We are here and ready to invite and empower you to step forward in partnership with the divine stream of consciousness.
We have often acknowledged you as a multidimensional being; the physical aspect that you are experiencing is only a small part of who you truly are. In this reality it is an important aspect, we know that you would agree with us on that matter.
Your human form allows the interface with this dense dimension, yet your true essence is expanded consciousness. As multidimensional starbeings, it is time that you recognize and claim that you are galactic and inter-galactic citizens with incredible abilities that mold and sculpt your very existence, as well as give you privileges and rights to interface with other realities and kingdoms.
We realize that humans love the aspect of the thinking mind; it is this aspect that many humans “think” defines who they are. However, it is the feeling nature, the emotional component that is truly the most powerful. It is the emotional frequency felt from within the heart that truly elevates consciousness and transforms your reality. We continue to invite each of you to bring the thinking mind and the feeling heart together in your awareness. 
Humans are rarely taught or made aware of their incredible authority, their omnipotence, their personal power to bring into reality and manifest their highest vision as well as join the counsel of other conscious life forms.
We continue to invite you to transform the dense incoherent emotions of fear, hatred, judgment and prejudice, any and all emotional vibrations that are life diminishing.
Many of our transmissions have focused on this invitation and this service. We have offered many tools to support this work, always acknowledging that it is the chalice of the heart that is the true transformer. The use of intention, sound and other conscious energy work will continue to uplift the dense vibrations of dysfunction in the collective matrix.
When your awareness is within your heart, it becomes the portal or the gateway to the non-visible realities. You heart is the doorway and the connection to other streams of consciousness and other dimensions. This is a most important aspect for you to realize and understand. Part of what is occurring within the evolution of humanity is that many humans are beginning to realize that part of their role is to be the inviter, the physical connection to these higher realms of vibrations and frequencies.
You are awake and aware, an intuitive in a physical and human form, and you are also an anchor or receptor in your reality, capable of connecting with other beings and forms of consciousness that vibrate at a different frequency. It is time that you acknowledge your ability to interact and reconnect with the energy streams of consciousness offered by other expressions of life.
Your world is teeming with non-physical beings ready to make contact and offer information and guidance. You are not meant to be in the dense physical reality without support. There are beings of light and love awaiting your invitation. However, all beings in the non-physical will never impose themselves, they will always honor your free will.
We know that many are beginning to connect to the essence of these invisible beings. Each individual person is unique in the ways that they connect and with whom they connect. We just want to remind you of this ability and this privilege.
Remember that your experience with this suggestion and this expanded exercise will depend on your beliefs and your openness to all possibilities.
There have been those in your history and your myths who have connected and been guided by their ability to sense, hear, or see these beings and receive and translate their guidance. You have given those with this extrasensory ability titles and names, such as sage, seer, oracle, channel, medium or prophet.
These words that you are reading at this time are offered by our beloved ‘transducer’.
She receives our energy and is able to translate or transduce that energy into a form of words and transmissions we offer to you. This is an ability that more and more human/multidimensionals are experiencing.
You are free to travel or to visit other realities and dimensions. It is just a matter of where you place your attention. Remember that energy follows thought. Shift your thoughts and shift your feeling nature, throw off your limited beliefs and the limited net that keeps you anchored in only one reality. Everything you experience as solid and “real” is vibrations of energy, held or locked in place by belief systems. If you could set aside all the mental programs about your reality, you would experience a different reality.
There are dimensions and multi-realities available to those who can allow and invite.
We are inviting you to expand and connect with these higher vibrations of consciousness. This is your next step in your own personal evolution. Begin to consider an active partnership with the divine, allow yourself to connect with your own personal ‘team’ or guides. Begin to consider that you can willingly open the possibilities to receive communication and guidance from ascended masters, avatars, celestial or star beings, angels as well as the consciousness of the elementals, the elements and the faerie realms.
If you reviewed your life experiences you would recall times in which you did receive guidance that supported your well-being and your safety. This guidance is always available when you willingly begin to open that portal or doorway. Begin to ask, begin to invite. Divine Spirit in all its many forms of love and light wants to be in conscious partnership with you.
It is time.
It is valuable to meditate, walk and allow quietness and creativity to flow. It is in these places that you gently slip into another frequency and allow yourself to begin to sense other forms of vibrational expression. Nature is an excellent place to practice connecting with other subtle realities. Increase your personal vibration to a higher resonance. Balance, laughter, joy and gratitude are vibrational tickets that allow you to move into these new realities of wonder and awe. Be open and receptive to the possibilities.
Allow yourself to be playful with this; being lighthearted is the key here which will open the doors to the realms and the other realities. Imagine for a moment that you might be able to hear/feel/sense the vibrations of the essence and the overlighting elemental of a beautiful tree or an amazing stone formation. Allow yourself to imagine and visualize a meadow of grasses and flowers and call forth the energy of a divine being to join you there. See yourself traveling to a star and be open to intuitively connect with what is offered. These are simple and basic processes, we know that you will be creative in your exploring of these possibilities.
Remember to put aside any and all expectation of how the connection might occur. You are unique and you are beginning to open to all your paranormal abilities as a starbeing.
So allow your connections to the other realms to unfold with ease. It might be visual, or a sensation that is felt within your body, you might hear within your inner awareness. We assure you that in time, with practice and willingness all your extrasensory abilities will emerge and you will connect and form partnerships with loving non-physical beings of love and light.
It is with communication and divine partnership that together you will transform your world. Imagine that you could receive information and methods that would assist your planet in cleaning the water and the air, or processes which would replace the detrimental use of oils and gases as a source of energy. Imagine receiving a download of data which would shift the entire paradigm of health and healing within the human body.
We believe that you get the idea of what we are suggesting.
We hold you with great respect and honor. We delight in sharing this invitation with you, for we know that you are ready to expand. You are feeling and sensing these shifts realizing that the veils between the worlds are becoming more and more transparent. Where the understanding of what is happening in the world is concerned there are virtually two camps, those who do not know or do not care and those who do know but account for them by various explanations. It takes someone with a very open belief system to accept changes that alter their whole concept of what life is about. The hardest part is acceptance that many of those you looked up to were puppets of the Illuminati, perpetuating the lies that held you in bondage to them. Fortunately, the rising vibrations are lifting people up out of the darkness, and as their consciousness levels increase are beginning to question their beliefs. Much true information now exists and by following your intuition you will surely begin to understand the truth. Seeking for yourself will prepare you for even a greater understanding, as with our coming along with many other advanced beings, the truth will be staring you in the face.

Discerning the truth has nothing to do with intelligence and in fact it can often get in the way, and for many people it is simple a matter of discernment. Neither can you be guaranteed of the truth by turning to religious movements, as what was started as a truthful attempt to enlighten people has been corrupted. You will find that those who teach the truth do not impose it upon you, but simply present it as a helpful tool for your own development and seeking. The imposition of control through the fearful consequences of not following certain beliefs, is nothing more than a terrible distortion of the truth.

Everything you need to know is held deep in your subconsciousness. That is how you can become your own person and you will intuitively know what is acceptable and has the ring of truth. However, always be open to an expansion of your understanding, because as you become lifted up it will go forward in leaps and bounds. Take it bit by bit until you feel comfortable with what you have accepted, and you will find that your level of consciousness will  expand quite quickly. Remember that if what you are given does not resonate with you or carry the higher energies of Love and Light, it is unlikely to be of the truth.

When we can openly meet with you by all means question what we give you, as we are not Gods but may appear so as we are much further down the road of understanding. We cannot carry out miracles and our advanced technologies are the result of our greater understanding and use of the natural energies that fill the Universe. Your scientists are often aware of the potential  advancements but lack the knowhow to put them into being. However, some have been helped by other extraterrestrials for many years, along with knowledge obtained by back engineering advanced technologies from crashed craft. Instead of sharing such advancements they have been largely kept secret for reasons of power and control over the world. With our coming all of that will change and such secrets will be released for the benefit of all, along with free access to our technologies.

You have every right to be excited at the prospect of a wonderful future, free from unnecessary controls or limitations upon your freedom. With it will come levels of happiness you have not felt for a very long time. To that end the dark Ones gave been identified and are already being removed to rid you of the cancer that has nearly destroyed your civilization. With it will follow a cleansing that will remove all vestiges of their negative energies, and their ability to impose themselves upon you. Peace is near and all of the trouble spots will be attended to and cleared to allow removal of all evidence of the wars and military forces. Peace is not an option, it is your right to live free from interference to practice your own ways and live according to your cultures.

When the nature of the dark Cabals crimes is released it is understandable that there will be immense anger, and it will be a testing time to remain calm and not lose control of yourselves. Bear in mind that our abilities and technologies are such that not one single criminal will escape from having to answer for their crimes. There is no need for you to try and take justice into your on hands, but simply allow for matters to take their own course. Your time will be far better spent helping to bring stability to your locality, and spreading calmness where it is needed. You do not however have to do everything yourselves, as our allies will take prominent roles and eventually we shall also be with you.

You are on the verge of a historic victory over the dark Ones, and very soon we shall bring their actions to a halt. They had every intention of leaving in a blaze of glory, but we will curtail their activities as far as possible. Some circumstances are allowed to develop, and in so doing we hope to catch the dark Ones in their acts. They know their time is limited and that they have little left before they are removed from circulation and put away. Life will become hectic for a time for most people and some inconvenience is inevitable due to the extent of the changes. Do not worry about it as in a relatively short time you will be more than compensated. Those of you that are less affected should seek to help anyone who requires it, sharing whatever you can.

What a great adventure lays ahead of you, and you already know that your Ascension is assured. To think that after millennia of time you have come to the end of duality, having gone through one of the darkest periods you have ever experienced. At the same time it has also been one that has been very important to your level of evolution. It has given you the opportunity to evolve at a rate that has previously been unprecedented during your time in the lower vibrations. Fortunately you can if so desired set aside memories of it, rather than recall many lives that may not be of the highest order.

• It is time for you and other Light workers to understand where you fit into this great cosmic event of expansion and evolution. Now is the time you have been preparing for in this and many past lifetimes. You, the faithful ones, who are striving to attain Self-Mastery so that you may become World Servers of the Light, are needed now more than ever. It is now the time to declare, “I will strive to become a BOLD BEARER of LIGHT so that I may magnetize to me and radiate from me the maximum amount of Creator Light out into the world and to all humanity.”
• New pathways in the brain are opened as you begin to unlock the Light packets of wisdom and your history stored within the higher-dimensional levels of your Sacred Mind. The old pathways and painful memories of your third- and fourth-dimensional past begin to fade, and you will find that it becomes more and more difficult to remember the failures and suffering of your past lives. Have we not told you that you are healing the past as you spiral into the future? You will remember who you are and your history, but only the positive, harmonious events.
• The moment of awakening is when the Kundalini Fire ignites in the root chakra and moves up the spine through the chakra system, opening the Seven Seals of Higher Consciousness. The Medulla Oblongata or the Ascension Chakra, which is sometimes called the Mouth of God, is activated, and the Pineal Gland begins to pulsate and function as it was originally designed to do. This in turn opens the crown chakra or the Lotus of en-Lighten-ment at the top of the head, thereby connecting with the shining column of Light, which ultimately leads to your God Self or I Am Presence. Once you make this connection you are forever changed. The empowerment of Spirit begins to flow through you as you begin to reclaim your mastery of Self along with the godly gifts of your Divine heritage.

The Law of the Circle insures that the vibrational patterns you send forth will be returned to you along with an accumulated measure of similarly-qualified energy (or vibrations of the same frequency patterns). You are the center of an energy vortex that is made up of elongated-circular loops of vibrational patterns that you have projected outward into the world via your Solar Power Center. Your Solar Plexus is aptly named, for just as the Earth receives cosmic energy from the Sun of your Solar system, each of you also radiates Life Force Energy from your own Solar Power Center.

For a moment, envision yourself as the central focus of your world. You are the power source, and your thoughts, actions and intentions radiate forth from you in a loop of energy that connects with like energy. That energy magnifies and manifests in the world of cause and effect and then returns to you, reinforcing your picture of reality. Your body absorbs a portion of that energy, creating pain and suffering or joy and blessings, depending on the frequencies. The remainder flows out behind you, creating the other loop of your Infinity pattern, while the residual gradually flows into your auric field and your personal Wheel of Creation. Brave hearts, you must practice and perfect these techniques which will initiate and increase the flow of Prana or Adamantine Particles of Creator Light. Create and use your Pyramids of Light and Power in the fifth dimension. Practice and use often the Infinity Breath, thereby opening the ascension chakra and the back portal of the heart. Perform the binary sequencing exercise at least once. When you are firmly centered within your Sacred Heart, you will transcend all major discord. As an initiate on the path, you must endeavor to focus on the positive events in your everyday life. There will always be some difficult aspects that arise as you strive for a harmonious State of Being. Your goal is to maintain a state of Divine indifference as you seek a high-frequency resolution in every challenging situation. In other words, you are not to get caught up in the maelstrom of negativity which always radiates from a person or an occurrence powered by lower-frequency vibrations. Non-attachment means that you do not allow the negative energy cords to pierce your spiritual armor and contaminate your auric field.

The really exciting times have arrived as you are getting confirmation of the arrests that have started taking place. Your rights are such that you have the authority to remove those who have committed acts of treason against you. These are clearly very necessary steps to allow important changes to take place that will move you on to the next phase in the plan. There is no way that the actions can be ignored much longer, and our allies are looking for sources that are keen to cover what is happening. Certainly with an announcement that is intended to set peoples minds at rest, we expect the media to pick up on it. There will soon come a point when the news can no longer be hidden or ignored, and we know that there will be a mixed reception to it. However, we expect President Obama to address the world, to re-assure people that the actions are positive and in everyone's interests to restore world peace. It will go worldwide and beyond any attempts of the dark Ones to gag it.

We of the Galactic Federation of Light will for a time continue to work in the background, but look for the first opportunity to introduce disclosure. It not only covers our history of working for you and with you, but also the general interest shown in your evolution over a period of thousands of years. However, it will give us the chance to present some of the different civilisations that you are to meet. All will have some link to you if only to have had a hand in your genetic evolution. At a soul level we are all the from the Source, but have travelled different paths according to our choice of experience. Differences between us do therefore exist but we are all evolving like you except that some souls are at higher levels than others.

In leaps and bounds you will quickly find yourselves being elevated to the next stage in your upliftment. Many of you have already been primed for a new way of life, and it will set you up for your return to the higher realms that will come with Ascension. A wonderful fulfilling life awaits you which will seem like heaven after your experiences in duality. You will not only understand how energy comes into your lives, but also how to use to use it for your needs. The emphasis will be put on the different ways it can be used, and not least of all as a means of space travel.

On Earth you spend huge amounts of time travelling around in what we see as antiquated forms of transport, It will no longer be necessary to waste so much time in that way, and you will be gifted with technology that allows for almost instantaneous travel. All are based on the use of free energy which is clean and non-polluting. The dark Ones have already developed some craft of this type, and the technology known to them for a very long time. You have been denied its use so as not to affect the standing of traditional methods of travel, and to ensure they keep their power over other countries.

Your dreams will come true and the most wonderful changes will come with freedom being returned to you. You have become so used to being controlled in virtually everything you do that you have forgotten what it is like to be free. You will get a taste of it before Ascension, but remember that with freedom comes responsibility not to indulge in activities that cause danger or harm to others. With the coming of your higher levels of consciousness, will also come a more compassionate and balanced understanding of how to relate to other souls. It is the desire to be at One with all life that will enable you to take your place amongst those you will be joining. We know that the harshness of the Earths vibrations is not conducive to a peaceful existence, and you are continually challenged to keep calm and in control of your emotions.

You have been tested and tried for millennia of time, often repeating the same lessons many times over. You have proved that you can exist in an advanced civilization, and you are welcomed into the higher realms. You have raised your vibrational levels and it will ensure that you are ready to ascend. Those who are not ready will have no inclination to leave duality, and will by choice continue their experiences at the same level.  The paths open to you are clearly defined and you cannot move beyond your station. However, all is continually in a state of change and you will eventually make progress as all souls do.

Let go of your earthly attachments and instead be in readiness to expand your consciousness to take in what will be a new way of life. As you learn more about us and get an opportunity to visit us on our ships, you will see first hand how we live and intermix with other civilizations. All act in service to one another and it is a blessing to be able to do so. The ego's have been tamed and the needs of self are not put ahead of any others. We are a community in harmony and putting our energies into serving the Supreme Creator. We get great satisfaction from doing so, and do not for one moment think that it restricts our freedom in anyway. We love our work and the contribution we make to All That Is helping to uplift all other life forms.

Our lives are full and most satisfying and it is by choice that we serve in our own particular way. It is no more or no less than you would do helping your own brothers and sisters. We are after all one big family who acknowledge the gift of life given us by our Father/Mother God, and have been provided with all that we could possibly need to enjoy our existence. We are also co-creators with God having reached a higher state of being and able to use such powers with complete responsibility. On Earth few really understand the potential powers they have, and do not realize that they are responsible for the way their civilization has evolved. Consequently you also reap what you sow,    which is why you have ended up in duality. However, you have found your way out of it and many are now able to take the opportunity to ascend.

Beloved Ones,
Across your World, weather patterns are changing and creating a great cleansing as old stagnant energies are dissolved and dissipated. These weather anomalies will continue as humankind releases all that is not Love from their Beings. The great transformation of everything continues unabated as the new higher energies from the Cosmos come into your atmosphere. Do not lose heart during these times, Dear Ones, and help each other when it is needed.
As the old ways of expression are dissolved in this higher Light, more Light enters the cells to take its place and this is felt by Humanity at a deep, deep level. As more Light enters your personal energy field, your DNA is activated and more strands of it light up within you. Your four lower bodies are in the process of a transformation that has never before occurred on a mass level and there will continue to be many symptoms of this process as it takes place. These changes can bring up emotions that are triggered by a reminder of old issues that still need to be faced, acknowledged, accepted and released.
This is why we counsel you to be kind, nurturing and loving of yourselves. There are many deeply embedded thoughts and stories within you that come from previous generations which are passed on genetically through the DNA coding and as these are activated into life again, will pass through your four lower bodies. If you do not engage and fall into these stories but merely observe them, these will dissipate. Your bodies are living libraries of all that has gone before and so the stories in them that have been passed on through your ancestral lines will be activated. Observe them with detachment and they will fall away.
On a lighter note, many of you who have willingly and consciously chosen to go through this process will find yourselves experiencing greater periods of sustained joy within and will embody more and more the thought that all is well, everything is perfect. A deep trust in your connection to Source will be evident in all that you experience and as this feeling of joy persists, wonderful synchronicities will occur in your personal lives that will bring more of this feeling to you and will become a normal way of living and expressing.
Know that all old and sad stories are falling away and you and everyone else upon your World are being renewed on every level of your Being. You and the Earth and all Her inhabitants are being given a fresh start, a new lease on life. Rejoice in this knowledge and maintain your balance and equilibrium at all times, in all that takes place. Be the calm in the storm of change that manifests around you. Smile often and practice conscious compassion to yourselves and others. You affect more than you know by your presence.

The hot topic that occupies most of you is the commencement of the arrests so that you are in no doubt that the final days of the cabal have arrived.  Needless to say, it will cause a sensation across the world and the media will have to respond. They will be inundated with calls asking for an explanation, and eventually even those that are conservative will be forced to give the true reasons for what is happening. There will be official announcements in the US, and careful steps taken to ensure that people have the correct understanding of why the arrests are taking place. Doubt will exist until it becomes clear that the actions are in the interests of all people, by providing a scenario whereby they can be released from the hold of the dark Ones. There will be deliberate disinformation circulated by those still under the control of the Illuminati, but we will make it clear that the Military are involved as a back up for those making the arrests. They are not execution squads and will only use weapons if they or the Marshalls are attacked, in the course of their legitimate pursuits.

The first real action now enables the next part of our plans to go forward, unimpeded by interference intended to delay progress. There will be a pressing need to set up a provisional government of representatives that have proved they are trustworthy and honest. Ones who have already been primed of their responsibilities to you the people. So at last our promises to you can be shown to be genuine and your rights will be restored. First things first and when we are satisfied that no further dangers exist, we can go forging ahead with other aspects of our plan.

Do you do not need to rub your eyes as what you see and hear about is really happening, and is the Lightworkers taking charge of your destiny. Even those of you who live outside of the US are part of the plans, and the cleansing will spread across the world. It is after all a plan for everyone who is ready to ascend, but will naturally effect those who have other plans for their future. With freedom comes choice and all of you will ultimately find yourselves exactly where you should be.

In the distance there is of course the long awaited contact with you through disclosure. With everything that is taking place those personnel under oath of secrecy will be released from that responsibility, and free to tell you of their own experiences that support our existence. You know quite a lot already but when it is made public, it will reach those who have not normally followed such matters or in some cases are in a state of disbelief. There is clearly much work to be done to convince people we are not just your friends, but your family. However, we believe that our presence will soon be seen for what it is, and we will be welcomed to land on your precious Earth. We do of course need that contact to establish working groups to be part of the cleansing forces.

All will happen in good time, but it will speed along once we get started as their is much to do in just a few months. We sense that the excitement is growing at the thought of your liberation from the controlling powers, and your lives being lifted up into the Light. The end times for this cycle were planned many eons ago, and in spite of any thoughts to the contrary when you needed help it arrived. Our efforts and that of the Spiritual Hierarchy have guided you to this point in time, and now you are about to seize the wonderful opportunity to ascend. Deep down you always knew that your experiences would end in your return to the higher realms. It is where you came from and where you are entitled to be as Beings of Light. The lower dimensions are home to those who have become embroiled in the darkness that has pulled them down, but they have benefitted from being around you even if they do not yet acknowledge the Light.

Understand that many souls who do not ascend have not necessarily failed to lift themselves up, but have planned their experiences in that way. So do not judge others who follow a different path to you, and allow for them to have the same choices as you have had to map your own destiny. Your freedom may be taken from you at times but it will always be returned by divine right. Remember God and remember Mother Gaia as both are like your parents, they have always been watching you and providing you with help. It has been given even if you have not known the source of it, and now it would be nice for you to acknowledge it and show your gratitude. A loving thought or prayer would bring even more Love and Light back to you, and that is the Law of Attraction working at its highest level.

Dear Ones from here on the going will gradually get easier, and we will be by your side to ensure that having come this far you do not fail at the last moment. Of course there will be physical changes, but as the vibrations lift up the extent of them will not be as severe as some perceived. There is no need for large scale devastation to restore Mother Earth to her pristine condition. Whilst we must allow what needs to be done, we can assist Mother Earth who certainly does not want her activities to cause undue harm to life. With adequate warning people can move out of harms way, and we will be there to help. We must not forget that the Inner Earth Beings are also waiting the call to surface, and they have so much to offer you. They are also your family from many thousands of years ago, and will delight in making contact with you again.

You are of course a mixture of Beings who are related to various Star Civilizations of mainly humanoid origin. These will come to Earth to meet their own and you will have many uplifting meetings with them as old memories return. So you see that you are as much Space Beings as those who many view as different to yourselves. In any event you are all One with the Source so please treat others as yourself and be kind and considerate at all times.
