You have a saying "that time waits for no man" and it is so, as those who are still slumbering are leaving themselves much to understand. It starts with those who do not believe that there is a God, yet blame God for what takes place in the world. We wish that they could see that everyone has been given freewill, and with it you have created exactly what you are experiencing. It would be easy for us to intervene, but in so doing we would take away your chance to see what your actions have brought about. Many still talk of extracting justice as they call it by attacking and destroying another group. They are seemingly unaware or deliberately overlooking the anger and hatred it causes. How many wars does it take for Man to realise that they are non-productive in achieving peace or a lasting settlement. The lesson never seems to be learnt that peace comes with accepting that you are all One, and living in harmony and love for all life.

It is with sadness that we observe your Earth in a turmoil and confusion. Yet we also see the Light beaming out from so many locations, forming a grid of Light all around the Earth. That is your guarantee that you will rise up out of the lower energies, and that the old paradigm will continue collapsing. It no longer has a place in your lives, and as the end time rapidly approaches it must make way for the new paradigm. It promises everything that you could ever have wished for and more. The Galactic Federation of Light is here to ensure that you no longer suffer interference with your Ascension plans, and that you safely enter the New Age. In the process the changes that you have been expecting will materialise, but allow for delay as the whole plan is extremely complicated. It involves thousands and thousands of people and has to be implemented at the "right time". You can look towards Obama for the trigger that will set the ball rolling, and it will pick up speed very quickly.

We are pleased to see that Lightworkers are taking up our challenge to now speak out about your knowledge and understanding of what is about to happen. Certainly many people are becoming curious about their feelings that something strange is happening. That is an opportunity to plant further seeds of information that will help awaken them to the truth. Hopefully many will begin to see the picture that is being formed that tells them the purpose of what is happening. Our greatest desire is that as many people as possible become aware of the opportunity that Ascension presents them. It is not a religious event, but one that comes at the end of a cycle such as you are now experiencing. The changes are Universal in scope and not confined to Earth. For mankind it is a marvellous opportunity to leave the lower vibrations, and enter the higher ones and leave duality behind. We have to ask, do you once again really want to spend many lives learning the lessons that it brings, or would you rather live in joy and harmony and have a peaceful existence?

Dear Ones, the New Earth will soon carry all forward who have elected to rise up. With it will come the higher vibrations allowing you to exercise your new found powers of creation. The love and peace all around you will be beyond words and it will truly be Heaven upon Earth. The jump from one Age to another will pleasantly surprise you as the beauty of it will be beyond comparison with anything you have so far experienced. Life will become so easy and expansive without the many restrictions you have upon Earth at present. The biggest change will be the freedom that you will have as an ascended Being. It comes with having learnt to accept your responsibility to all other forms of life, which you will respect and nurture. Trust is also something that you are not used to, and you will find it so heart warming to know that in the higher vibrations that no Being is out to do you harm or be dishonest. It is a level at which only the truth exists, and it is no place for anything less.

You have made a long journey to get to this point in time, and the goal was always going to be whether you could lift up your personal vibrations and be ready to ascend. Already many of you are experiencing a new level of consciousness and it will grow even more ever quicker. Also your Light is expanding so that it touches more people as it reaches further out, and you are helping awaken those who are beginning to stir. Whether through their life plan or otherwise every soul will receive some help, to assist them in understanding that a great opportunity is taking place to rise up. Your teachers have spoken of this for eons of time, and now it is upon you. As a group soul you are not complete until every single soul has risen up.

Please bear in mind that each soul has chosen its own way of concluding their experience in this cycle of duality. You cannot know what has prompted them to seek a certain type of experience, even if it is to you unpleasant. These are times when you have to clear up any outstanding karma, and for many souls it has meant a very arduous and testing time. Normally you can proceed at your own speed, but with Ascension beckoning there is not much time left. You could of course change your life plan, but it may appear ill conceived if it denies you the chance to ascend. However, freewill reigns supreme and the final choice is yours. You have in fact been held back and led to believe that you do not have such choices, and that decisions are made for you. Now you are realising that it is untrue, and that you have the power to create your own future. In fact you are not reliant upon anyone else, and have no need to follow their advice or instructions. Helpful as they may be no one but you knows your true needs. Be true to your self and follow your intuition which will not lead you astray.

So many wonderful opportunities await you that will propel you into the Golden Age. The perfection of everything will astound you and the energies will embrace you, and you will feel the Oneness of all life. Can you imagine being able to talk with God, yes God is not beyond your reach, It is just that you have been taught that you have to go through another to do so. God has  a line to every soul, and how else could it be when you are indeed all Godsparks.

"Well, Greetings, Beloved Family, it is I, Ashtar, and this is indeed a most momentous day for all of us, below, on and above Planet Earth, because it is a day of change!!! Irreversible is the course of Planet Earth. That has been assured already, before this day. There are those who can’t quite believe it yet.
"We want to assure you that the changes that you are looking for are going to be happening, like so many lightning strikes. We’re up here, too, with these 30,000 [spy drones] or so, and you know, one of the interesting things about it is that those who put them up there think that they are impervious, invincible; that they are immune because they are flying in the airspace of the United States of America. But that is a false security because your security is far more important than theirs. And why is that? Because you are on the Path of Light. It’s because you’ve spoken again and again - you’ve said, 'Yes, we want to do it this time, we want to go Home, we want to make our Ascensions!'
"With all Love and Compassion we have the technology to safely, that is, without any fallout, remove these birds of surveillance from your skies, and we assure you that this is being done. We’re going to tell you something that is really, really important so everybody be listening here - you need to know this, you need to know this in the totality of your Divine Beings: We have told you before, the most powerful energy on the planet is that of Love!!! If you beam Love, if you are an absolute LoveBeam, you automatically put a kind of a shell of imperviousness around the totality of your energy fields. You see, what happens is, you are up in a Higher Dimensional level!
"You may look out and see 3D Earth, you may see one of these little surveillance creations, but you can say, 'Count me out, I don’t volunteer to be surveiled. I’m not going to be spied upon, I am not going to have my sacred space invaded!' If you believe it, and you live it, they won’t see you. They can not look any higher than 3D. All they can do is survey a 3D World. It’s like Avalon. You know that in order to get to Avalon the priestess had to get to stand in the boat and part the mist.
"If you are walking and one of these is flying thousands of feet above you and it is going to be spying upon the entire location that you are in, it’s just going to see a little mist or nothing at all because you are in a Higher Dimensionality! Practice the Higher Dimensional Lifestyle! Be Love! That’s all you really need to do, and let your Love speak for you to empower you in all ways. We are talking about safety and security because the thought that there is something up there that can see you, it’s like those machines they have at the airports, you know - how much are you going to let them see?
"Are you going to say, 'Hey, come on in?' Or are you going to say, 'I call forth the White Light of the Christ, I am Divine, I am a Higher Dimensional Being - flash whatever you want - I am walking through safe and secure. Those beams are not going to radiate me and there is going to be nothing that is going to be seen about me that would create any kind of a disturbance to me!!!'
"You see what we are saying? This is it! Everybody, this is it. It’s show time! Well that sounds a little dramatic - I’m not here by myself you know - I have some very good helpers with me, including Sekhmet herself, and she will be speaking when I am finished.* But we do appreciate the contributions of all of the loving thoughts and energies that are coming for me to transmit to you though this Voice, because that is the single most important concept, energy, intention, and Lifestyle - in other words, that’s the total picture!
"We are here together, and yes, we are hearing some things that the dark hats -we like to call them the 'naughties' it kind of deflates the whole term ‘Illuminati’, doesn’t it? They gave themselves that name, they gave it to the World and the Universe beyond. So I, Ashtar am simply excerpting that part of their name which is a more true picture of who they really are. So we call them the naughties. We are removing them from the stage!
"Beloved ones, you have nothing to fear, except as that great statesman said, 'You have nothing to fear except fear itself.' If you get caught up in that, that’s the opposite of Love. If you get caught up in that, you’re going to just go right on down like one of those planes being shot out of the air, spiraling down and down and down, and then you need to remind yourself to spiral back up. Now, the good news, or shall we say the silver lining in that cloud, is that you are going to feel it real fast!
"You’ve all changed. You’ve volunteered to be here and you volunteered to be here for the eclipse. It doesn’t matter if you saw it or not, the energies of that eclipse came to all of you. You gave permission for those energies to come to you by the fact of your being here! This is all in the sequential flow of events. These energies are energies of change. Turning inside out? Excellent concept -changing black into white, putting the Light where there has only been darkness, and yes even some of the naughties let down their walls just long enough to let a ray come in, a beam!
"They’re changing too, and it’s not just because we are taking them off the stage, putting them into cells, or removing them from the Planet. They are finally getting it that their day is over!!! We have such superior technology, even to their space stuff. And that is not that we are being boastful, it is simply the fact. We know where all the gold is, and it’s all safe and secure. The minute one of them says, 'Aha, I’m going to go over here and steal some of the gold' – we’re on to it. We can follow them and just when they think they’ve got it in their hands, we just cause it to leave their hands!
"It’s just that simple. Superior technology. Why? Because, remember, we are made from the same source as you. Mother/Father God created us out of Love too. Yes, there are some civilizations that have advanced so far, or have not advanced as far, so that they are either more technically oriented and are not in conscious knowing and recognition of the components of Love, such as Compassion. Nevertheless, they know the power of Love; and then of course there are those like the naughties who, you know, unconditional Love is just so foreign to them because they have been on this treadmill, so to speak.
"You know those wheels that guinea pigs, or mice, get on in their cages? Those little wheels that they get on and run and run, and their little legs are going so fast and all the wheel does is just keep turning in the same place? There is no start, there is no end, there is just a wheel to run on. That is exactly what these ones have been doing. So let’s love them. And let’s say, "Hey, we’ll help you off the wheel. All you need is Love!!! And that is Truth!
"Meanwhile, because so many of you have given us permission, we have gone to the Galactic Council, and beyond, and we have received the absolute, complete green light to get everything done in, what you might call, the blink of an eye! We know, you’ve been waiting lifetimes for this. And in this lifetime indeed, it seems as though you are at the very moment of, you know, the dates, 12-12 and 12-21 – awesome dates! And there’s going to be a lot happening. There’s also a lot happening right in this moment. So be not in despair, just fill up with Love, Love, Love, and more Love! Get high! You don’t need anything artificial, you just need Love!!!
"Get into the Love vibrations and be there with us who come to meet you there. Call us forth. And if you need a little help picking up, you are in charge - every one of you is Commander!!! So what does that say? It says it is up to you to decide what direction you want to go in. What direction you intend, you choose, and you command. Don’t be shy, don’t be concerned about false ideas of protocol, just remember that you are One with us! You have every right to state your intention and to invite us to come close, right into your energy fields to support and assist you in achieving whatever it is that you have for your intention and your desire.
"Let’s get some joy into this! We’ve been hearing about some fairly heavy topics. But did you hear that the number one newscaster in the United States of America is, what you call, a comedian!** Yes, laugh! He may be getting some news that doesn’t sound so great - you may be hearing some 'mission accomplished' news about one of the naughties - and we are not going to say that the missions are not heavy that they are doing, because they are desperate and they are really trying awfully hard.
"We are simply saying that you can lighten up and free yourselves from the heaviness with laughter! It’s a wonderful, wonderful, what you call, fast track, to Joy. Joy is created out of Love. You will not find somebody who is locked in fear to be expressing high vibrations of joy, because the two are direct opposites of each other. What you will find is that anyone who is bringing in the Love energies and beaming them out, they’re the ones who are enjoying absolute Joy!!!
"There are some things which are in the works. We know there are those of you who have waited for the packages of the kind that our Beloved Tara** was speaking of. Those are special programs. They are ready for delivery but there are still some elements of security which need to be addressed. We understand that those of you who understand that you are receiving these special packages for the humanitarian purposes, for the World, are a bit anxious and wondering if they are going to come in what you would call, 'in time,' and the answer is, Yes!
"We understand that those of you who heard that St. Germain has bank accounts backed by gold to give you, you’re wondering if that’s going to come before the big dates, you know, so you have an opportunity to enjoy it before money becomes a no-thing, and the answer is, Yes! And it is that there is overlap, there are many different levels of each Dimension, main levels and sublevels and so on and so on. And so it is that even in 3D you can take yourself up to the highest levels of 3D, so that when you receive your abundance you can use it to create Joy!!!
"You have heard many tales of people who have come into sudden abundance - you call them lottery winners - and then within a year they are down in the dumpies and they have lost it all. Let’s put it this way: When you receive your abundance you will be safe and secure with it! It’s not that you need to go blabbing. You know what people do, you see your neighbor out in the street and you say, 'Hi, how much did you get from St Germain today?' 'Well I just got….' You know, that’s not the point. That’s not what we are talking about when we say security. We are talking about how you can be assured that nobody is going to steal it away from you. You can be assured that you will be able to make your decisions yourself.
"We have a lot to do. There are what you call advertisements that need to go away. There is a lot of programming that is subliminal - although there’s less and less these days - a lot of false values still being paraded and a tremendous amount of hypocrisy. All of that is going away!!! The more you live in Higher Dimensionality, the more you free yourselves from it, even in this moment.
"Always remember we are talking about Love, and talking about living the Lifestyle of Love. With that comes Joy, laughter, creative expression, manifestation of whatever it is that you choose - whether it’s to suddenly become and artist, or to create a new hairdo for yourself without having anyone do it for you, or to simply go out into your yard and hear what the flowers and the trees and the birds are saying to you! It’s to be in Joy so that you can enjoy the loving Lifestyle. That is what is important!!!
"Now, we mentioned in our last email message to you the importance, the significance of the election, or we should say, reelection, of President Obama. Is there anybody in this audience who is not aware of the importance of Obama’s mission? And his family, his Beloved twin flame Michelle and his two daughters, who are very much in the crystalline creation. Well, if you listened to his speech, and I did mention this in my message, he mentioned Love first. He had an agenda, a priorities list, and Love was number one!!!
"Now, you know that Obama is from someplace else, Sirius, to be exact, and he is very serious about restoring Love to the Planet, because when there is Love everywhere there cannot be war, there can be Peace only!!! Where there is Love everywhere, there is abundance for everyone; where there is Love everywhere there is healing of all kinds, whether it is the little bird that crashes and breaks its wing, whether it is the very ground that you are walking upon or the air that you are breathing, or the waters you are nurturing yourself with, or whether it is you in your bodies, Beloved Ones, Love heals!!!
"There are many things that you can do to empower healing methods, if you wish to use any, whether they are what you call the conventional, or the not conventional. Being in Love is a grand healer and it will only amplify exponentially, whatever else you do. So remember to share the Love You Are with everything that you see, with the air you breathe, and so on, with all the elements of nature! Mother Gaia is cleansing and you can help with that too. Bless everything that you put in or on to your sacred bodies, and if you prepare something for someone else add the Love ingredient! Number one, whether you are making a new pair of shoes for someone, or preparing food, or sharing some water, whatever it is.
"We have not done a mission like this for some time - and you can do this or not as you choose, and nothing is going to blow up if you don’t choose to do it - it is to spend, let us say, the next 24 hours expressing Love in everything you do, in every way you possibly can imagine. If you would put that intent out and ask your Guides, your Angels - I, Ashtar am readily available - anybody, anyone, any sentient being in the whole Universe, to be constantly reminding you to express Love in all you do.
"You may already have felt the changes, the Love that came on 11-11. Oh yes, that was a big Love wave, and now we have the change day, the day of change.*** Changing to what? Changing to love. You’ve got it all, it’s all available to each and every one of you! So, let us see how this works for you. Is there any grading or judgment of this? No. Absolutely not. It is to be a joyful Exercise for you. Is anybody going to be able to do 100%, 24 hours in a row, simply expressing only Love? Mmmm, well, if you are an Ascended Being, yes. And we know you’ve all come up in your levels, so it’s theoretically possible. Is it necessary? No. It is not necessary, mandatory or a command in any way. It is simply an Exercise that you can do if you choose to.
"What is important to get from this Exercise? The difference. We’re talking feelings here - the difference between when you are expressing Love and when you are not. This is to acquaint you even more with you, and to assist you along your Paths of Ascension, and there is no right or wrong way to do it. There is no minimum or maximum amount of time for its success. We’re simply asking you - in fact, pick a day between now and 11-22. How does that sound? Pick one day. Put a big heart on your calendar and let that be your day of Love, and you can carry it to the next day if you started in the morning. Start when you waken in the morning and then the last thing you do at night before you go to sleep is to keep that Love flowing.
"You might make a note of how you feel the next day, and by all means send it in to Ashtar on the Road, we would love to hear from you, and feel with you your wondrous experiences in expressing Love because that is what we are here to do. That is Mission Number One!!! And who is the most important being for you to express Love to? Let’s get right down to it, we’re almost at zero point hour so you better be expressing it to yourselves, Beloved Ones. So just go for it! Let us know how it works for you and what you do and how you feel at the end of your 24 hours of Love expressions!
"Well, Sekhmet is anxious to join with us! We have a most powerful Exercise to do and on this particular day - how momentous an occasion this is! So I, Ashtar, and the Ashtar Command thank you for being here in 3D, well, high 3D and higher, as well as for being with us on the ships. We thank you for your attention and your intentions, and we say to you once more, we love you all beyond words!!! You’re all on track, you’re all on Ascension Paths, the High Road, and we rejoice at being here with you. Thank you Beloved Ones, and Salut!"

To think that after preparing yourselves over some years in readiness for Ascension, that time is virtually upon you. Suddenly what you have dreamt of has approached near enough for you to get a feel of what it is like to experience the higher energies. Once experienced it is never forgotten as it is an ecstatic feeling of utter joy and happiness, peace and contentment. Imagine being in that state of bliss as normal from one day to another, and free of the lower emotions. It is your true way of living and why those of you who are ready will move out of duality. Some of you have always felt that something was missing from your lives, and now you have found out what it is.

We realise that these changes are creeping up on people that still have no idea what is coming. They may still suddenly awaken as the energies are causing a stirring within, and a new level of consciousness. The question is whether they are able to throw off the lower energies, that will otherwise impede their progress. For some the transition is asking too much because they have become reliant upon them in their everyday life. It is not easy to convey the advantages gained by lifting yourselves up, and yet they will always be remembered. Words are sometimes inadequate to describe life when it is based upon the harmony and balance that the higher energies bring to you. It is all bound together by what you call "love" which permeates the whole Universe, and in essence it is all there is.

Little by little we have conveyed to you what it will be like when you take your place in the higher dimensions. It is a totally different quality of life that is so much better than what you are experiencing now. So much so, that you will wonder how you managed to survive in such a low vibration. It is all credit to your resilience and determination to overcome the obstacles that have confronted you. The problem has been that you were led to believe that what you experienced was a perfectly normal life, and the opportunity to improve it was denied you. The dark cabal kept you in a permanent state of need, and were thus able to keep you enslaved and reliant upon them for all things. However, with your constantly growing levels of consciousness, you woke up to how you were being exploited and fought for your freedom.

In a relatively short time compared to how long you have been in duality, you found your voice and determination to claim back your sovereignty. Naturally you have had immense support from the other side of the veil, but you attracted it by your positive approach to the task ahead. Plus the fact that the plan for your upliftment was already in place. At different times so many civilisations from the Galactic Federation of Light have come to your aid, particularly in the last 100 years. Although you were destined to succeed, the manner in which you did so was entirely up to you. In fact, you have done so well you have lessened the impact of what would otherwise have been a very traumatic year. Many predictions have fallen by the wayside because you have raised the vibrations to a point where they have become unnecessary. In a year when there could well have been so much more seismic activity, it has not been exceptional at all.

You are Galactic Beings in the making and will soon live your lives as we do, with all the creature comforts that you could possibly need. At present you spend so much time travelling around, and it is a wonder you ever get anything done. That is an important area that we are already equipped to deal with. Changes cannot occur overnight, but getting you mobile is a priority so that you experience a much more easy life. There are modes of advanced transport that will cover your different needs, from your daily personal trips to craft that can leave Earth for other planets. Eventually you will have a computerised system that operates totally automatic and driverless for your land travels. Needless to say, they will be totally pollution free and operate on free energy.

Many free energy innovations already exist on Earth, but their development has been prevented to support and maintain the Corporations that would be affected by them. However, you cannot stop progress indefinitely and you will be quickly moved into the New Age. You will find that gradually you will have so much more time to yourself, for your leisure pursuits and other interests. Work such as you know it now will not be so demanding and so much will operate with little manpower because of the higher technologies. Entertainment will be quite different and no longer focus upon games or films that glorify war and such negative actions. The higher dimensions are no place for anything that has a low vibration.

You will have plenty of excitement and satisfaction exploring your Solar System and learning more about your Earth. Moving backwards and forwards in time will also provide much of interest, particularly to those who love history and archaeology. Every trip out into the Universe will be an adventure, so you will not lack for opportunities to expand your knowledge. Your spiritual growth will not be neglected, but it will be much slower than at present when you are still in duality. By our reckoning you are Warriors of Light who have won a great victory over the dark Ones, after having your earlier unpleasant experiences with the demise of Lemuria and Atlantis. Lessons have been well learnt in situations that have been very testing and hard to bear. That is all but over now, and Mother Earth is preparing to ascend with you so that you experience the wonderful new Earth she is to be.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and just one of many who have been closely following your progress over many, many years. Now you are so near to Ascension we too are becoming quite excited. Your patience has been wonderful in spite of the delays, and you are nearly at the end of your long wait. We love you for what you are, as Divine Beings expressing your true selves through your Light and Love.

Beloved Ones,
As the days flow by so quickly now, each of you is being assisted on every level of your Being to assimilate the new frequencies as quickly and with as much grace and ease as is possible. Many of you are experiencing a recurring of old repetitive cycles of thought and feeling that you thought you had successfully overcome and we say that what is most important to remember is to recognize these cycles and immediately switch your thought to something that brings a smile and perhaps laughter to your Soul, as feelings of joy within can bring about an amazing change in One’s outlook on life and can help overcome and dissipate these recurring patterns.
There might be a feeling of disconnection from those around you and the feeling that your former self is but an empty husk. Know, Dear Ones, that this too shall pass. You have done the work, you are aligning your human will to Divine will and are persisting in the holding of your vision for a better World and a better life. Verbalize your intent three times each day as this helps seal your intention and then, have faith that all is as it should be. Allow yourselves the grace of stillness and peace within and focus on your heart light pulsing and pulsating in a steady beam of Light.
Throughout your lifetimes on Earth, you have all experienced the whole range of human emotions, thoughts and feelings and at this time, these are being released at record levels into the mass consciousness grid and so. you find yourselves feeling and perhaps reacting in ways that make you feel discouraged with your progress. Nothing can be further from the truth of it, for you are all helping to transmute this density into higher states of vibration and this requires that you temporarily take on some of it as you direct your intention to align with the ascended Earth timeline and reality, to bring into manifestation the shift of the ages in a way that is the highest outcome for the highest good of all.
We are all working together as the dimensions come closer and merge into the higher levels. There is much work being accomplished in your sleep states as you move about in your Light bodies, serving in many different ways to assist the Earth and all her inhabitants safely prepare for the ongoing energy influx. This is a most important focus during this time so do not allow the distractions of the outer world to dissuade you from your purpose. The seeming chaos is a sign that the old paradigm of the few controlling the many is now completing and the new paradigm of unity, peace, harmony, cooperation and love will prevail.

We notice a great upturn in the amount of Light upon the Earth, and that is to your credit and dedication to have brought so much to it. To some the energies are proving to be too powerful and disorientating. However, as they learn what is actually taking place, they may be able to flow with the energies and experience a higher degree of consciousness. They may otherwise experience feelings of impending change, without being able to determine what is happening. Whatever happens to them be assured that like everyone else, they will take something positive away with them. As we have often stated, every experience is of value to you where your evolution is concerned.

Memories of unpleasant experiences will eventually fade completely into the background of your consciousness, and in time be forgotten. Often the only thing that keeps them in your minds, is the pain and distress experienced but once in the higher vibrations you will cease to bring them back. The energies of Love are the most powerful in existence, and as you will find can create "miracles" particularly in healing which many of you have a great interest in. After Ascension your abilities to create and heal will be enhanced, and at the same time you will be assisted by the hardening out of the City of Light, Sedona. It will become a Mecca where thousands come for healing of the mind, spirit and soul. In reality there are millions of people that need some form of healing and help in other ways, and it is why the other 12 Cities of Light will soon follow on. Do not worry that your needs will be overlooked, as we know all of you quite well and no one will miss out.

We monitor the rising levels of consciousness and they are absolutely speeding up at an incredible rate. That is what we like to see, as it is opening more hearts and minds as to what is going on, after all you may be individual souls but you are also part of a group consciousness. We do not see you reaching critical mass yet, but know it is an indication of how near you are to it. We talk not about the numbers of souls involved, but the quality and level of the energies of those who are near to ascending. If they are ready there is nothing to stop individual souls ascending before the 21st, December. The vast majority of you are in readiness to ascend with Mother Earth, and what an experience that will prove to be. Many souls wished to experience it that way, so Dear Ones consider yourselves privileged to have been amongst those chosen to take part in it.

Some of you are feeling as though you are in a dream state, and that your feet are not firmly on the ground. That feeling will pass as you get used to experiencing the higher vibrations. As a result you are becoming more powerful Light Beings and you are helping other souls rise up. It is beautiful to see such a lot of interchange of energies, and we encourage a free giving of them to whoever you meet or pass by. A smile or warm greeting is sufficient to open another souls heart, and a handshake or hug a powerful exchange of energies. It is time to recognize the Light in everyone, and see beyond the outer covering. Some ask what can I do to spread the Light, so we have given  some simple everyday things that you can.

Another useful exercise that will also spread the Light is being open about your beliefs, without being overpowering as otherwise people will switch off. Plant the seeds that will lead to a growth in their consciousness, because as the changes place they will have many unanswered questions in their minds. Between now and Ascension we will endeavor to open up new channels of information for you, as we wish to avoid misinformation being spread as the truth. You still need to be discerning because of it, but anyone with a reasonable degree of progress should be sufficiently intuitive now to know what to accept. You make many decisions based on intuition, and that is the best way to move forward at such an important time.

We wish you to start focusing more on the future and what it holds for you, rather than the turmoil resulting from the 3D changes. Naturally for many it is becoming an uncomfortable time, and more so for those who do not yet understand why it is happening. Whatever way you look at it there is so little time left that nothing unpleasant will have to be withstood for very long. So offset it by giving it as little of your attention as possible. Think New Age and all of the benefits that it will give you, and your release from the trials and tribulations of duality. Remind yourself that you are serving out your last life in the 3rd. dimension, and in future will have no death to anticipate or experience. It is you who will decide when you want to move on, and simply lay down your body and pass on to your next life, and that will be your choice.

You will find that you eventually live a life where all is in abundance, and that everything is freely available so that no money changes hands. Because of your experience in your present dimension, one thing that will be difficult to comprehend is that virtually all of your time will be your own. However do not worry that you will not find enough to do, as there are far more opportunities in the higher dimensions than on Earth. In the back of your mind may also be a strong thought that you would like to serve others, and many groups and organizations exist for that purpose. The Universe is vast with millions of galaxies that include civilizations similar to your own, needing help to evolve.

Nearer home, within your own galaxy many like yours are also present.

I am sure you are intrigued by our skin tight space outfits, that we "dress" ourselves in through the power of thought. If they get soiled or damaged the fabric as you may call it, can put it right through its own level of consciousness. Much is designed that way so it needs no attention from us. Indeed, our organic computers are so programmed that they are completely self functioning, and have greater levels of consciousness than we do. This is where you get to after 1000's years living in the higher dimensions. So believe us when we say that we can handle anything connected with your Ascension. All will proceed as planned, and continue well after Ascension as you benefit from the new energies. We have the priorities sorted out and will have them attended to in no time at all.

The love and peace being established on Earth is growing exponentially, and as each day now passes it is encompassing the whole world. To a greater or lesser degree every soul is being affected by it, and some find it more easy to take into their being than others. So each soul is given the same opportunity for growth into the Light, and to take part in Ascension. However, knowledge of the Ascension process is not necessary to be assured of rising up with it. There are many, many souls that are kind, loving and compassionate who are also ready for such an upliftment. In fact they may have quite a different view of the future, but that does not matter as they will soon adapt to the coming changes.

As you know, every encouragement has been given to Humanity for a considerable time, to turn to the Light as we desire that as many souls as possible are lifted up. Some souls turn down point blank any approach made to acquaint them with Ascension. In those circumstances they are provided for so that they can continue on their chosen path, that will give them further opportunities to ascend. There is no pressure put upon such souls, as life is infinite and you have as much time as you like to evolve. Although your coming Ascension is a high point in your growth you will continue to follow a path of soul evolution, but it will never be as tough or demanding as the period you have just gone through.

if you are well along the path of Light you will have determined what "baggage" you are carrying, that is best released to fully prepare you for Ascension. You are often tied to habitual practices that you attribute to the needs of your physical body. It could be addictive substances such as nicotine or drugs in general. Be assured that once you put your mind to giving them up, you will find it easier than you might have expected. Such pleasures of the body have no place in the higher dimensions, and the higher your own vibrations the less dependent you will be on them. So know that the answer is in your own hands, although you will get assistance from our side of the veil. You are never alone in your endeavors to lift yourselves up, so call upon your helpers to work with you.

With your upliftment what you are discovering is that there is a distinct difference between physical love and soul love. One is for the satisfaction of the physical senses, whilst the other is Universal Love for all life everywhere. On Earth you tend to be led by physical attraction and often take up partnerships without really knowing the person. In the higher dimensions you see each soul as they really are and there is no hiding of the truth. Being of a higher vibration you can see each others auric colours, and with an understanding of their meaning you will know their soul path and energies that they are using. Twin flames and Twin souls will come to know each other, and usually decide to come together to further their evolution. There is so much for you to learn about your future opportunities, but there will be many of us on hand to help you.

Some of your learning will take place on board our ships, which will be open to you after Ascension. It excites us to think of your joy and surprise when you can experience what it is like to be on a Mothership. There is much that you have not yet heard of or will be able to understand. However, we want you to become acquainted with our technologies, as some of you are ready to use them now. As you will probably know already, many of you have visited our ships in your sleep state but few of you retain the memories of it. It means that when you do visit us again, you will have subconscious memories of such visits and you will realize that it is familiar to you. You will find that many different types of Beings from other civilizations work side by side for the Galactic Federation of Light. We enjoy the knowledge and differences that other Extraterrestrials bring with them that we can all share. Sharing is the operative word that expresses everything that we do, and it is done for the good of all.

On Earth you have learnt to fight for possessions and talk of ownership as a right. That has largely been due to the dark Ones who have systematically kept you in constant need, even for the basic items that are needed to exist. In the future you will experience abundance and never again want for anything. God provided and it is Man who divided so that there were two classes of people, the rich and the poor. The so-called shortages have been the result of control and manipulation to enslave you to the big corporations. It has also meant that you have been denied advances, that would have immediately given you a better quality of life such as for example free energy. It will be given to you very soon, and at a stroke change the quality of your lives.

We know how patient you have been as the saga of defeating the dark Ones has dragged on. We are satisfied that they have little power left and we are in the throes of curtailing it now. With Obama at the helm once more matters can be speeded up and he will become a very busy person in short time. We have planned this time with him and nothing or no one will be able to stop progress. It is as you might say written in the stars, and he has received our protection at all times. Indeed every Light worker is protected, although we are bound by their life plan if they are intending to sacrifice their life for the greater good of all. You have many great Beings in your history who have done just that, and the manner of their going is no accident, it is planned. Perhaps your most loved President John F. Kennedy is a typical example of one in your recent times.

Looking back it is quite extraordinary that we have been in contact with you for some 70 years, and look where you all are today. You are familiar with our presence, and in general accept that we are your family. Dear Ones, matters have rally taken off with the coming of 11.11. which has opened a portal through which much Light has passed through you and into the Earth. Those of you who set the time aside to work with the Light have not only raised your own vibrations, but those of the planet. It is likely that as a result you felt uplifted and light headed, but it will settle down. Perhaps the most noticeable change within you, will be your recognition of a deeper sense of calmness and peace. As you partake in further upliftments, so you will become even more at One, and others will "feel" the powerful energies that you are sending out. You are now in the time you have been waiting for, and as you look around you will see changes taking place everywhere. It will bring joy and happiness into being, and that again will lift the vibrations.

On a personal level nothing is more important than your preparations for Ascension. Whatever form you expect it to take, you will ascend and then all else will follow in quick order. Do not concern yourselves with material things, as all you need will be available to you, and indeed more. The plan for your well being has considered all aspects of your needs, and there will be a smooth transition from your present dimension to the 5th. dimension. Set out to enjoy the experience as it is unique and you are privileged to be one chosen for it. There is absolutely nothing to fear, and every soul will be loved and cared for at every stage. We will be accompanying you and ensure the process passes smoothly, and welcoming you into the higher realms.

Because your minds are otherwise occupied, there is one aspect of your future lives that does not seem to have received much consideration. We refer to your marriages or partnerships as they will relate to the higher dimensions. You will no longer be bound by 3D vows and it will be up to each individual as to whether you wish to continue on the same basis, and you will find that you have much more freedom. Also unlike Earth where attraction is largely of a physical nature, the love of other souls is an exchange of energy that will be quite normal, as those you will be in the presence of will all have a vibration that will be in harmony with yours. However, you can "join" energies at an even higher level and for whatever purpose become as One. It may for example be to serve the Light together, and even introduce another soul in to your world. Such a union is far beyond anything you will have already experienced.

As we have told you before, almost every aspect of your life as you understand it now will change. You will quickly adapt to a new expanded way of life, that will offer you so many opportunities to travel, whereas previously you have been confined to Earth. Not only that, but also into the higher dimensions where some souls are ready to take their place. Your Earth has been referred to as a "prison planet" and it is an accurate description, as because of your low vibration you have been prevented from leaving it. It is also why the Earth's energies have been contained, to prevent them polluting space beyond it.

For the similar reasons you have also been kept in quarantine, so as to ensure that the experiment of experiencing duality was able to go ahead without outside interference. The only exception has been where certain Extraterrestrials have been given permission to contact you, because they have a similar low vibration to yours. Naturally as your vibrations have risen up which they have done so quite substantially over the last 30 years, you have attracted the attention of those who are more evolved. So you will in fact meet other civilizations of which you have little or no knowledge at present. We of the Galactic Federation of Light are of course already known to you, and are friends and family of long standing.

The Earth will always hold fond memories for you in spite of the trauma and misery of many lives that have been sever challenges for you. This can be offset by the rapid spiritual growth that has resulted from such experiences. Nowhere else in the Universe can offer similar opportunities for growth, and it one of the main reasons that you took on such challenges. Eventually your memories of this period will fade into the background, but you will always benefit from the growth in your levels of consciousness. You will leave duality a far greater Being than when you first entered it, eons of time ago. So enjoy the coming weeks that are about to spring into action and bring you many of the changes you have been expecting.

The old paradigm is collapsing beyond the point where it can be re-established, and we are ready to help you bring the new one into being. Indeed, behind the scenes much has been going on to this end and has advanced quite quickly. We continue to make more appearances in your skies than ever before, and when we can finally commence our flyovers we know they will be well received. We feel that at last you are beginning to relax and accept things as they happen, knowing that all is in order and you will benefit from our assistance which will speed matters up. Whatever is required to take place this side of Ascension will come about as intended.

We wish that your media was released from the grip of those who adulterate your news, often deliberately distorting the facts to mislead you. Also so many laws have been introduced will be changed so that you have more freedom of information, and that no longer will secrecy be allowed as an excuse to hide the truth. The extent to which you have been kept in the dark is way beyond what you suspect, and you will be astonished at what has been developed for your Space programs. With the help of Extraterrestrials amazing advancements have been made in Space travel, as you will learn. Presently quite a few craft you see in your skies are your own, that you have been prevented from knowing about.
