We are here offering guidance, embracing you with gratitude as you own and express your unique multidimensional gifts while anchored in this dense reality. As you observe your reality there are areas that appear the same and yet you can sense that there is a subtle difference. There is a wave of unfolding potential that has been flowing slowly beneath collective awareness that is beginning to be recognized by more and more individuals.

You dear one are anchoring this new potential. You are calling it forth. You are aware that reality is more malleable than you ever thought. It is not as solid as you have been taught or programmed. It is pure potentiality, pure possibility awaiting your focused imagination. This is who you are. You are a creator. You call forth the changes and welcome and allow the flow of synchronicity into this dimension. You are the focus.

The quantum field of pure energy and vibration awaits your clear impression. It is your dedicated focus, your clear and powerful imagining that allows new realities to unfold.

You are stepping out of the powerless and helpless mindset that has been the dominant energy in the collective consciousness for eons of your time.

You are beginning to honor the power of your imagination as you begin to envision the possible as actual. You are beginning to claim and own your multidimensional skills to sculpt and call forth a new reality for yourself and for the collective.

We have often acknowledged you as conscious alchemist, awake and aware of your creative potential and power. You live in a state of unlimited possibilities. Everything is composed of pulsing, vibrating strings of energy. This energy is either a wave or a particle, depending on the intention and the focus. This energy is always influenced by your will, intention and consciousness.  Remember that energy follows thought.

This universe, this quantum field, will always respond to fit your picture of reality. Thoughts, beliefs, emotions, intentions and attention create your experience. Your creative potential is far greater than you realize, you possess the power to turn your intention into reality.

This universe, this quantum field, receives your vibrations and responds with a reality that matches. You goal is always to be consistent, clear and focused. Remember your imagination is a powerful creative force, when you claim this power and infuse your imagination with your emotions especially your gratitude it does and will shape your reality.

When you set aside time for this conscious practice you will become highly skilled.

Be patient with yourself especially with the active brain that continues to offer distractions. Use your tools which will quiet this inner chatter, or if it will not quiet just allow it to be in the background. First allow your awareness to activate your solar plexus, located behind the navel, and also bring your focus in to your heart area; begin to generate feelings of gratitude.  This will become easier with patience and practice. 

Next allow your awareness to connect to the area in the center of your brain; envision the small pinecone shaped gland nestled between your two brain hemispheres.

This is your pineal gland often referred to as the third eye or the seat of the soul. It is the bridge between the physical and the non-physical worlds. It is the active key to your imagination and creation. It is the pineal gland that allows you to visualize or imagine other realities and visual constructs.

We invite you to connect more consciously with this center. It is both the pineal/pituitary glands that are your wireless connection and gateway to galactic knowing. It is the powerful source of ethereal energy for your light body. 

We invite you to begin to direct your attention and focus to this area of your brain often as this conscious action will begin to infuse and activate this center. When you place your focus in your solar plexus and within your heart's field and partner with this third eye center you become a powerful alchemist working consciously in the quantum field of all possibilities. It is from this triad of partnership of these creative centers that you begin to imagine and call forth new realities.

 We invite you to set aside the time to allow yourself to create as alchemist. Practice quieting the chatter within, breathing deeply and placing your awareness in the center of your brain, the center of your heart as well as in your solar plexus. Begin to sense or see these three centers connected by a path of light vibrations. Imagine your solar plexus lighting up and the vibrations of gratitude beginning to flow from your heart, and imagine this triggers your pineal gland to become an image projector on the screen of the quantum field. Envision your new realities, your new self, and a new global future.

Be engaged, active and excited. Remember it is important that this practice is fun. Play with this, be lighthearted and in your joy while in this creative space. There are no limitations here in this field of all possibilities. Your action will begin to engage and activate the matrix. There is nothing in this universe that is not available to you.  

With practice you will begin to free yourself from any limited bondage of old habits, old beliefs or lies you have been told. Be aware that as you begin this exercise it can trigger old memories from your childhood when you were shamed or invalidated because of your vivid imagination. Notice any old wounds that surface or impose limitations to your skill of imaging.  Be kind to yourself if old memories and emotions arise, use sounds to express and clear any repressed emotions, remove the limitations and heal the wounds of shame and invalidation.   

We know that with consistency you will develop great skills to envision awesome outcomes for yourself and your world. This is only another aspect of your unique gifts as a multidimensional being. Your action will begin to engage your future and as the timeline shifts it is accelerating your visions which are empowered by your gratitude to manifest more quickly.

We embrace you with our deep gratitude as you transform the challenges of your physical reality.  We celebrate with you the life enhancing reality that you call forth; we are here to witness and support your powerful endeavors.  

Remember the conscious and intentional use of imagination is your birthright and your source of power. When you understand the influence and true potency of your imagination in partnership with your emotions your will transform the world. the 'team'

It is relatively plain sailing now, although you will have difficult periods to cope with. However, they will be short lived and having anticipated them we will ensure that they cause the minimum of inconvenience to you. Our allies are aware of how near they are to accomplishing their objectives, and as always we are behind them. You might reflect on the fact that the physical changes on Earth have been nowhere near as catastrophic as was prophesied. Some may point at the Fukushima incident, but that was not natural but a false flag attack. In fact although there have been numerous earthquakes which is quite normal, none have had what you would call really serious consequences. We have all along closely monitored such occurrences, and have minimized the after effects.

We are still very much involved with Disclosure, and already this year you have seen much more proof of our presence than previously. It is opening the way for full Disclosure, and it will come about before the end of the year. That will mark a massive change in your collective consciousness, and take you into the New Age. As you know, we have much to share with you that will move you ahead in leaps and bounds. It will be an exciting time for us all, and the illusions that you have been living under will be swept away. From various contacts with your people over the last 60 years or so, we have gradually got you to become more aware of us. Now our presence is widely known, and there can be few people that have not heard about our craft visiting your Earth.

When it is seen that we come in peace and to help you, the last obstacle to accepting us will have been removed. The frightening images of us deliberately conveyed to you to leave you in fear, will no longer carry any power. We already know which world Leaders can be trusted, and Barack Obama will lead the way. It seems we cannot say it enough times to convince some people, but he is a highly spiritual soul simply waiting his opportunity  to begin his real mission. He will re-unite the world in peace, and set the scene for our coming. The doubters will not have long to see that what we say is true. Once we can address you and explain our tasks to get on track for the benefits of Ascension, your dreams will come true. Duality will become history and a wonderful new life will be yours where peace and harmony reign.

So you are now in the time of great expectations, and these will be fulfilled as you have been promised. Your present governments still stick to the usual policies that deny what you know to be true, and the media still follow suit. However, that will all change before very long, and the truth will come out. Many have sold their souls to hold onto their jobs and simply do as they are told. You should really be able to enjoy free expression, and not be subject to unfair laws that are used to keep you quiet. In the near future there will be a reappraisal of your laws and those that are unjust and outside of your rights will be removed.

As you can imagine there is so much to be done, but we are fully prepared for it all. We already know where the action needs to be taken, and there will be no delay in getting things moving. You of course will be very much involved in our joint activities, and be assured that we know who we can call upon for help. By that time the dark Ones will have been removed, and the work can go ahead unhindered. Different languages present no difficulty to us as we read you telepathically, and that is our normal form of contact with our people. In time you will also became efficient at telepathy, and the spoken language will disappear. Past evidence will show that we have known your questions as they formed in your mind, and answered them before they were spoken.

Your future is to be like us, and you will become Galactic Beings with all of the attributes that we now display. For example we do not experience tiredness as you do, because we are in the higher vibrations. However, we can take measures to rejuvenate ourselves if so desired. We also have drinks that are a source of energy, although we do take it from the energy source around us. In fact, in a lighter body you will have no need for the intake of heavy foods, and eat quite lightly as much for relaxation as anything else. We have what you might consider to be fruit drinks that are very nourishing, but no alcohol. We see it as a poison and you will not find it in our level of existence. In fact you will have no requirement for heavy foods at all, and we certainly do not eat animals.

As in the higher dimensions you will enjoy total health, you will understand that you will not need drugs or medicines, or even surgery as our methods are so more far advanced than yours. We use color and sound to heal which is much more effective and without the side affects your treatments often involve. Wait until your Cities of Light appear on Earth, and you shall experience for yourself exactly what we have described, and even more. We are so excited for you and what you shall enjoy as we make our technologies available to you. Life will be vastly different from what you have now, and it awaits you now.

We would naturally have liked to have been much further forward than we are now, and would use one of your expressions that "the best things in life are worth waiting for". On Earth you experience so much stress due to the obligations placed upon you, and the pace at which life progresses. All that will disappear and just does not exist in vibrations that bring constant peace and harmony. There are no "jobs" such as you describe your occupations, but more of doing what you enjoy to contribute to the benefit of everyone else. You will find that you have even more freedom to decide what to do with your lives, and because of your higher levels of consciousness will choose responsibly.

It is never too late to turn your eyes towards Ascension, and do realize that if you feel ready you are certainly at a point where you could achieve it. It requires focus and intent to go forward, but you must understand that whether you ascend is dependent on your level of consciousness. You must apply yourself to whatever your understanding is of being at One with all life, without exception. Love is the operative word that will see you succeed, but you will need to work at it so as to overcome the very human emotions that often pull you back. You have a tendency to act first and ask questions later, so a new way of responding to situations has to be found. Forgiveness is also vital when you have been the victim of someone else's actions, even if it is not attributable to you in anyway.

The advice given is also going to be useful when you are clearing karma connected with relationships. These are probably the hardest challenges you are likely to confront, and you are best advised to try and leave those concerned with your forgiveness. You simply cannot move on if you persist in carrying resentment or continue to harbor negative thoughts. Let the past go and step onto a new path that leads to the Light and Love. Then you will feel at ease and know that you have cut your links with the old paradigm that no longer serves you. The likelihood is that those who read these words, have already decided to change their lives and concentrate on preparing for Ascension.

Remember that your body is your temple, and look after it and move away from any practices that you know are causing it harm. You cannot for example take your drug habits into the higher dimensions, and the sooner you are determined to break the addiction you will succeed. The same principle can be applied to other addictions such as alcohol, which will in any event harm your body. Think carefully about what you need to do to ensure your upliftment, and you will receive help from your Guides. God wishes for every single soul to ascend, but accepts that having given you freewill the final choice is yours. Ask yourself seriously if you wish to remain in your present 3D cycle, and if you cannot see your way clear to desiring such a move it will be final.

The end of the cycle is approaching very rapidly and our delight is in seeing how the Lightworkers have lifted up the Light upon Earth. Light attracts even more Light, and your pathway to Ascension is opening up. The time lines are converging, and soon the most powerful one will be uplifting you with Mother Earth. It must happen and will separate those who are ready from those who are not, and it is a natural result of the changes that you are going through. It also means that once ascended, the dark Ones will have been totally removed from your lives. The peace you have sought and prayed for will at last be yours, and through the Ascension process you will indeed experience the changes within yourself. It is not that you only experience the changes at that time because it commenced some years, ago but the actual Ascension will be a milestone along your way.

There are a lot of changes about to occur on Earth, and have been considerably building up this year. That means your problems will grow until something in the nature of a clean sweep can be made. The more obvious areas are connected with politics, and many countries around the world are experiencing great upheaval. It is unfortunate that it has to reach such extremes before the need for vast changes is accepted. However, once agreed there will no time wasted in setting up the new systems. We see that once the political issues are decided, the rest of the changes will follow on quite quickly. For the time being, it is you as an individual that is most important, as we wish you to realize what a wonderful opportunity is being presented to you through Ascension.

You do not necessarily have to give up your attachment to your possessions to ascend, but anything that carries a low vibration cannot go forward with you.  For example some of you have pastimes or hobbies, that involve collecting memorabilia that relates to people or events that are undesirable. The new vibrations will in fact allow for the manifestation in a new Light, of many things in your reality. Everything will be expressed in an energy that will bring out the beauty and perfection in them. Objects will seem to be more "alive" and you will have a closer relationship with all sentient beings, as consciousness levels will be that much higher than previously. In real terms you will gain from ascending in so many ways, you will soon forget your time in duality. It will eventually seem like a bad dream, although you will always benefit from the experience.

In the future your every need will be looked after and you will want for absolutely nothing at all. As time progresses and you develop your skills in creation, you will be able to provide for yourself. In the meantime you will benefit from the advantages of using new technologies, that will cover your needs. It is all ready for you, and only waits the right time to be introduced and distributed. Do not however expect too much immediately, as the changeover will not happen overnight. As we have told you previously, our priority is to bring help and relief to those who are underprivileged and lack the basic necessities of life. You will be lifted up in a series of progressions from where you are now, to take your place in the Golden Age of absolute beauty and joy.

There is such a short time before Ascension, so try to think in terms of the benefits that you are soon to receive. You will have earnt your rights to them and they will totally transform your lives. We of the Galactic Federation of Light will continue to work with you after Ascension, and help you achieve full Galactic Consciousness. Until that time you will not know what it is like to have that level of consciousness, as by comparison you are now very much unaware of your real capabilities. Look at us, and you will see in us your true selves as you will be in the near future.

Beloved Ones,
The lessons you have been experiencing in the days past now come into alignment with the higher aspects of your Divine essence. Each day will bring a greater acceleration of your spiritual growth and understanding than the one before. You are moving into fast forward in terms of greater comprehension and remembrance of the mission you have come to this Planet to implement. This mission requires that you have learned mastery of your human operating system and the foremost among these is mastery of the mind, the mastering of your thoughts as you go about your daily lives. 
The energies of these times are helping in this work and your human operating system is integrating with your multi-dimensional operating system to bring a greater integration and wholeness of your true nature. This is facilitating a releasing of much tension within your system and more comfort and ease will become noticeable as you move through each day. The resistance you once felt within you is now beginning to dissipate as you each accept the truth of your Being. You are now connecting with your true power that is within you and it is glorious indeed!
Your consciousness is expanding into more wholistic thoughts of peace, love and unity, for this is the new consciousness of the Earth. The new era opens before you and your new consciousness and its infinite possibility is yours for the taking. You are stepping up to the next level and that is learning how to use your energy by thinking higher thoughts. Step into the frequencies of love and joy and radiate this from your very Being. This can be accomplished without the need for words or explanations, it requires just Being all that you are.
Spend more time going within to align with your greater Self. It is most important that you give yourself the time and space to do this, even if only for a few moments at a time. Feel your heart chakra pulsating and expanding with love, with joy, with empowerment. No matter what situation you are facing, these qualities will help you to understand that all is well and everything is working for you in Divine order, and in Divine timing, that all that is required is for you to just BE, in peace, in calm and equilibrium. By allowing this, more profound experiences will become a normal occurrence in your daily lives.
The higher aspects of your true Being are available during your times of the silence within. There will be more information, guidance and knowledge given to you and dialogue with your Great I AM is becoming a normal activity. No matter what occurs, always come back to your heart and make your decisions from there. By following your heart and speaking your truth with courage in a calm and peaceful manner, you will find that solutions to any pressing issues come forth in a graceful flow for the highest good of all. You have more influence on the people and situations confronting you than you realize. Speaking your truth is being supported by the new energies coming in and much ground can be gained by all. Your Angelic guides whisper softly to you to guide you upon your Path.

Many things are coming to a head, and even disclosure may yet be first announced by unlikely sources. If it does, it will force the hand of other countries to admit what their own contacts have been. No doubt there will be  a reluctance to reveal the full extent to which they have been made. However it is the time for the truth to come out, and after all much of it will simply be an acknowledgement of what is already known. No doubt National Security will be used as an excuse to hold back on information relating to agreements with Extraterrestrials, that have seen them working with the U.S. Government in underground bases. There is also the handling and outcome of those who have been captured after being rescued from crashed craft. There is so much at stake for the dark Ones, and the truth will be revealed when the facts finally come out.

The truth is indeed stranger than fiction, you have been living in a time warp and your advancement has been deliberately held back. If the benefits of new discoveries had been passed on to you, you would have long moved through the re-growth period after the last World War. Instead you have been held to ransom by the Petroleum and Drugs Industries who have ensured that you cannot get out of their control, and have stopped any advancements to free energy and less dependence on drugs. It is not that the changes could not have been introduced, but instead those who were prepared to do it have been threatened or even worse have not dared to proceed. In time you will get to know who the perpetrators are and who has supported them.

Perhaps understandably the biggest areas of secrecy surrounds advancements in space travel. The whole subject is clouded by misinformation meant to confuse you, and those involved have gone to great lengths to hide the truth. It makes the "search" for extraterrestrial life sound rather comical when Governments and the military already work with them, and have done so for many years. The reports about such matters can be found on your Internet, and many researchers have brought out very good books detailing their findings.

Members of the Galactic Federation of Light have often been harassed and threatened when travelling in your skies. It is not that we would come to any harm, as we are more than able to look after ourselves using our advanced technology. However, we find the military attitude towards us unacceptable, as we have never posed any threat to you whatsoever. Unless we have been forced to re-act beyond moving out of their sight, we have had to "remove" some craft but have first beamed the pilot on board ours. In the near future they may return to Earth to verify the truth of our statements. We have also had to resort to similar action, when your authorities have ignored our orders not to take nuclear devices off Earth. When what you are doing brings a threat to other civilizations, we have total authority to take action and prevent it.

The time to finish with wars and all that is associated with them has passed, yet certain countries are prepared to put their own in peril by starting another one in the Middle East. We cannot stop your petty fighting, but will step in as we have done many times if we find that nuclear weapons are intended to be used. Think peace Dear Ones, and you will help create more Light and power the grids around Earth. That will help transmute the negative energies and lessen the chances of more fighting between countries. It is time to grow up and become responsible citizens and take care of your beautiful Earth, and all other forms of life. Those who find themselves unable to do so, will have no right to claim Ascension, and will have more to learn.

We know that you are all at different stages of evolution, and we make no judgment of those who are lagging behind. You proceed at a pace that suits you as an individual, and that is the beauty of reincarnation that gives you repeated opportunities to learn your lessons. So you have no need to concern yourselves about those around you, who appear to have little understanding of what Ascension means. You take it or leave it, and it comes around again because of its cyclic nature. Such souls will not lose the benefit of what they experienced in duality, and it will give them a useful advantage when they continue their spiritual evolution.

Bear in mind that God has a great plan for the Universe, and because of God's Love for all life it is treated as an experience that allows you complete freedom to do as you desire. However, you do have to learn from your choices should they interfere or harm another soul. In that event it is you who decides how you should achieve the necessary understanding that will carry you forward. Naturally Higher Beings will share their wisdom with you and advise you the best way it can be arranged. Life often seems to progress by pure chance, but we tell you that where it counts and makes an impact on your life, it is all planned. It may not seem like it especially if you have taken on tasks that are unpleasant, yet it is the difficult challenges that give you the greater opportunity of making leaps and bounds forward.

In these end times most of you will have opted to clear any outstanding karma. It means that you are certainly having a busy life, and where your relationships are concerned a very up and down existence. Stick with it and do not walk away from them, as you are being given not just a chance to uplift yourself, but your actions can also help other people. The Human Race are all in it together, and it is your collective consciousness that dictates how high or low you go. Certainly because of the importance of Ascension, you are getting immense help for your upliftment. We want to see as many of you as possible ascend, and when you "light" up we know you have found something of your true self and are awakening.

Stay focused on your goals, and do not be distracted by the antics of those who are trying to put you off. The dark Ones are having their last futile attempts to prevent you ascending, and it will only happen if you allow it. Walk safely in the Light and Love that is surrounding your Earth.

As you are undoubtedly noting, the unrest amongst the worlds population is spreading. The people are not prepared to suffer any longer for the indiscretions of the Bankers, who have caused such severe austerity measures to be brought into the countries involved. The governments are fearful of the power of the people, and know that if they persist they will be forced to find another solution to the problems. In the long run, debt forgiveness is the complete answer, but you will have to wait and see if that realization is accepted. You the people have been deliberately kept in need due to the intention to the Illuminati to make you dependent on them. This way they have been able to dictate exactly how your lives have progressed.

So the power game is still being played out but on balance it is moving towards the people, who have awoken to how they have been falsely mislead to allow the dark Ones to rule their lives. As Sovereign Beings you should have had a far better quality of life, and there has been more than adequate means for your governments to do so. The rich and powerful have held you back to maintain their own position in society. When the wealth is re-distributed you will see that there has been enough in the world, for everyone to enjoy a life of plenty. The changes that will trigger a return to abundance are in hand, and in due course will happen in your lifetimes. We of the Galactic Federation of Light will have a role in it, and the plans have already been prepared.

Like you we are waiting for sufficient progress to take place so that we can push on with our responsibility to you, to ensure that the path to Ascension opens up more quickly. Obviously with the end times approaching so fast we do want to have the opportunity to come to Earth, as our technology will enable communications to be lifted up to a more efficient level. Then we can address the world who will hear what we have to say in their respective languages. In general terms we need to make sure that everyone learns of Ascension, and have the opportunity to take part in it. Some will of course have little or no interest, but at least they will not be able to say that they did not know about it.

We see the divide on Earth becoming wider between those of the Light and those who are still held back by the lower energies. Gradually the awakening is spreading, and many souls are realizing their greater potential to make changes to their lives for the better. A lack of belief in God is not necessarily preventing people from ascending, as many of them are at heart very kind and decent people. It is what you are inside that counts, but we always come back to the need to treat others as yourself. We will repeatedly remind you that you are All One and if you can accept that, you will be moving into the Light because of your love for all Beings. It is quite simple and not complicated to lift yourselves up, and with it you will experience a greater degree of consciousness.

Do not doubt for one moment that you are powerful souls, and do not put any limitations on your ability to achieve a higher level of existence. You have the potential to be whatever you desire, but you have to work towards it to be successful. You are not referred to as Gods for no reason, and many of you are already Masters. In the near future you will discover your true identity and find that you have greatly benefited from your experiences in duality. You will go on to have further ones, but in the higher dimensions the pace of evolution is a lot slower. Obviously you do not face the day to day challenges that you have now, or the opportunity to evolve as quickly.

After such a long time in the lower vibrations it will be a pleasant change for you to move into peaceful dimensions where you can relax and enjoy yourselves. There are so many more levels that you can evolve into, and each one is of increasing vibrations and Light. Eventually you will move beyond the need to take form as you understand it, but can nevertheless provide it for yourself when the occasion requires it. You will not immediately gain all of the benefits together, but will quickly acquire those that will replace what you are leaving behind. The chores and unpleasant features of living in the third dimension will no longer exist, and all will be a beautiful and satisfying experience.

Keep looking on the bright side of things even if you are suffering from an illness or disability, as it will not be with you for much longer. Your body is already changing and your vibrations will soon be powerful enough to bring about a reversal. The thought of having a perfect body will help with the creation of it, as what you focus upon is what you get. That is why we encourage you to focus on the Light and not things of the lower energies. Do not doubt your capabilities, as you can create from pure thought. Collectively of course it is increased exponentially and carrying you forward to Ascension. It is further enhanced by the Light that comes to you from many other sources, both on and off Earth.

We have consistently informed you that as a highly spiritual Being, Barack Obama was destined to win the Presidential Election. You are now seeing that his position is looking assured, and that means that we can wait until afterwards to involve ourselves in Disclosure. It will bring the commencement of many major changes, and you will finally see the collapse of the dark Ones. They have lived on borrowed time, and should have gone quite some time ago but have tried to deny the obvious fact that the Light is victorious. It has not been helped by the apathy of people who fail to see how their freedom has been taken away from them.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and will inform you that we continue to remove the dark forces that have been using bases on your Earth for a very long time. They are not allowed to stay any longer, and have no place in the Ascension process. Their existence so far has mainly been a legacy from several thousand years ago, and the evidence still remains in your recorded history. As many of you know, in recent times the Greys were allowed to reside upon Earth by agreement with your U.S. government, but these must also leave.

You enter another month, and look back and see how time has passed so quickly. During that period you have as Lightworkers done so much to lift the levels of consciousness, and a grand awakening is taking place. It is a great achievement against the background of the efforts of the Illuminati to distract you and create fear. You have not seen extensive arrests take place as expected, but nevertheless all the changes previously spoken about are proceeding. The delays have shown how much you have learnt, by keeping your focus upon the more important matters concerning your own evolution. It is not selfish to think about self, as no one else can prepare you for Ascension, although you can find plenty of advice.

The outer happenings are not essential to your progress, but present to you an opportunity to understand what the future holds for you. It is your entitlement that you have earnt by raising your vibrations, and reflects your greater upliftment into the Light. You cannot just decide you would like to ascend and be successful without first putting in the needed effort. It is unnecessary to absorb reams of information, although there is much available that will help your understanding. What is important is how you are inside and whether you have been able to look outwards and accept that you are All One. That will go a long way forward to helping you create a higher consciousness level.

Once you are on the path to becoming a Lightworker, you are well on your way to fulfillment. That does not mean you need become a teacher or administer to others, but that by your example become a shining Light. This way you can uplift others wherever you are with a kindly smile or word, and it has much more impact than you might imagine. You do of course have to make friends with your ego, that will still try to maintain the "old you" least you forget how you used to be. That is where your big changes occur as you are lifting out of the lower vibrations, and all that is part of it. It may even mean carefully choosing new friends, who are more compatible and understanding of the changes in you. Those souls of the lower vibrations are often very coarse and indulge in negative actions, and can be uncomfortable to be with. However, as you rise up you will also learn how to protect yourself against them.

Through the Law of Attraction you will naturally find yourselves gravitating towards souls of a similar vibration. These are friendships where you will help each other progress and that will most likely continue through Ascension and afterwards. Sometimes such attachments can be very strong and may indicate that you have been together many times before, and come from the same Star Family. Bear in mind that every soul has come to Earth from another civilization, and you are as much extraterrestrials as any others. Indeed, for that reason you feel very much at home with the idea of meeting us. You will be introduced to your true family in course of time, and they have followed your progress and will be overjoyed to meet you once again.

The Earth has been your testing place, and with its low vibration has had little chance to allow you to know your true self. Like any other soul you have at times become completely immersed in your life, without realizing you have been cut off from your true reality. That in fact was intended so that you fully experienced the lower dimension and all of its challenges. It would have been distracting and even depressing, to know about the life you left behind when you first incarnated upon Earth. Now it is different because you have moved back into the Light, and understand your true origin as a powerful soul with immense creative ability. When you have ascended you will be able to use those powers again, having become a trustworthy and knowledgeable soul.

So Dear Ones, press on with your upliftment and do not be deterred by what is happening outside of you, All is in reality proceeding to bring you completion of this cycle through Ascension, and you will benefit from all that has been promised. Do not waste your energy worrying about other matters, as all will come to a perfect end according to God's immaculate plan for you all. Rest assured that the cleansing of Earth is taking place even if you do not see or hear much evidence of it. There are joint actions occurring between us and our allies, and not only are we keeping the balance upon Earth but preventing damage from escalating. Soon progress will speed up immensely as new devices are making there way into the public domain, and will be even quicker once we arrive on your Earth.

As you can realize, we are still very much pushing for a result from the work our allies have put in to get the dark Ones out of the way. They can no longer put off the time for admitting that they have lost the battle, but arrogantly proceed with military actions that still cause death and destruction. We wonder how much longer your leaders need to understand that wars have never solved a problem. They simply enlarge it until as has often happened, a world war ignites with the loss of an immense number of lives. The answer to it is to send you Love and Light wherever the threat exists, and in particular to the leaders that are directly involved. It certainly does help and that it is where your total faith in the power of Light comes in.

Love is the most powerful energy of all and at your present level you have seen it in action for healing purposes, and in spite of the presence of the lower energies, it works. You need faith and understanding otherwise it will not carry the maximum power you can give. A mothers love is known to be healing and another example of what it can do. Each of you have a degree of healing ability within but often doubt it, so that it does not carry the full intent it might have done. Be positive and do your share to help uplift the Earth and all life upon it. Remember that you are to ascend with Mother Earth, and many other life forms are also ready to go forward. Not least of all are the animals, many of whom are your pets or have been domesticated to serve your needs.
