakened and expansively opened. My greatest wish and focus at this time is to connect with my heart chakra more fully, becoming one with my heart energy, with all that my heart provided and holds to assist me. I ask that my heart chakra is balanced, healed and that true clarity manifests so that my heart chakra is a crystal clear well of unconditional love. Archangel Gabriel and Archangel Hope, working as one with my soul, heart chakra and my divine inner truth, please remove all blindness that doesn’t allow me to see the truth and clarity of my heart chakra and soul. Please remove all deafness that doesn’t allow me to hear and listen with crystal clear understanding to my heart chakra and soul. Please remove all energies and perspectives that inhibit me speaking, sharing and communicating the unconditional love of my soul and heart chakra.

I no longer wish or choose to walk a pathway where I am constantly experiencing separation with my soul and heart chakra, I wish and choose to be at one with my soul and heart chakra, experiencing the divine guidance, voice, feelings and truth of my heart chakra and soul with crystal clear clarity so that each step, actions, decisions and thoughts I make and create are formed from a deep an d true knowingness, guidance and understanding within me.

I am completely and absolutely aware and conscious that it is now time for me to truly allow my entire being, energy systems and bodies, consciousness, chakras, mind and emotions to awaken to the truth of my being. More importantly it is divine timing that I now see, sense, acknowledge and accept my truth, inner guidance and clarity with ease in every moment of my reality.

Beloved love beacons on the Earth; we come forward to you as the united consciousness and love energy of Archangel Gabriel and Archangel Hope. We deeply wished to share our invocation with you to support the development, constant awakening and discovery of your heart chakra. It is true that as a beacon and an example of the Creator’s love on the Earth that you can no longer walk or wander aimlessly, making decisions and choices from your desires, the mind or from habit. Now is the time to realise your heart chakra more fully and its divine purpose and role in your reality.

The word ‘aimlessly’ is extremely important because in the past you may not have experienced the aim, the driving force and the clear goal like energy that your heart holds of achieving what is appropriate and necessary. Now is the time to aim your energy from your heart as you aim your focus to the centre of your heart. It is time to attend to your heart chakra to remove the shields, mists and walls that may be hindering your sight and hearing so that you may connect more fully in oneness with your heart chakra and soul.

It is also essential to allow yourself to focus upon listening to everything around you as well as within you. There is an aspect of humanity that has become lazy and lacking in the skill and ability of listening. If you allow yourself to listen to the truth within and around your being you do not require any of your modern tools or technology to assist and support you in your reality. Allow yourself to listen to the universe of the Creator, all that you require, need and wish to understand is within the silence, the energy, the light and the love of the Creator’s universe.

There is always an aspect of your being that is aligned and listening to the universe of the Creator but now this ability and natural instinct needs to be developed, enhanced and consciously experienced. By each person listening to the universe of the Creator you will consciously gather and manifest a consciousness of wisdom, knowledge and understanding that allows you to illuminate and dissolve all aspects of reality that seem problematic, whether it is your personal reality or the reality you create with each soul on the Earth. Rather than drawing from your own perceptions, habits and thoughts to create the general consciousness of the Earth you could draw upon the wise consciousness in the universe of the Creator to filter into the general consciousness and general co-creations of humanity.

It is also appropriate to listen to the environment and people around you, often you are creating energies and attracting people into your reality and yet you are not listening to the messages that they are expressing energetically. Sometimes when you listen to the energies and people around you, even the environment of your home or work space you begin to notice harmony or disharmony. Maybe it can be as simple as certain colours are not serving you, or the vibration of people around you is trying to demonstrate to you certain areas where growth or attention is needed.

It is also a wonderful practice to listen to your inner energies, to listen to your outer environment and to listen to the universe of the Creator, observing free from judgment the similarities or differences that can be noticed. Remember that you are not completely listening with your physical ears but you are listening with your inner ears, akin your inner ability to sense or acknowledge, even your inner ability to know or understand. This can be achieved by retaining a space of peace, observation, alertness and awareness within your being.

If you recall the last time someone read from a book out loud to you, even though your intention was to listen your mind may have been wandering with other thoughts, your emotions may have been processing unrelated feelings, you may not have been completely present, observing and connected to the person reading and the words being expressed. Maybe afterwards you couldn’t even remember what was said.

If you had allowed yourself to be fully present at that moment you would have heightened your experiences and would also be able to recall or replay all that you had understood and experienced. The process of focus and allowing yourself to be present and observing allows you to listen on many energetic levels in order to gain guidance from within, your heart, your soul, environment, people and the Creator’s universe.

With the ability of listening, seeing, sensing your own heart chakra and the heart chakra of each person with clarity and truth a greater presence of love will manifest into the Earth’s reality for all to experience. The love experienced will be your creation, anchoring and manifestation. Each action, step, thought, process and reaction that you take influences the ascension of your own being and that of humanity so it is appropriate that you allow yourself to truly listen on a deeper level to all that is within and around you, then with discernment and inner knowingness choosing the steps and actions that you wish to take.

When we say listen we mean listen with your senses, listen to the energy or energetically.

Dear Ones,
You have perhaps learned that your body shape or communication systems may differ in the future. Both are accurate indicators of what will transpire. But now we wish to describe the changes within your being. For indeed before those outer pieces are evident, inner shifts are necessary.
You have learned how to access your angels, your higher-self, your inner-being – all spiritual/emotional elements of your new being. Granted, you do not necessarily feel adept in accessing those pieces of your being, but you know it is possible and you have most likely tried at least one of many techniques in the past few years. It is now time to address your physical being.
Your inner physical body is changing rapidly causing some of you to report headaches, stomach discomfort or other similar ailments. Or perhaps you recently had the flu, a cold or an ache somewhere in your being. All indicators your body is shifting.
Of course, please do not discount addressing your ailments with the medical world. Current medical knowledge is a large piece of this transition. For without the past century of medical advancements, you would not have as much freedom to explore your new world. Maslow’s Hierarchy described this as meeting the base needs of life – food, water and shelter – before self-actualization can be initiated.
If you feared you might die or have a limited life because of polio, scarlet fever, diphtheria, epilepsy, tuberculosis and so many other diseases that are no longer of great concern to you, you would have little interest in the New Age. Instead of discounting the medical world, realize that just as is true of your transportation (automobiles, airplanes) and communication systems (internet, cell phones), advancements on all levels are encouraging you to participate in this self-actualization transition.
That is not to say you need to worship any invention or medical discovery, but that you need to give all their due in this wondrous transition.
Let us return to your inner-being. Perhaps you cannot fully appreciate the changes in your DNA and cells. Most of you do not have the instruments to observe these shifts. You know you feel differently at times, but you cannot measure or detect how that different feeling is an indicator that your body is shifting.
An indicator, if you choose to observe it, is that your blood is helping to harmonize your inner shifts by creating the vibrations, harmonies and colors necessary to expedite your inner physical shifts. As we discussed during our internet Creation Energies show this week (www.BlogTalkRadio.com/brenda-hoffman), your blood may appear to be a different hue or color – ranging from blues to yellows to browns. Red will remain the base color of your blood, but the different hues will indicate what your inner physical being feels it lacks during this transition.
Will your blood remain this new color? Perhaps or perhaps not. Your physical body has always had the capability to regenerate itself even though you have not used those skills for eons.
Many of you are familiar with color and harmony therapies for your outer physical being. You are now opening your personal “medical kit” to harmonize your inner-being.
How is it possible for you to expand your DNA, change your cellular structure and yet maintain the same type and flow of blood required for your Old Age physical being?
You are changing. That is a phrase that applies to every atom of your being. Even though we have discussed cellular changes, many of you did not understand that a cellular change requires a complete physical, spiritual and emotional overhaul. You cannot maintain your Old Age being in your New Age world.
You are not alone in such shifting – you are just among the first to do so.
Many of you are wondering if your new body shape will be different from what is now the norm. Such thoughts are not necessary or even within your realm of understanding at this time.
All you need to concern yourself with is that your inner-being is rapidly shifting to accommodate your new DNA strands and cellular structure. That shift might include a different hue of blood, different intake of food and drink, different interests and different needs for rest. This is not a entry-level shift. In truth, your physical being is going through more shifts than was true during puberty or pregnancy. It is complete and permanent.
Such statements are not to frighten you, but to inform you that you are shifting physically. And by doing so, your needs, interests and internal physical being will be different.
Do not be concerned that your physician will report your unusual blood color, additional DNA strands, and other physical changes. Unless your medical personnel are of the Lightworker advance team, they will only detect what they have always seen. Their observations will be similar to the stories of Native Americans who did not initially see European boats for they had no historical perspective to understand the meaning of those boats. They could not perceive something they did not understand or expect. So it will be for your medical personnel.
Of course, the obvious question is what else is shifting within your being? We cannot tell you specifics other than your blood, cells and DNA are different or shifting to accommodate your Lightworker being. Other shifts will be more specific to your role. Just as is true for body builders developing different muscles than is required for a long distance bicycle racer or Olympic swimmer.
Do not be frightened of your physical changes. Relish them for you are a Lightworker creating a body to best accommodate your new role. Your physical body will never again be as it was. Nor will you wish it to be once you have completed your shift.
Your body changes are not a punishment, but a gift from you and the Universes to the Lightworker that you are. So be it. Amen.

In Order To Look Forward, You Must Understand What's Behind You

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. So it is that this particular message would be the one that is published first in 2013. There would be those who would be listening now, who would say, "Well, now that the marker has been passed of 2012, what's next?" This is the Human Being speaking who is always looking forward and never back, who doesn't usually stop and look around, who always wants to measure energy by what's coming instead of what was or what is. So we're not going to go there just yet. Instead, we're going to say to you, "I want you to stop and look at what you've done." For in order to look forward, you must understand what's behind you. What is behind you is the conquering of an old energy, above and beyond what any of the prophecies ever said you would be able to do.

Kryon Timing

For those who haven't put it together yet, my arrival in 1989 was a precursor for the potentials that we saw were in place for this very day. Had you not changed the consciousness of the planet, had you not marked your territory by the Harmonic Convergence of 1987, I would not be channelling with my partner today. He would have a different life, for I would never have presented myself to him as I did. I told him early on that if he chose not to take the mantle that I offered, there were others who would. So the point is that you created an energy that allowed me to enter and begin the teaching to humanity through a Human Being.

I didn't create anything by arriving here, dear ones. You're the ones who decided to cook this meal. I'm simply one of the ingredients. I want you to look around figuratively at what you've accomplished and what you've gone through. You have been slogging through some of the oldest energy that existed on the planet. You have been taking light and throwing it against darker things that had no integrity, taking light and throwing it against judgment and drama, and you have been doing this for 18 years, by the way.

Oh, some of you say, "I've been doing it longer than that, Kryon!" Indeed, but the last 18 years were the ones foretold as part of the Galactic Alignment. This alignment is more than an alignment in the sky, dear ones. When your sun aligns fully with the earth and the center of the galaxy, you're looking at creation. This alignment is a marker that is energetic, not just something that the astronomers knew as the precession of the equinoxes, or that the Mayans told you about through their calendars, or that fractal time computations gave you. This is a time known by the Universe and what you've done around it.

Release

Now all begins to change, and the first thing that happens is what we're going to callrelease. You have to understand that Spirit moves slowly, and especially within the time frame of how fast consciousness is able to change on the planet - that's you. So there's no clock or timeline that Spirit has given you, except a framework of the next 18 years while your planet continues to precede through what is called the Dark Rift, which is the Milky Way. Within those 18 years, there's a profundity of potential that you will be able to "plant the seeds of new consciousness" that will indeed grow quickly in future times.

Release: If you're a bodybuilder and you have held a weight in your hand for a long, long time, when you put it back in the holder, the muscles will need time to return to normal. There's stress in holding up the weight, and there is a corporeal balance that is changed with the stress. Body chemistry within the muscles changes to allow the holding of the weight. So there's a release process that takes place when the weight is put away.

Now, this release metaphor is saying, "Take a short vacation from battling the old energy. Because the old energy is also going to start to change since it is also part of the release."The old energy also has been holding something; it has been holding back the light [you]. So both of you suddenly are in release mode. But the wise Human will always wait a moment while things recover and watch where things settle. The unwise Human will continue to push in the old fashion, no matter what. It's important that you release for a moment and take a look at a changing paradigm.

Old energy is simply energy without light or wisdom, so it will continue pushing in the old way and may look the same to you. But the difference is that it will be without all the ammunition it used to have. This ammunition is the structure of the Crystalline Grid and the ability for the darkness to survive in the way it has done for a millennium.

The Darkness

Because you have changed the actual Gaia grid system and have given intent to move past this 2012 marker into 2013, the rules by which dark and light battle one another have changed. Now the light is going to have a bigger impact - a far more powerful one. The definition of dark is the absence of light. So the dark is the void that is not filled by light, but it still has energy, although it is weaker than ever before. So let's define something else - the "Consciousness of Darkness."

Darkness and light are measures, not entities. They represent the way Humans think and the waves of consciousness that influence others and create paradigms on earth. So when we say, "the darkness wants this or that," we are describing groups of Humans who have no light. This is the opposite of Lightworkers, who are groups of Humans who have awakened to a realization that God is inside. This realization, by the way, is available for all humanity, since God is inside of every soul on the planet. But for a very long time, there simply has been no Human understanding that there is an actual personal choice of being anything but what they are told they are.

So the battle has always been between consciousness and how much light could be given to those who might see it or wish to see it. But as you know, most of humanity has wallowed in a very dim light that hasn't changed much for centuries - until now. This is not about goodness or evil. This is about a confluence or natural consensus of how Humans think about themselves and what is appropriate behavior for humanity. Some may even call it Human nature.

Well, this old energy thinking wants to remain and remain. It won't believe there has been a change, but it will flail in unbalance for a little while, as it starts to realize it isn't as powerful anymore. This is going to be uncomfortable for you.

Some of you are saying, "Well, 2013 ought to bring a release, a breath of fresh air. Ah, we made it! We did it!" Well, I'll tell you, like a child that didn't get its way, the old ways of the dark will invade every cranny of life it can. It will battle for its life and its survival, and it will feel the fact that things are not the same. So in this release period, I want you to take a step back. When you see these things rear their ugly heads, don't make a decision that 2013 is not what you thought. When you see more unbalance on the planet, even some things that you didn't expect - and indeed, they will be there - don't throw up your hands and say, "Here it is again. We didn't make a difference." Because you did. These kinds of things work slowly.

The Beginning of Modern History

Energy is shifting and we have given you this information before. The very balance of the protocol of the battle is realigning itself. That's what this time is about. If you ask those in other solar systems who have gone through this before, it was the beginning, literally, of their written history. They don't even look at anything before it. Everything begins now. So as we've said before, if you look in the future of humanity, they will point to this day and mark it as the beginning of modern Human history. They will look at everything before it and say, "Those were the days of barbarianism. Those were the days of modern mythology. Those were the days we didn't know better, and now we see the face of God in ourselves."That is what you're stepping into. But it's tough, and it's slow.

The Planting of the Seeds

I have used the metaphor of planting seeds many times, so we will examine that just a little more and give you some more information. The metaphor, of course, is the farmer, and we use it so that you will see all of the attributes that the farmer looks at, which are common to you all.

While you were battling the old energy, you weren't plowing the fields getting ready for the seeds. Instead, you were surviving. Now it is time to prepare the fields for planting, and in the process of release, you turn inward. Preparing the fields is a metaphor for discovering the Higher-Self, the quantumness in you, and moving to a place, personally, where things start to make more sense in your everyday life.

There are those in this room and reading right now who I'm hearing from: "Help me, help me." You don't think I know who's here? So I'm going to say to you: You know who you are, dear ones, and I want you to relax for a moment. You are loved beyond what you think you're loved. You are known by God beyond what you think you're known by God, and this you are feeling now is temporary. Ok? This is temporary. If you're pleading for help, you're in unbalance. It's time to relax in God and know you're loved. There is time. You will survive. You're going to make it.

There is wisdom in the plan of the seeding metaphor. First, you plow the fields; then you add the fertilizer and nutrients. Finally, you get ready for the seed planting. The fields aren't ready now, so you must pause and get them ready. So all this talk is a farming metaphor. This may not all make sense to you, but what it says is that the demarcation point from old to new is now, and only now may you begin what you came for. You have not planted the seeds yet. The fields must be prepared. In the process of this preparation, you will find that the dark energy is easier to battle, allowing you to do the planting.

New scenarios will pop up to show you that this is true. You won't believe that you got through some of the challenges so easily. Because now the energy supports you and it didn't a year ago. The year 2013 really is a demarcation of intent and affects manifestation. You start to prepare the fields for new energy and begin to plant the seeds using that which the old soul has: the wisdom of the past. These seeds of wisdom are planted into the economy, into the government, into the household and families. These are seeds of integrity and will speak of the wisdom of coming together instead of tearing apart.

The Amateur Farmer

Human attributes then start to change, and especially Human nature, but it's slow. Imagine an amateur farmer. He has no idea what he is doing, but he has a pack of seeds. So he reads the instructions, gets the fields ready, and shoves those seeds in the ground. He is so excited! He then runs home, but he can hardly sleep. The night goes by, the sun comes out, and he runs out into the fields at dawn to see what's happening. And - there is nothing there! What did he do wrong? There is no crop!

"Nothing is happening," the farmer says. Did he actually plant anything? It's laughable, of course, because every farmer knows that crops grow slowly. In fact, they grow so slowly, you can't see them growing! You stoop down, looking at the plant, and you can even yell at it, "Grow!", yet nothing happens. Then a week later, you realize the plant is actually bigger; a week more and it's bigger still. Within a certain amount of time, it ripens and creates the crop that you planted.

So this is what we're telling you: The growing of the seeds of consciousness is going to be a slow process. It will take 18 years to just plant them! So, how long do you think before you get the flower? "Oh no!" some of you are saying. The first reaction of the old soul to this news is, "This is not what I wanted to hear." Perhaps you would then say, "Then why am I here? I'm tired. Why don't I just go home now? Kryon, I've decided, I'm going to retire right now from my working. I've done my job. You passed the marker. Why should I care at this point in time? We'll leave it to the younger generation."

So now I will tell you, Lightworker, that the only way the crops will grow is from using the light you came here with. That's it. You're the ones who have to take up the gauntlet, put on the mantle of the responsibility you came in for, and move forward to make certain the crops grow. I just want to tell you that what you've been through so far is the hardest part. What you're about to go through will be easier as time goes on. But it's still going to take a longer time than you like. So what you're going to see, very slowly, is the emergence of a new Human energy. It will take many forms, but you're going to see new things. Let's just examine one.

New Ideas - You Don't Know What You Don't Know

In recent past channels, we told you some of the new inventions to look forward to in this new era. But now we speak of new ideas and new paradigms of thinking. After these things happen, and when you look at them in retrospect, you're going to say, "Why didn't we think of that before?" The reason is because you weren't ready for it. So that brings up a process that is difficult for us to explain to you, because Humans do not want to hear this.

Human Beings believe that their brains are capable of any thought that is thinkable in the Universe and that the sky is the limit. They believe that at any given time, any intellectual can come up with whatever is needed, which is the next step in evolved thinking. Yet history doesn't show that, does it? In the past messages we pointed this out, and we gave you something to think about. We brought up the fact that it should have been obvious to you how to fly and, of course, now it is. As we speak, thousands of Human Beings are in the air, flying from one place to another with principles that the birds showed you thousands of years ago. Yet it's new to humanity, having only been developed recently. Now, how long have you been looking at birds and longed to fly? How long have certain cultures been flying kites? Yet you never figured it out! How's that for being a Human Being with unlimited thought? You never figured it out!

Finally, about 100 years ago, two bicycle makers finally did it. I ask you, does it look like something happened here that is just a little out of the ordinary? Did you know (and I'll say it again) that those bicycle makers only beat the record of first Human flight by a week or so? Others on the earth were also working on it simultaneously. Did you know that? Here's why - because Spirit implants ideas and inventions when you're ready, and not before. These seemingly obvious ideas are invisible and blind and unattainable to the Human Being because they can't think of it. You're seeing this attribute everywhere with humanity, whether you know it or not.

How many years did you feel you had to build a fortress around your city-states and block out other Human Beings in other cities? Humans built walls and had regular battles so that the other guy wouldn't get your possessions. So how long did it take you to figure out that maybe you could share your resources, or perhaps even trade with the other one so that you'd both have each other's resources, and everybody wins in the process? What a concept! Well, really, you only just did it. Putting things together instead of tearing them apart has only occurred to you in the last 75 years. Why didn't that occur to you 1,000 years ago? Instead, you continued to sequester your borders and build armies to keep you safe. Now, suddenly there is the idea of "country groups" that share common resources, trade without tariffs, and have a common defense in consciousness. Have you noticed this? Well, get ready for more, since there will be entire continents who will do this in the future. But why did it take so long?

Until very, very recently, you were conquerors. That's all you did, since that's all that occurred to you. Armies wiped out other Human Beings so that where they stood, they now owned the land and the resources. That was the thinking of the day. Now you say, "Well, we're beyond that." Not much. Not really, but you will be.

New ideas are things you never thought of. These ideas will be given to you so you will have answers to the most profound questions that your societies have had since you were born. Inventions will bring clean water to every Human on the planet, cheaply and everywhere. Inventions will give you power, cheaply and everywhere. These ideas will wipe out all of the reasons you now have for pollution, and when you look back on it, you'll go,"This solution was always there. Why didn't we think of that? Why didn't we do this sooner?" Because it wasn't time and you were not ready. You hadn't planted the seeds and you were still battling the old energy, deciding whether you were going to terminate yourselves before 2012. Now you didn't…. and now you didn't.

It's funny, what you ponder about, and what your sociologists consider the "great current problems of mankind", for your new ideas will simply eliminate the very concepts of the questions just as they did in the past. Do you remember? Two hundred years ago, the predictions of sociologists said that you would run out of food, since there wasn't enough land to sustain a greater population. Then you discovered crop rotation and fertilizer. Suddenly, each plot of land could produce many times what it could before. Do you remember the predictions that you would run out of wood to heat your homes? Probably not. That was before electricity. It goes on and on.

So today's puzzles are just as quaint, as you will see. (1)How do you strengthen the power grids of your great nations so that they are not vulnerable to failure or don't require massive infrastructure improvement expenditures? Because cold is coming, and you are going to need more power. (2) What can you do about pollution? (3) What about world overpopulation? Some experts will tell you that a pandemic will be the answer; nature [Gaia] will kill off about one-third of the earth's population. The best minds of the century ponder these puzzles and tell you that you are headed for real problems. You have heard these things all your life.

Let me ask you this.

(1) What if you could eliminate the power grid altogether? You can and will.

(2) What if pollution-creating sources simply go away, due to new ideas and invention, and the environment starts to self-correct?

(3) Overpopulation?

You assume that humanity will continue to have children at an exponential rate since they are stupid and can't help themselves. This, dear ones, is a consciousness and education issue, and that is going to change. Imagine a zero growth attribute of many countries - something that will be common. Did you notice that some of your children today are actually starting to ponder if they should have any children at all? What a concept!

Prepare for Separation of Old and New

There is a new dawn, but that's all it is. The sun sneaks over the horizon as if to say,"We're back." But you're not going to get a clear sky for a little while, Lightworker, because in the release process you're going to have to deal with the separations that will occur. These will be the objections to the ones who don't want to go into the light and who want to keep what they have because it works for them. They feel it's the right way, because it has worked for them in the past and because it is their living [survival]. They will not understand that things are changing dramatically.

In what you call the New Age community, all of the processes from the one you see here [channelling] to the ones that the healer uses are all recalibrating. Some of the axioms you learned on "how to do things correctly" won't work anymore. There's going to be a more centralized focus into the one-soul authority. That is to say, there will be less focus on groups and more on individual discernment. Call it a dissemination or dissolution of organization-based wisdom and an emphasis on individual-based wisdom.

"Wait a minute, Kryon, that doesn't make sense. Everybody knows that if you involve more people together, you will get better results since the wisdom base is bigger." Really? Stand by for an entirely different concept, dear ones. How many lifetimes has your soul lived? Think of that as your own wisdom committee and pull on this, and only this, for answers to everything. "That's crazy, Kryon! What about rules, structure, common goals, and group efforts that help build ideas and energy? Are we going to throw out basic common agreement? These principles are simply common sense."

Dear one, how do I give you concepts that you don't know about yet? Today's common sense is tomorrow's foolishness if new information is available that antiquates them. Do you understand? What if, just what if, the individual's wisdom factor, based on all of his own past lives, created a set of parameters within him that were common to all? What if, just what if, there is a sacred pattern available that is common but only accessible individually? Then the individual discovers the sacred answers from the other side of the veil instead of a committee of Humans in a meeting. Ponder these things before you say that what you have as "common sense" is actually something that is forever.

All of these kinds of things will be new, and it's going to be like sticking a finger in the eye of many who have spent a lifetime thinking that they knew it all, only to find there are those who are moving beyond them, doing things they never thought were possible. So, expect a split of those who just will not come along with these new things, and many of them will be old souls.

Everything we are discussing in this message falls right into the arena of interest of the old soul who is reading this. There are old souls by the thousands who are reading this in the future. I will tell you right now that I know you are. You're not just the new hope of the planet, you always have been the hope of the planet. There's nothing new except that, finally, it's going to get easier. But for a while, you must understand the process of the shift and that change is not always seen as a good thing. So tiptoe lightly into this new energy instead of blasting forth with new truth. You're moving into the light in more ways than you ever have before and even your "truth" may change.

The New-Old Soul

Let me summarize. We need you. You're not done, and nobody's leaving. There's going to be more channels, there's going to be more helpful entities coming in. Powerful information will be coming from sources you didn't think even had it. You'll be able to discern whether it's real or not, and that will be easy. You can tell by the energy of the delivery and by what is stated. All you'll have to hear is a little bit of information and you'll know whether the channel is pretending. That means that that part of you that is called sacred discernment is going to increase.

You'll have better intuitive powers, because they're not throwing themselves against darkness any more. All this is going to happen slowly. But know this: We need you, and we need you to get excited about what's ahead. You've just come out of a dark era of more than 30,000 years. I'm telling you yet again, dear one, that there'll come a day, perhaps as soon as the next precession, when Human history won't even count the years before 2012 as viable social study. That is what you're looking at right now - the beginning of a new era.

The New Children

I think the irony of this message is this: The Human Being who sits in front of me says they're tired. They've been battling a long time, and they will continue to as we recalibrate. When they will pass over the veil, as they always do, they will come back as children (of course), but their DNA will be different than any time before. As old souls, they're never going to have to go through what they went through before, because the old energy won't be the same. They will awaken with full knowledge of who they are [new Akashic inheritance attributes].

As children, they will know and see the colors [interdimensional sight]. As children, they will have an identity of being an old soul [know they have lived before]. They'll know what they're here for by the time they're 13 [have a good concept of life lessons]. But, that's you! I've just described you - all of you! Old soul, this is one of the biggest shifts you're ever going to see and it may take a generation, but it's going to happen. And those who hear these words then and read these words then will know I'm right, and they will reawaken on Earth with an entirely new paradigm of consciousness reality.

Educators all over the world will recalibrate their teachings because the kids are different. Yet again, these things are not what you think. It's not just a new time, but rather it's a new Human. The only thing we can say is we told you it would happen. I came in all those years ago [1989] and I said you're not going to terminate yourselves as your prophecy had told you; it's simply not going to happen. I told you there were far better potentials. I told you to watch it happen. Watch it!

But there were those who were old souls who said, "No." They said that Kryon was the evil of the century because I brought you information that flew in the face of everything they expected. Here you sit in 2013 and could shout that, "I was right." But instead I'm going to shout, "You were right." For you created this shift. You brought me here. You took us through the shift, dear one!

God bless the Human Being and all they represent in the Universe.

Beloved Ones,
You are entering a magical time that will open up many avenues of possibilities for each of you. Be open to the synchronicities that occur with more rapidity in your lives and try to recognize the opportunities that are being presented to you. These promptings come in subtle forms in ways that may seem ordinary to you and it will be up to you to discern the treasure being given. You could say that you are in a treasure hunt! Spirit is bringing in more pieces of the puzzle that will put “Humpty Dumpty” together again. The key is to be fully present in the Now moment.
Staying grounded into the Earth helps you in these moments to act upon the outer opportunities that come. These opportunities vary and are as diverse as the Universe is wide. What is right for one may help another find clues to their own empowerment so it is important to join together to share your insights and findings. The game of remembrance is on, make it an adventure filled with passion, excitement, innocence and above all, trust, that you are moving to the next step of your journey. Many miracles can and will happen during the coming times.
The energy downloads from the higher dimensions continue in their cycles and most of you can now feel these as they are occurring. As conduits of energy, you are helping to create the New Earth reality by being willing to allow these energies to flow through you and we understand that this can be challenging at times, for it seems the purging effects of the downloads are never ending. This is a time that requires great patience with yourselves and your quest to move into acceleration of the transformation of your human selves. It IS happening and is a force unto itself lighting up and activating more strands of your DNA/RNA.
Spiritual growth occurs as the body and consciousness of each Soul can safely tolerate the greater inputs of energy, Light, knowledge and information. Little by little, each rung up the ladder of evolution is producing many more initiations that usually occur upon the etheric levels and brings challenges in your daily lives for you to meet with equilibrium and balance. The making of Masters is moving forward relentlessly and of course, we refer here to mastery of life in a human body and experience. As this brings success individually, it also assists in raising the overall energetic field that surrounds the Earth atmosphere.
We ask you to remain true to yourselves, to your individual paths and to never give up when the way seems too long. There is always a solution that lies within every seeming problem. Trust that your inner guidance will always bring to you your highest good in a way that will create more joy and happiness in your daily lives. The air is alive with infinite possibilities now.

For a long time the energy quotients upon Earth have been slowly growing, but since you have experienced a major upliftment in them they have greatly increased. It means that your levels of Light are increasing at a far greater rate, and the results will gradually be seen as more people look to be released from the hold of the dark Ones. The Light has long been revealing the truth about their activities, and they are no longer able to fool you with their plans to hold onto power. It is in fact quickly becoming obvious to them that their time is up, and they cling to whatever gives them hope of avoiding the inevitable end of their reign. With the understanding of what has gone on in the past that has supported the dark Ones, it is possible to life your lives without fear of their actions. That denies them the conditions that they have flourished in, and before their very eyes they see their power slipping away. Consequently our allies can more easily work to speed up the long awaited changes, and you will not have long to wait too long to see them.

Now that the lower energies are falling away, There is more opportunity for those who are still unawakened to respond to the Light, and the pressure is upon them to uplift themselves. Otherwise, they will find that they cannot continue to stay in the higher vibrations that are increasing all of the time. By their unspoken choice they will stay in the lower vibrations to continue their experiences. Certainly every soul will have been aware of the opportunities that accompany life on Earth during this period of Ascension, and may nevertheless have planned to simply live through it as part of their experiences. That is why Dear Ones you must allow each soul freedom to choose their own path. If it happens to be someone close to you, feel privileged to have been chosen as part of their life plan. Also bear in mind that as an ascended Being, you will have the ability to return to the lower dimension and maintain your contact with them.

As you are probably aware, a souls life plan is not some random arrangement with no actual goal in mind. It is carefully planned to give a soul the precise experiences that will further their evolution. Yet it is still your final choice as to whether you fulfill it, but be assured you would not easily change what is clearly in your best interests. However, life plans do change when circumstances arise that were not foreseen that have become part of your experiences. Sometimes they are not beneficial, but on other occasions they may take you forward quicker than anticipated. For every soul that decides to follow through on the Ascension pathway, there are numerous helpers that work incessantly to ensure your intent is fulfilled. We would emphasize that you are never alone on your journey, and our presence is never imposing to the point of intruding in your private moments. It is more a matter of us simply "knowing" when our help or presence is needed. It is not just the Galactic Federation of Light that is in service to others, as all ascended souls serve in one capacity or another and eventually so shall you.

The ramifications of the outcome of the 21st. December still smolder and ramble on, but that is largely due to the difficulty in appreciating that where the Light is concerned, there is no such thing as "failure". The only constant is "change" and it is touches upon so many people's lives and it is they who determine the outcome. You now know what is possible, and it is up to you to create your own reality. We are naturally aware of the ever growing demand for the Prosperity funds to be issued, the announcement of Disclosure and the bringing about of peace. Be assured they will be satisfied before long, and arrangements are well advanced. Your joy and happiness will abound in due course as deep down you know that you are already victorious. For you time has speeded up yet in some ways it also seems to be dragging its feet, and you start to become anxious or impatient. Please keep your eyes firmly on the future, and remember that most of you are in an advantaged position to know more certainly of what is taking place. As Lightworkers we look to you to lift people up, as the time has long gone when you felt reluctant to express your views. Be open without being too heavy and having said your truth leave it at that, and you will be doing the best for those around you.

Mother Earth has been steadily continuing to make changes, and because of the immense amount of Light now grounded upon it, has not needed to resort to more catastrophic measures. The climate changes occur for various reasons including manmade interference, but when everything has settled down you will have the most agreeable conditions without the extremes you are used to having now. Mother Earth is very appreciative of the love and blessings that you send her, as in the recent past she has tended to be forgotten for the "Mother" role she plays. The feminine influence is returning and bringing more harmony and balance into being, and masculine dominance is being replaced by a more even handed representation wherever you look.

From our level we are most pleased that so many groups are being formed to bring in the changes, as much of it starts at the lower level. Once you do that, by the Law of Attraction you get even more help until the whole thing becomes so well established your success is guaranteed. We operate at levels where you would find it difficult to work, so that together we are a formidable force for change. Nothing would delight us more than to tell you of our actions on your behalf, but it is still not the right time to reveal what we are doing. In time you will know, and there is so much that needs putting right where your history is concerned. It doesn't matter where you look you will find the truth has been badly distorted, or even re-written to suit the ambitions of the dark Ones. They are found in all major institutions, and not always aware that they are working against the Light. You must get to know the truth as it will show you that your true selves have been repressed and enslaved, to give the impression that you were without the power to determine your own future.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and want you to know that we are still very much with you, and we protect those of the Light as far as possible. It may be difficult to understand, but sometimes a soul will sacrifice its life to emphasize the object of its existence. It is the ultimate gift to others that usually brings immense Light to Earth. We love you all as always.
