Beloved masters, what we term as Sacred Breath consists of the normal third- / fourth-dimensional air containing oxygen as well as Prana, which is third- / fourth-dimensional air/ether that also contains the Adamantine Particles of Creator Light. The magnitude and power of these Divine Particles increase with each higher level of consciousness you attain. The empowering Breath of Infinity opens the pathways that lead to the multidimensional levels of Creator consciousness. Your inner perspective will automatically broaden as you gradually change your way/mode of thinking and perceiving.

The Inbreath loop of the Infinity Breath passes through the Medulla Oblongata and out the back of the head as it sweeps upward into your Soul Star. The Adamantine Particles of Creator Light that you have inhaled through the back portal of your Sacred Heart are programmed to integrate a specific number of Life-Code Seed Atoms from your OverSoul-Higher Self as the Sacred Breath passes through your Soul Star. The Outbreath or exhale passes through the Root Chakra and enters the Kundalini Seed Atom contained therein. Monitored by your OverSoul-Higher Self, measured portions of the Adamantine Particles stored within the Root Chakra are added to the Sacred Breath. The Adamantine Particles of Light which are stored in the Root Chakra are unique, for they have already been programmed with some of your special talents, attributes and qualities from past life experiences. The Sacred Breath then moves back up in front of the physical vessel and automatically enters the body where your crystalline Still Point Seed Atom is located. This Seed Atom was designed to magnetize, integrate and hold these higher frequency Particles of Light. It could be called a holding center, for it is directly connected to your Sacred Heart. The Adamantine Particles of Light are then drawn into your Sacred Heart to be activated through your seed thoughts and intention. These programmed Adamantine Particles are then ready to be breathed out into your Twelve Ray Creator Wheel, as well as out into the world-at-large. A dedicated portion will also stream into the World Pyramid and other pyramids of Light of your choice.

The Pineal Gland could be called a Light filter for the brain. The chakra system is designed to magnetize and filter into the body the appropriate vibrational frequencies–RAY-diated by the Archangels bearing the attributes, qualities and virtues of each particular Ray. There is a complex formula composed of a broad variety of frequency patterns that constantly penetrate the human auric field, which are then conveyed to the glands within the physical body. Your level of comprehension and awareness will increase with each download of higher frequency energy.

Once you have gained access to your Sacred Heart and have activated your Solar Power Center, the Zero Point or the Still Point Seed Atom within your Solar Power Center begins to store your reserve of cosmic energy. As you become a Self-Master and a conscious cocreator, you will have access to an infinite amount of Adamantine Particles to use in your creative endeavors and to share with others. The SACRED WHITE COSMIC FIRE, Adamantine Particles, that you magnetize to you as an awakened, Self-master, must continually circulate. Only a certain amount, that which is appropriate for each Soul to integrate at their current level of en-Lighten-ment, can be stored within the physical vessel. The balance must be RAY-diated out into the world-of-form. Mature spirituality is not an unconscious experience. You must endeavor to develop a self-sustaining divinity whereby you are constantly breathing the rich Pranic Breath of Life / Adamantine Particles of Creator Essence. By doing so, you will begin to receive spiritual sustenance from the River of Life via the Eighth Chakra, your Soul Star, and through the back portal of your Sacred Heart.

Each Self-aware person functions as a living star capable of receiving and conveying harmonic frequency vibrations according to his/her level of consciousness. As you are now aware, these frequencies are called your Soul Song. You are a point of light, a vibrant Spark of the Divine. This Sub-universe is composed of one gigantic Celestial Soul Song.

As you develop the ability to breathe in the Sacred Breath deeply and effortlessly, your awareness will gradually descend into your Sacred Heart Center, and then even deeper into the Vesica Piscis Mandala which contains the White Fire, Sacred Seed Atom–your own personal Divine Facet of our Father/Mother God. This is when you may draw forth all the Sacred Love you can contain. This is where you realize that you are the dreamer as well as the dream. It is in this Sacred Space that you will begin your journey back into the wholeness (holiness) as you strive to recreate yourself into a SUN CHILD of our Father/Mother God. This has been preordained; it is your Divine Heritage.

Please remember that only a minuscule Facet of your complete “Being” is incarnated in the density of the third/fourth dimensions. The fourth dimension is the astral plane, a bridge to the fifth dimension. The three lower sub-levels are filled with a great array of emotional-energy debris and a broad spectrum of discordant frequency, mental thought forms. The fourth dimension is the storehouse for the mass consciousness beliefs of humanity from all past ages on Earth. The fourth dimension also contains the mental body auric field of the Earth.

You are called Star Seed for a reason, for as you return to Self-Mastery, you will initiate the process of integrating highly-developed crystalline, Life-Code Seed Atoms; a new, advanced evolutionary process to be used in the next forthcoming Golden Age. Humanity is ready to take a giant leap in consciousness. At some point in every person’s Soul journey throughout time and space, there is a yearning to return to the higher realms–a Divine discontent sets in that cannot be denied. First you must become aware of the voice of your conscience. The whispers of your Soul will grow louder and more distinctive as you begin to pay attention to the call of Spirit. A sensitivity grows within your feeling nature as you become attuned to higher vibrational patterns of people, places, thoughts and actions. Eventually you will learn to distinguish the Soul Song vibrations of your Soul family, and of the different masters and angelic Beings.

Yes, humanity is in the midst of dramatic changes, an evolutionary process of profound proportions. However, remember, it is just a part of the never-ending spiral. All of you who are awakening to your God consciousness have experienced a great variety of momentous transitional processes throughout this universe.

Please take heed: no longer will you be allowed to stagnate or even stay at a certain level very long—time and the process of transformation are moving too rapidly. Your language is changing; your thought forms are different. The old areas of your brain which contain your past are gradually being refined or dissolved, so it is beginning to seem as though everything that happened before, even last year, is a vague dream. New areas of your brain are being activated and you must learn to think in a whole new way. Light packets of information, holographic pictures of great significance and sacred geometric patterns will begin to come into your consciousness, and you must learn how to decipher these. It may seem as if those whom you are moving beyond no longer understand you, or you cannot find words to carry on the old mundane patterns of conversation. You will also find that you do not need to verbalize every thought as you begin to telepathically pick up the energies and thoughts of those around you. Your intuitive abilities will increase, and you will not be easily deceived. You will speak your truth with spiritual integrity, and you will not be willing to engage in the negative games of the past.

We implore you: do not become attached to any way of being, any one modality, any philosophy that is too narrow or structured, or buy into any agreement that gives power to someone outside yourself. Discernment, discernment, discernment—we cannot emphasize this enough, for as quickly as an apparent truth comes forth and you incorporate it into your belief system, it may be superseded by a higher truth or a new concept. In looking back, can you not see that much of the knowledge you now accept as your absolute truth was beyond your wildest imagining ten years ago, or even six months ago? Be aware that many of the things you are so certain about today will undoubtedly change tomorrow or in the near future.

Mentally, new ideas and concepts are bombarding your consciousness. Nebulous at first, but gradually solidifying as you use your enhanced reasoning abilities to unfold and decode the formulas and inventions of the future. As you tap into the higher planes of the fifth dimension, you will begin to remember facets of the blueprint of Creation for this Sub-universe: how to hold a pure thought until it is brought to fruition and how you assisted in the creation of a great variety of wondrous things. Many of you will begin to see geometric shapes, sparkling crystals, and brilliant new colors as you move through and beyond time and space into realms of Light.

We have said that many special dispensations are being given to those who bravely step to the fore and claim their heritage. As the masses awaken and cry out for assistance, solutions, information and encouragement, you will be needed more than ever, my brave ones. We are waiting to empower you, to gift you with wisdom, abilities and knowledge beyond your wildest imaginings. You see, your brain has always functioned at 100% capacity, which may come as a surprise to you, for you have heard that the average person only uses approximately 10% of their brain power. Before the mid-1900's, the masses have only had access to that limited portion of the brain which resonated to the frequencies of the third and lower-fourth dimensions. It is the mind that is/was restricted, not the brain. As you balance and integrate the higher frequencies, you gain access to more and more of your brain power that resonates to the higher-fourth and fifth dimensions. Some advanced Souls are even tapping into the lower levels of the sixth dimension. It is not possible to access those advanced portions of your brain until you attune to those refined frequencies. The major goal at the present time is to raise your vibrational frequencies to the level necessary to clear the membranes of Light which guard the portals to your Sacred Mind and Sacred Heart and the fifth-dimensional levels of the brain structure. That is when you will truly begin to make progress in your spiritual quest.

Be aware that there is an ebb and flow to the process of ascension. There are great pulsations of new higher Cosmic Ray vibrational patterns bombarding the Earth, with quiet times in-between so as not to create an overload situation. Ascension is not a steady, forward-motion process. It is an insurgence of energy and new information, and then a time of assimilation, integration and manifestation. Many of the sensations seem more pronounced to you at this time. You may feel as though you have taken a great leap into the unknown at times or taken a step backward into uncertainty. At other times you may feel an intensified sense of vulnerability. By now, you should be somewhat accustomed to the ebb and flow of magnified, accelerated frequencies; however, when you are pushed to the next level of awareness, it often sets off an alarm of varying degrees in your physical/mental/emotional bodies.

It is decision time, for this is a time of a harvesting of Souls. Everyone must decide whether they wish to move forward with the Earth as she spirals into the higher dimensional frequencies; whether they will choose to leave and return at a later time or move on to another planet of third-dimensional reality to finish their lessons in the physical expression. Many Souls will choose to leave the Earth plane as a part of their contract and Divine mission, and many other beautiful Souls are being placed or readied to assume positions of authority, positions of power. They will remain low key, possibly in the background, until it is time to step forward and make themselves known. They will be dynamic, forceful and carry a new vision for humanity—one that will serve all people and create the foundation for the New Age to come.

And so we say to you, ‘HOLD STEADY, BELOVEDS.’ This is the time to seek your truth, to once again take control and dominion over your world, to remember you are a representative of the Creator on an important mission called “the evolution of humanity and the planet Earth.” Accept your power as a master of cocreation. Accept and activate the gifts you were endowed with that lie dormant within.

This is a time of mass awakening as more and more dear Souls begin to feel the nudge of Spirit and begin to listen to the whisperings of his/her Soul Self. Therefore, in our missives of the future, we will include a few of the earlier concepts we have given over the past twenty years. This will be a good review for those of you who have been devoted students for many years. It will also encourage and inspire those who are just beginning to seek the Light of Truth, for the messages will include segments that they can clearly understand. Do not despair, beloveds, if you have been led to our current teachings and they prove to be too difficult to understand. Our many messengers of Light have labored tirelessly to bring forth our wisdom teachings that address the basics tenets of spirituality through the many intermediate levels, and now to the current advanced cosmic teachings. If you will seek out these past messages, you will find your own level of understanding and you may comfortably proceed from that level forward.

The evolutionary process for humanity is in full-swing and moving forward at an astounding pace. Open your minds and your hearts, beloveds, and embrace the infusion of Divine Love/Light that awaits you. Bask in the glory of reunion with us as we move forward together on this incredible journey into a new reality. We are with you always. You are loved most profoundly.

Dear Ones,
You have made tremendous strides in clearing your emotional and spiritual beings. It is not that you have been lax about your physical being – it is merely time to explore your beliefs about your physical being.
For eons, you maintained that only someone outside of you could cure whatever ails you. Even though many of the first medical treatments – such as blood-letting or herbal remedies – were sporadic at best and often counter-productive, you continued the belief that you could not cure yourself. That you were not wise enough to do so.
Granted when you gave your belief of healing to others, miracles did occur. Medicine men, witches, healers and medical doctors provided just enough of whatever to help you believe that they knew more than did you.
In an earlier channel, we discussed that many of the medical discoveries of recent decades were part of this New Age transition. Such is true. Those Old Age medical miracles allowed you the freedom to explore new beliefs and thoughts. For it is difficult to explore your inner-being when you are in pain or fear – both of which are created when you have an illness.
Now that you have crossed the New Age bridge, it is time to explore cures within yourself. We do not expect you to negate all medical care immediately – perhaps even for years. But we wish to introduce beliefs that you have the skills and knowledge to cure yourself of whatever is feeling uncomfortable within your being.
Let us explore that last statement. Most of your medical ills are based on your inability, unwillingness or fear to display your being in its totality. Whenever you hide a fear, do not tell others what you believe or stop your being from displaying itself, you create a cell that is not full and joyful. This cell rapidly shrinks and discolors. If you hide your true being for an extended period, distorted cells multiple and divide and multiple again until some part of your physical being is displaying that which your being cannot display or voice. Those cells are your “canary in the mine” if you will.
This is not to blame you for your medical ills, but for you to understand that you create all aspects of your life – and ills.
This concept makes some of you angry. For herbal or Eastern medicine is the cure for all ills. Or a special doctor is exactly what you need at this point. And so it is for now. Shifting from believing in the cures of others to accepting that you are not only your own guru, you are your own doctor is a difficult concept for most.
Does that mean you should forgo physical check-ups? Not if you believe in them. But such activities will be outdated in the future – just as blood-letting seems barbaric now.
It is all about your beliefs. If you believe that such is true, it is. If you no longer believe such is true, it is not.
Many of you are wondering what will happen to the medical profession or herbal medicine. Old Age medicine will evolve as you need it to evolve. Not many doctors, hospitals or herbal medicine specialists will continue with their current cures if no one is willing to purchase those cures. It will be a matter of economics – instead of a big sign pasted over their establishments stating “Heal Yourself – You Know More Than We Do”
The helping professions are not bad or inappropriate. All were needed in the Old Age. It is just that as you accept more responsibility for your being, you will have less interest in spending time or money with those who are treating you with Old Age medicine in whatever form.
We must address another issue before we close. Some of you no longer wish to remain on earth in this lifetime. No doctor, no herbal medicines – not even your own administrations will stop you from transitioning from earth. How will you know when such is so? Ask yourself.
Everything we have told you throughout our channels reverts back to the concept of tapping the knowledge within yourself. You are the keeper of your being. Not angels, not your friends, not medical personnel.
We must also add that this concept of healing/ regenerating yourself is new. Do not expect to forgo all your physical beliefs in one day. It is a process. We are merely introducing the concept this week. For indeed, many of you will feel some sort of minimal physical ailment so that you will better understand how and why your physical being functions.
Your first impulse will probably be to purchase products to make the illness go away as rapidly as possible. While you are doing so, allow yourself to ask your inner-being what it is that you needed that forced your tainted cells, as it were, to clump together to form the illness. What part of you were you ignoring?
Nothing else needs to be done at this time. This is merely your first expedition into discovering that you are your own doctor.
Some of you are wondering what will happen to those who feel the need to heal. When belief patterns change, so will healing methods. Rather than starting healing processes after indicators are displayed, healthcare in the future will be preemptive. You will know how to balance your being, your thoughts and your connections to the Universes. And if you feel you are out of balance, you will create centers to help you return to balance.
Medicines and invasive machines that shift your being will be of the past. But that is neither here nor there for now. It is enough for you to merely touch upon the thought that you are not only your own guru, you are your own doctor. So be it. Amen.

Beloved Ones,
As you move through your daily lives, you are finding more evidence of subtle workings of the higher dimensions all around you, as situations that were very touchy and volatile seem to just melt away into peace and harmony. This is happening both individually and collectively to all upon the Planet and is most especially noticeable for each Lightworker as they are more sensitive to the new energies that are coming in. Continue to allow the effects of these energies to flow through you without resistance and all will be well. Each of you is seeing that this is so and you are finding that speaking your truth with courage and determination brings more that is good into your life rather than the reverse as you and those around you adjust your perceptions.
These effects will continue as you purge from you thoughts that have been hidden and not looked at clearly before. Your human selves have stored away these thoughts throughout your lifetime and these thoughts have limited your ability to live to your highest potential. Sometimes these thoughts have to be expressed quite forcefully in order to free you of their effects. After this occurs, ask the Violet Fire Angels to cleanse and transmute the words that were spoken out into the atmosphere and transform that energy into the pure white Light for the highest good of all. Ask also that what has been released from within your being is immediately replaced with the pure white Light.
It is incumbent upon each Soul upon the path of Ascension to daily monitor and become aware of their thoughts, as you are now eliminating the weeds to allow new growth to happen in your garden of life. Plant the seeds that will allow you to grow and flourish in the newly ploughed field of the new Golden age that has been awaiting your attention. Each thought you sow into the collective field that is life enhancing will return to nourish you and will magnify the good that is waiting for you. Each positive intention you set will bring to you beneficial results that will surprise and delight you. It is time to become the alchemists who turn the lead of the past into the gold in your present.
As you become proficient in the control of your thought processes, you will become excited about the possibilities that each of you as co-creator with the Infinite One can bring to your world. It starts first in your own personal life where you learn to wield the powerful energy of your thoughts into pleasing manifested form. This will delight and consume your days as you follow your heart and your dreams. The joy of each experience will grow exponentially stronger and as each of you learn to work your energy in a new way the lives of those around you will also be uplifted. The feelings of joy beget more of the same and it is this frequency which lifts you to the higher dimensions.
Continue to be the peace makers and ambassadors of the Light as you daily practice your new powers and abilities. Be not concerned when old hidden thoughts find their way to the surface for expression and voice. In the higher perspective, it is all good. Be gentle and kind with yourselves for you are in the process of a massive transformation of your entire being while being present in your physical body and this is something that has never been attempted before on any Planet. We see that it is all good and that it is bearing fruit for each of you. Ask of us and you shall be given. The important thing to remember is that you must ask.

It is with love that I pass my energies through the veils of illusion to surround and bathe your entire being. As my energies flow to you and with your acceptance, together we assist in dissolving the veils of illusion that you are still energising and holding onto in your physical reality. It is with love that I am here to support your ascension, to guide and assist you in any way that you allow me to, you are after all holding the responsibility of your spiritual ascension on the Earth. It is through your abilities of accepting, allowing, realising, acknowledging and becoming, you assist yourself to furthering your spiritual ascension.

Let the energies of peace, harmony, truth and honesty flow into your energetic systems and body as I open my heart to you in love.

I, Lady Quan Yin wish to share a communication focused upon reaping the rewards of ascension. Through your ascension process there is an understanding that to follow a path to enlightenment brings such profound experiences of joy, happiness and bliss. It is the truth that the more you allow yourself to let go of perspectives and material aspects that no longer serve you, the easier it is to find the energy of bliss within your being. It is the discipline of moving from an attached reality where bliss and happiness if created from the outside to a reality of freedom from attachments where joy comes from within you as an existence rather than a momentary experience. At this present moment you are all experiencing this shift and have been for some time.

This process will continue as it is a gradual process of realisations. You begin to realise with more intense confirmation that many of your experiences when connected to the outer world and disconnected from the energy and world within you are false creations. They are creations that serve you at certain stages of your growth but when an experience causes a momentary upliftment then in many ways it is false, it is an outside creation. When joy or bliss emerges from within, filling your entire being and remaining with you as an aspect of your being (even if it is originally activated from something external but is truly felt within,) this is a true experience of bliss, happiness and joy. Another way of explaining is to say, when you have a true expression from within your being, you are focused on experiencing the energy of the expression. When the expression comes from an experience in your physical reality and your focus is the experience then this is not a true realisation or step towards ascension. Every moment that you are uplifted is positive as it increases your vibration but it is essential to bring harmony to the expressions that evolve from within so you will be creating a foundation for greater realisations and enlightenment to develop.

Many may believe that there are no rewards to reap from ascension and that it is simply a process that one feels drawn to experience to evolve and understand the universe and reality more fully. You may wish to ask yourself what is your main goal behind your pursuit of ascension? Is it a desire of wanting? You may also wish to ask yourself are you allowed to expect or accept rewards from ascension? These are powerful questions that when answered truthfully will assist a shift in your ascension process of growth, allowing a strong core within to form. It is often that even those on a pathway of ascension are unclear as to the reasons they have chosen to travel such a pathway. If your reason is a physical experience then there is a need to connect with a deeper understanding or purer reason within you. With realisation of the reason you are following your spiritual path, you strengthen your inner core while even allowing your purpose to become evident to you.

If your reasons are so that you can feel more loved, may heal yourself, change your reality and so forth then these reasons will not serve you for the length of your ascension. There is a need to realize that many of the reasons you will form are actually opportunities and lessons to encourage you to grow. It is important not to discount these reasons because they show to you yourself in the present moment but to allow them to be tools to assist you in realising more of yourself. Maybe there are desires of experiencing more love, more truth, more understanding or acceptance, it is often that we seek these from people, but if we choose to let go of the desires and simply acknowledge that everything we seek is within then we are creating true realisations, connecting deeper into a truth which is beyond illusions.

 When we share that all you seek is within you, we are sharing with you that you no longer need to seek; it is the act of seeking for something that distracts you from the realisation that you are what you seek. For example, if you seek to be loved more fully or respected more deeply, you may never find a being or experience that allows you to feel or experience what you seek. If you dissolve the process of seeking  but still hold the intention, knowing that you are already what you originally were seeking you will find within you more love and respect for yourself, which then attracts more people and situations that enact and mirror this for you.

Already you will see that there are rewards to be reaped. Many may believe that the greatest reward is the completion of ascension, but it is the many realisations and points of truth that you discover within your being that are your true rewards, these collected together create the most beautiful and constant state of awareness, love and upliftment.

Is it appropriate to acknowledge ascension as a process of rewards?  It is my feeling that it is appropriate if you have an appropriate perspective. There are still those who are holding onto poverty consciousness as light workers on the Earth. Those that hold onto the experience of lack are

not truly acknowledging the beautiful insights and awakening that has already been accessed within their beings. There is a need to realise that ascension can be a process of experiencing beauty and plenty, because you are deserving of such plenty. Again there is no need to seek plenty, simply holding the intention that you always have plenty of all you need, with the knowingness that the creation of plenty comes from within your being, then manifesting in your outer world. If you were able to achieve and manifest this realisation of plenty can you see that each step is a reward? Even the experience of lack is a reward because it fuels and encourages you to discover, connect with and manifest an alternative from and perspective within your being.

A reward can often be described as a payment or a prize in which you receive when you have achieved something. Maybe you feel that you shouldn’t be rewarded for your ascension path and the growth that you make? In that question you will find many new realisations to discover and old habits of lack and limitations. There is no need for you to be rewarded or to expect to be rewarded by the Creator for a kind deed or a realisation that you achieve. As you peel away illusions especially in your perspective then you begin to become your reward. Your rewards will always be a deeper connection with yourself and the Creator; it is not given by the Creator but manifests not because of your command but simply as a product of your focus upon your spiritual pathway.

It is also important to realise that you are always achieving on your spiritual path. Do you truly have this belief?

 I understand ascension to be extremely challenging at times, even at this time when you are becoming accustomed to the new energies you may be experiencing discomfort in your mind, emotions and even physical body or reality. It is not my intention that you expect a reward after you have experienced a challenging time but I do wish for you to understanding that you are already your reward, you are already your present to yourself, there is just a need to unravel all that you are. Unravelling yourself will take time but you will recognise the rewards from your focus. Remember that these rewards which can be explained as joy, happiness and bliss, they are not as a result of your hard work and focus on your spiritual pathway but they are simply manifestation of you, your truth and all that is within you.

It is now time to let go of the perspective that the Creator rewards you and your expectations of being rewarded. This expectation no longer serves you. The Creator will support and energise you, co creating with you at all times. The rewards, miracles and gifts that you perceive you receive in your reality are simply as a result of you allowing your magnificent essence to unfold more fully with greater self-reassurance. When you are allowing your essence and truth to unfold dissolving any beliefs in illusion you are always reaping rewards. The more you allow yourself to understand the abundant energy you hold, the more you are able to move beyond illusion, where every moment it feels you are rewarding yourself from the purest part of your being.

"Greetings Beloved Family! It is I, Ashtar who comes again to be with you in spirit, in Love and in Joy! For those of you who listened or watched the Presidential speech - and this was for the entire World, not just the United States of America - we wish to emphasize that, first and foremost, he has a lot of ideas.
"He is inspired! He is inspired to lead this country and the entire World further along the Path of the Golden Age, or Aquarian Age, and it is true that it is going to take a huge outpouring of loving support for all of these things to be accomplished. Yet, behind the scenes, and he knows that full well behind the scenes, are numerous, too numerous to count, members of support teams, not just the ones in the human bodies, but those of us who come from beyond.
"There’s not much left of the veil because Mother Gaia and Planet Earth have moved into what we are calling the 'Golden Age,' it is high 4D, but there are still those who are clinging to 3D, and yes you will see some opposition from those very ones in the congress and senate and various departments and governmental agencies and so on, wanting to block these great changes that he proposes to make.
"We will say this loud and clear: he is very well aware of NESARA and of what NESARA brings about. What he is doing is bridging, he is the first bridge, that is, his programs and his inspirations are the first bridge to the very bridge which is called NESARA, because NESARA in turn is a bridge to Freedom! You may think it is just about abundance, but it is much, much more.
"It is Freedom in every aspect of the lives of all humans on Planet Earth; it is Freedom for the animal and the plant kingdoms, and for the mineral kingdoms who are deemed to serve the humans. You know, it’s the humans who think all of the other kingdoms are here to serve. If you ask members of the other kingdoms what they have to say about that, they would take a different perspective and voice a different point of view which is true and appropriate, and as you like to say, it is high time because we are in High Times and we are continuing on this Path!
"Let us propose that you need look no further for proof of all of this than the most recent resignations of humans, or we shall say those who appear to be human, from very high positions! We shall be lending our support to the election of a pope who is one with the people and in turn with all of the kingdoms. I have the pleasure of announcing that there shall be some who are not cardinals when that enclave meets.
"Representing all of us, you and us, including those of us who come to be with you, shall be St. Germain and Archangel Michael, because if there was ever a group that needed to get the Truth out on the table, it’s the group of cardinals who shall decide who will be the new leader of millions of people who belong – and you can take that any way you choose – to the Catholic Church. It’s time for a lot of fresh air to blow through those hallowed halls. It’s time for the secrets to not be secrets anymore and its time for those who are truly upon the spiritual path - and everybody is told to be on the spiritual path - it's just that the leaders are not quite on the same path - it’s time for them to be freed from the dogmas, the restrictions and the enslavements that have been put upon them. So there is going to be a lot happening there!
"We are going to support the election of a new pope as part of the breath of spring; the breath of spring is, by the way, also called the equinox. You have a date on your calendar of approximately the twenty-first of March - in some places of the world there is variance. And there are going to be a lot of breaths of spring coming, so stay tuned!!!
"We shall comment briefly upon another resignation, and that is of course of the queen. Her name is Beatrix, and she is a part of the ruling establishment in Europe, which is changing, as it must. And so Pope Ratzinger will become Cardinal Ratzinger and his published gameplan is that he shall retire back to that place from where he came, which is the heart of illuminati land, but the reality of it is he has another date, and the reality of it is, that this is all being taken care of.
"We only give you these examples because there have been no publication of the arrests as of yet but we want you to know that many, many, many, many, many arrests have already taken place, and the ones you see representing these beings are simply that - representatives. Solid holographic representations, clones, look-alikes – all programmed in to the old ways.
"If somebody does not resign or leave their body, suddenly or otherwise, or disappear through all of this, then you can be fairly certain that they’ve been wearing a white hat because everybody who’s been wearing the dark hats are scheduled for, what you might call, the greatest round-up Planet Earth has never seen! And it has been ongoing for some time. We just want to assure you that when you see these big, famous names, world leader names, the big things are happening! As we have said, the breath of spring is really not that far off if you want to look at your calendars.
"The really big news, coming back to the event just completed -they’re going to go on and on and talk about it, but there is really not anything very convincing that the opposition can say about Obama’s latest speech. If you had the opportunity to watch it, or you take the opportunity after this, you will note that even Mr. Boehner had to be in the applause state and that there was quite a bit of applause and the President put the, shall we say, responsibility, out to the Congress and the Senate to be responsible. What a concept!!!
"To be responsible to the people of the Unites States of America and ultimately the World, and stop messing things up! And just in case you were not aware, there were many, many, many in the Unites States of America and indeed in all of the countries around the World who are scheduled to be included in the big roundup. Or they already have been. In fact, there is one who is long gone, and about her retirement - don’t believe what some are saying, that she might be running for the office of President next time. She’s already been taken care of.
"We trust that this is all good news because we understand that it can be frustrating to see the same old headlines and to have some of the same old stuff coming up. But you read and look at that speech and count all of the new, and innovative and creative ideas which were put forth in it, addressing every aspect of the Lifestyle! The ideas and the innovations are a bridge, and as soon as this bridge is crossed with enough votes of support, and most importantly with enough support from the Hearts of the people, the next bridge will be right there and that’s called NESARA!
"If you have not had an opportunity to support what was presented in this speech, read it, watch it, fall in Love with the ideas and the concepts. Rejoice at the stories of the people who were presented! They would call themselves ordinary citizens, and they did extraordinary things in the course of being citizens and taking responsibilities. And yes, there were those who represented the innocent, the victims.Remember who has fomented so many of these violent acts – forgive, send them Love, but support them no more!!!
"Let us give thanks to all of those who have participated in all of these events, from the mass genocides and 9/11, right down to the child. It was a case of mistaken identity they said, the one who was shot in the park near Obama’s home. They said it was a gang who thought that she was part of a rival gang – 15 years old. She took a bullet for humanity. That wasn’t what she was thinking about, but her higher self knew, and she was welcomed immediately.
"Support Peace, be for Peace, and do whatever you can, whatever you’re moved to do, whatever your Hearts tell you to do – this is think-with-your-Hearts, Beloved Ones, that’s how to live the Golden Age Lifestyle. Support Peace, be Love, and be a true Citizen of the Golden Age, because the Golden Age does not know the boundaries of countries.
"The Golden Age, while it is about the kind of abundance that will free you, it is not about who has the most money, or the most guns, or who’s better than anyone else, the Golden Age is for all to live in Peace, Joy, and brotherly and sisterly Love, sharing and caring and being One with each other and indeed, with all of the kingdoms of Mother Gaia - and beyond!!!
"We shall have Sekhmet come and join us with another one of her powerful Crystalline Exercises. But this one is the first about living the Golden Age Lifestyle, and there will be more to come. This one is the introduction, this one is to set the stage, so let’s fly together and be in Joy! Sekhmet has requested her special song,** it was actually given by Mary Magdalene, but Sekhmet loves it so much.

The pressures you are putting on your authorities, leaves them in no doubt you are not going to sit back and allow the old ways to continue. You are calling for change that will put you on course for the introduction of New Age benefits that have been held back. It is clear for example that there has to be moves towards introducing free energy, as electricity and gas prices are being allowed to escalate world wide to the point where people cannot afford them. We wonder how many demonstrations will take place before the subject is given serious consideration. People have been very patient but there comes a point when they cannot take any more. That is a dangerous time for the authorities who must not ignore what is taking place. Riots are not pleasant and we do not advocate any form of violence, but we do understand when you see such action as the only way to get attention to your demands. It means that we may have to intervene on your behalf if matters get out of hand.

Fortunately following the recent inflows of energy that have lifted people up, there is a calming affect produced by those who have taken them into their being, and are able to project Love and Light on to situations. That is keeping a balance within society, and is helping wake up even more individuals to the need for peaceful activities. Much more will be gained by bringing out the best in people, rather than causing confrontation with those in power. Love is the most powerful force in the Universe and we encourage you to use it, and by your example bring people round to your way of thinking. You will notice that as more people awaken they also experience a change in their level of consciousness, and it becomes easier to bring them together to work for a common purpose. That is where your power lays and it will bring positive results.

As you are finding, it is still difficult to make progress when the dark Ones are still holding onto their power. There is however a limit as to how far they can go, as they no longer have the extensive back up that they depended on to be successful. They are being picked off one at the time and it is weakening their ability to carry through with their plans. The lack the co-ordination and leadership that was once always there to support them. Our hope is that they will discontinue their activities and see the Light, and take another path that will lead them out of the darkness. From our perspective it is never too late for a soul to change tracks, and they would be welcomed back as it is not our place to be the judge of their past lives. It is for this reason that we have previously asked you to hold back judgment of any other soul who remains in the dark, but rather be one who endeavors to lift them up by giving of your love. Darkness is the absence of Light, and you who are Lightworkers can change that situation without imposing yourself upon another soul.

You still have plenty of work to do bring the New Age into being, but it is becoming easier as you have an immense back up from us and other sources. There is never a time that we are not with you, and we do our best to inspire you and encourage you to always seek the most perfect outcome in all situations. You hold the banner for all those who are awakening, and they will find you when the need arises. We know that your heart is in the right place and is where you work from, so that your decisions are made in the best interests of everyone. We have such admiration for you all, and are pleased that before not too long you will see the results of your endeavors. Do not despair, as you have really done the difficult bit and have advanced much further than you realize. It is more important than it ever was to keep focused on the outcome of the changes, rather than concentrate on the imbalances themselves. See all falling into place as has been expected and promised, because you are so near to the final days of the old paradigm. It has little or no power to remain in the present high levels of energy, and must break up and return to the lower levels of vibration.

As soon as the levels of consciousness reach a certain point, you will literally force the awaited changes to come into being. The negativity that is holding them up will find that its power has become dissipated, and can no longer dictate the time line that they would like to restrict you to. Already more headway is being made than at any previous time, and fulfillment of the promises made to you are so very near. However, the final divine word rests with God ensuring total success once it is given. Even so we believe that in a matter of some months the direction you are going in will become clear, and we expect there to be massive support from you. Your part will be to spread the good news as you understand it, and bring more souls in to the Light.

We oversee what is happening upon Earth, but nevertheless take something of a back seat as our Allies continue to take more control of what is happening. Naturally we give them our guidance, having a better overall understanding of how matters are likely to work out. We are the unseen helpers who pave the way for your ultimate victory over the dark Ones. We bear no malice or anger where they are concerned, and have compassion for any soul that has drifted away from their Light. We never forget that everything is an important part of the whole, and we give of our Light in equal part to all on their evolutionary path. Everyone has the same potential to find their way back to the Light, and we help where we are asked for guidance.

Dear Ones help keep the peace, and help keep the balance between different sects and races. Sometimes they find it hard to accept the Oneness of the Human Race, and often religious differences are ingrained into their memory from their childhood. Lovingly accept the differences and allow others to follow their own path, providing it does not interfere with another souls freedom of choice. Fear is at the root of most troubles, and of course played upon by the Illuminati and their supporters. Replace fear with love and allow others to follow their dictates until they realize that their experience has been fulfilled and no longer needed.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and happy to see what progress has been made towards bringing peace to the Earth, although we appreciate that many minor wars still take their toll on human life. It will not be too long before peace will be agreed across the planet, and we will ensure that it is permanent.

Beloved Ones,
I would like to have discourse on the quality of love known as cooperation. This quality is one that is present in inter-relationships between people as they work together to accomplish a specified goal or mutual objective. This quality produces feelings in each individual that engenders loyalty and support, trust and a willingness to pursue the vision to its full manifestation on the physical plane. The vision must be fully shared by all parties involved as this will create a feeling of enthusiasm and passion for the end result. It requires consideration for each member of the project and the burden in the manifestation of the project must be shared equally in order for this quality to come forth with grace and ease.
When projects are undertaken that rely on the input of just one of the people involved it can create pressure within that individual to produce according to the expectations of others and the flow of creativity comes to a grinding halt, for this is not how the flow of creativity works. Creativity works best when the joy of creation is present without thought of reward or expectation, it just is and it flows and is given freely. When there is reluctance to take on the responsibility of production and any resultant responsibility for something that was not part of the original agreement, then it is only through cooperation of all parties that this challenge can be overcome.
In any endeavor involving a group of individuals, there must be clear understandings and guidelines at the very beginning, else this most important quality known as cooperation will not be present. If each individual has a different vision for the outcome of the endeavor, it will be much more difficult to bring forward the end result. All must share the same vision and cooperate fully to bring the vision about. All must be in complete alignment with the intention and purpose of the original plan. It is through the spirit of cooperation that all projects requiring the input of many people is successfully fulfilled.
In all personal relationships the element of cooperation flavors every aspect of daily living. This most important quality of love is needed to allow the relationship and the growth potential of each individual to blossom into possibility. This is why many relationships are very successful, for in them is the inherent desire of both parties to assist and help each other succeed in their goals and dreams. It becomes a positive experience of reward and fulfillment for one and the happy understanding of the other that they gave assistance, encouragement and support to bring about this happy occurrence. All need to be acknowledged for the part they have played or are playing.
Also required is the cooperation of each Soul to be willing to align with their Higher Presence in order that together, the greater purpose of their incarnation can be realized and fully manifest upon the Earth plane of existence. This facet of love can foster the greatest accelerated growth in the quickest time, creating positive and beneficial transformation in all aspects of their life upon this planet. Through the spirit of cooperation and devotion, many miraculous occurrences can take place. All falls into place according to divine timing and fruition and the universe will bring many rewards to the one who can put aside their human ego to the greater cause of divine potential fulfilled.
As we move forward in this new age of Light, this most important facet of love known as cooperation will be most prominent in all human interactions and the sense of oneness and belonging will be apparent to all. When there is a spirit of oneness and cooperation between humanity, there will be greater peace and harmony in their world. When humankind fosters honesty and cooperation in all their dealings with others, great and rapid changes will occur in their world which will have far reaching effects upon the succeeding generations to come.
I leave you now to ponder on these words and remind you that we are always with you, in your good times and those that challenge you to grow beyond your former perceived limitations. We are your cheering legions as you daily move onto the next step of your spiritual journey here on Earth.

Angelic Help With The Shifting Energies

Things have not yet settled after the energetic disruption of the Cosmic Moment.  As a result of the shake up the shadow sides of individuals, countries and the world are coming out to be examined.  It has been so difficult for so many people, myself included.  The good news is that this too will pass.  It feels as if some projects and relationships that have been totally stuck for the past few weeks are moving forward tentatively now.
It is a time to hold steady and remain as calm and relaxed as possible.  You may find another level of your inner child reveals itself for healing and it is certainly time to clear out the clutter and uncord.  One thing is certain we need the loving help of angels more than ever at this challenging time.  Here are three things you can do that may help you.

Bringing peace into your home or office

In New Light on Angels I explain how to create a peace corner.  I have often told the story of a young teenager who read this and decided to change the energy in her home.  Her brothers and parents stopped quarrelling and the atmosphere in their house shifted.  You may do this exercise for one minute or one hour, as long as you can hold your thoughts on peace.  The Angels of Peace will see your intention and they will enfold you.

Step 1. Choose a place in your home which can be dedicated to peace.  It may be a chair or an alcove or somewhere you can sit quietly.
Step 2. Sit in this place at least twice a day.
Step 3. Call in the angels of peace to be with you.
Step 4. Think only peaceful thoughts while you are in this place.
Step 5. Relax and know that soft golden energy is flowing from your peace corner through your home or office and others will be affected by it.
You can make a difference.

Healing your inner child

So many of us think we have gone a long way towards healing our inner child but any unresolved layers are screaming at us now for attention.  Most people need more inner nurturing, love, validation and support. You can do this simple exercise with your own inner child or to help someone else. Try doing it even if you don’t think you need it!
Step 1. Find a place where you can be undisturbed and light a candle if possible.
Step 2. Close your eyes and relax.
Step 3. Ask your Guardian Angel to place its beautiful golden wings around you so that you can sink into them.
Step 4. Imagine yourself as a baby or child.  You may be surprised at the age of your inner child.
Step 5. If it is a baby, sense and feel yourself cuddling and rocking your tiny self.  Whisper, sing or send to it all the things it needs to hear.  Know that your Guardian Angel is healing your baby through you.
Step 5b. If it is a child look into its eyes and see or sense the uncertainty and longing for acceptance and love.  Whisper, sing or send to it all the things it needs to hear and know that your Guardian Angel is pouring love and healing into your child through you.
Step 6. When your baby or child looks and feels safe and loved ask your Guardian Angel to pour golden light into its aura.
Step 7. Place your golden child into your heart.

Uncording with Archangel Michael

I feel that uncording is one of the most important things we can do to help ourselves and keep our energies clear.  If you work with people or have a family they will unintentionally be putting cords into you.  Uncording may help you to see a higher perspective, take clear decisions, think more clearly, work better and have more energy.  This does not mean that the person will disappear from your life but it allows the lower emotional entanglements to dissolve.  You can do this yourself or you may find my Karma Release CD helpful, in which Archangel Michael helps you cut away your cords.
Step 1. Find a place where you can be quiet and undisturbed.  Light a candle if possible.
Step 2. Invoke Archangel Michael.
Step 3. Ask the person or people you wish to uncord from to sit in front of you.
Step 4. If you can, visualise and feel the cords between you.  They may come into different chakras.
Step 5. Mentally tell this person or people you are now releasing them so that they are free to be themselves.
Step 6. Ask Archangel Michael to cut the cords with his Sword and dissolve them right down to their roots.
Step 7. Feel or imagine this happening.
Step 8. Thank the person or people for co-operating and see them walk through a golden gate onto their highest pathway.
Step 9. Thank Archangel Michael and then open your eyes.

Dear Ones,
You have channeled, meditated and done whatever you felt necessary to achieve what you want – whether a new home or an improved relationship. We could respond with the answer you have heard for so long – “Have patience.” But we will not for you are more mature than when we started discussing New Age shifts.
You are no longer children of the Universes, you are adults.
You are now able to accept and expect specific deadlines.
As a child, your parents told you when to expect Christmas. Perhaps they even helped you cross off  days on a calendar. But without their help, you did not know when to celebrate Christmas. Adults kept track of time. So it is for you now.
You want to know when the life you dream of will arrive. You are tired, angry – and you want answers. Think of yourselves as having passed your due date  in the 9th month of pregnancy. Few pregnant women find that situation humorous – or acceptable. So it is for you now.
If you remember, you first shift spiritually,then emotionally and finally, physically in all aspects of this transition. We have been discussing your physical shifts for a few weeks now. So you are most likely past your due date.
What can you do to force the issue, to create your dreams? There is little to do other than wait as is true for the birth of a baby.
The difference is what has happened to you before this wait period. Previously, you depended on angels, guides, animal totems or any outer-directed format to create. You were comfortable completing whatever exercise or program “they” told you was appropriate. You emphasized color therapy one day, a reading the next, meditation the next and after many such activities, your dream was either realized or you had outgrown it.
The scenario is now different. Even though you can follow whatever anyone tells you to do, that will not produce the reward you are expecting. In truth, such efforts are counterproductive. A bit like copying someone’s homework only to fail the test because you did not understand the coursework.
How did your dreams materialize if you created on the basis of what others told you? Quite frankly, the results were haphazard. If you tried hard enough and long enough, your dreams would materialize – maybe not quite as you wished but close enough for you to declare that you could manifest whatever you wanted.
You created by accident and not intention. If you try enough exercises, one will eventually work. But to do so takes so much time and effort – and escalates your discomfort with your current life.
Now it is as if you have a billion dollars in the bank and you can spend that money any way you like. You are no longer a child asking for an allowance, you are the adult in control of the checkbook.
What good is a checkbook without the rewards attached to spending those resources?
This is the point of our discussion. You have unlimited funds in your checking account. And only your signature will open those funds. Your signature consists of whatever piece or activity feels right for you. It is no longer appropriate for someone to tell you how to access those funds. No one is more wise than you. It is time to test your creation skills. Right here. Right now. You are an adult who knows when Christmas is, but who also can change that date on a whim.
There are no exercises more powerful than the ones you create or are attracted to. There is no one outside of you who knows what you need better than you.
Perhaps you are in a crisis mode and nothing is changing. What should you do? Who should you see? Listen to your inner-being. The answers are within you – as are all the manifestation skills you can imagine.
Perhaps you have asked for assistance repeatedly to no avail. Have you asked yourself why? By continuing the belief that you only receive gifts when you have done something special or find the right guru, you are maintaining your Old Age belief of hard work and little play.
Your inner-being is part of you, just as is true for your toenails. Your higher self, inner-being or soul are not greater than you. You are as important to the totality of your being as any other cell, as any other part.
Do you need two legs? You can always purchase prosthetic legs, but they would not function as well as the legs you lost.
Even though you do not think much about your legs, you would miss them if they were not there. Or you would not feel right if you had a knee injury or an ingrown toenail. Your physical being supports you in so many ways without requests or complaints. When it does complain or request help, you try to provide what it needs.
Your higher self, soul, and inner-being are no different. If you expect them to reward you for just being you, think how often you do the same for your limbs that work so diligently with little or no complaint.
Let us clarify. You are an extremely important element of your soul, higher self and inner-being. But your belief patterns have encouraged you to treat those parts of your being as gods or somehow better and more advanced than you. You are them. And they are you.
Allow that thought to become firmly entrenched in your belief patterns. Then know without a doubt that you have the right to request whatever support you need to feel comfortable. Is that not what an ingrown toenail does? “I need new shoes.” “I need a podiatrist.” You listen and follow through – do you not? So it is for you.
You are uncomfortable. Expect your higher self, inner-being and soul to direct you to the place that alleviates your discomfort for you are as an important element as any other of your totality. You no longer need to feel like a child waiting for his parent to allow him to celebrate Christmas.
You are a full adult in the vibrations of your soul, higher self and inner-being. Believe that. Know that. And act accordingly. Does that mean you will scream for attention. Perhaps. But more likely, you will merely shift your perception from that of a child hoping her parent will provide what she needs to an adult who knows they can create what they want. So be it. Amen.

Power, responsibility for world changes; Pope Benedict’s resignation; Vatican history; North Korea’s nuclear test; cost of war, random violence; employment, productivity transition to peace; status of women and gays; seven decades of progress

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Since the December solstice the vast majority of Earth’s population has been tending to respective responsibilities and pursuing usual interests. The believers in the doomsday theory connected with the end of the Mayan calendar are feeling a tad foolish, yet relieved if the truth be told.

None of them knows what you do, that during the in-surge of light those few weeks ago Earth took her first steps into fourth density. Many of you still are feeling disappointed, even discouraged, because nothing of apparent change took place, and it is especially these dear ones whom we want to uplift and give renewed confidence.   

Think of a newborn babe, who comes with specific talents, skills, interests, independent thoughts and goals.  That “package of potentials” isn’t at all evident in the infant’s earliest days; however, as this little person grows, the innate abilities start to emerge and with proper nurturing, they bloom with ever greater creativity and polish.     

It is the very same process with Earth’s Golden Age, so recently birthed, and its “package of potentials.” The light intensity in your world has made this infant era extraordinarily “fertile,” you could say, making it easier now than ever before for the fruits of your labors to flourish.

This is a time to feel positive, optimistic, enthusiastic and victorious—you mastered the difficult stages of Earth’s ascension! Her leaving third density when she did was preordained, but the many millions among you who are slumbering to one extent or another might not have made it. 

But they did, and it is with thanks both to the in-pouring of light during the solstice and to your radiance.  Your light was essential then and it is just as essential now as you move forward in your world co-creating process. 

All along you have had not only the power, but the responsibility to make your world whatever you want it to be.  In the continuum that glorious world is fait accompli, but in linear time your mission goes on. And what comes next is exceedingly fulfilling and gratifying—restoring to Earth and all her residents peace, health and harmony. You mustn’t “fall down on the job” by letting disillusionment dim your light!    

Indeed your universal family has helped immensely throughout Earth’s ascension process and they continue to do so in the many ways we have enumerated. Just as Earth’s entry into fourth density during the solstice was preordained, so was all of that extraterrestrial help—both are major provisions of the Golden Age master plan that was established in consonance with Gaia’s vision for Earth. 

Because your family’s light is more intense than yours and their technologies are far advanced of your own, their assistance has been and will continue to be in ways that are beyond your current capabilities. However, the pace of society’s progress always has been determined by the planet’s collective residents—it can be no other way because it is your world.

Let us speak for a moment about some recent developments—first, Pope Benedict.  A most unusual event indeed, a pope resigning, and the announced reason, “advanced age,” is factual in a way.

The pope seen publicly is a clone. Because it is aging rapidly and its energy is ebbing, it will not be able to function much longer and replacement clones are hard to come by these days.  That is why the pontiff himself, who looks healthier and younger than the clone, will remain in seclusion.  Depending upon his life span and the timing of the truth about clones coming forth, he may be seen later on looking quite refreshed.  

The significance of this resignation is much more far reaching than a failing clone—it cracks open the door to truths that have been hidden for centuries, such as pedophilia in the priesthood has been rampant for over 1500 years. 

The Vatican, which has been a major world player under the Illuminati umbrella, is the international headquarters of Satanism, and its untold wealth includes stolen art treasures acquired in collaboration with Nazis during World War II. Any pope who raised an objection to the mammoth deceit, unconscionable behavior and amassing of fortunes was short-lived. 

Yet, possibly the most shocking revelation will be the disclosure of ancient records that will show how the Bible long ago was strategically altered—most notably the fabricated story about Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection—to give the church control over the Catholic populace. 

When all of that becomes public knowledge, the Vatican’s long reign will be over. The crumbling will be extremely sad and difficult for Catholics, but all devout Christians will be profoundly affected by learning that the foundation of their lives was built on lies.

Compassion for all of those souls can help them accept that the truth about Jesus’ life and teachings is far more valuable than what they have been taught. Their beliefs that are based in spirituality rather than in dogma will endure and the rituals based on falsehoods will fade away.  

Media around the world also have been abuzz about North Korea’s nuclear test. Launching a missile is one thing, exploding a warhead is quite another, and that test was not nearly as effective as that country would like the world to think. However, like Iran, North Korea is considered “rogue” and a threat that could lead to a nuclear war.    

You know that there will be no such war and no attempt to detonate a nuclear warhead in space will be successful, but few others know that. So how to reduce the perceived dire threat those two countries pose is on the world stage, and in the United States it is sharing the spotlight with gun violence.

Beyond the personal tragedies of all who are directly affected, violence deeply touches the global conscience. As conscious and spiritual awareness continues expanding, all will understand that violence breeds only more violence, never harmony or cooperation or respect. Some scattered bellicose chatter will continue for a while, but increasing emphasis on negotiating differences eventually will result in international disarmament.  

The incentive to stop warring and random violence goes beyond ending widespread death and grief. The other costs of war—devastation of land and natural resources, destruction of homes, businesses, infrastructure—and of random violence—law enforcement, legal and court proceedings, prisons—is a gargantuan collective expense.

Throughout your world many millions are languishing in prisons because they were captured in war or are incarcerated by unfair laws, corrupt judicial systems, excessively harsh penalties for minor offenses, wrongful conviction or mental disorders. This shameful blot on your history will be cleared in stages as will treating mental illness as long as that condition is an aspect of life.  

Funds no longer needed to perpetuate or defend against violence will be directed into areas of critical need like education and health care; energy technologies; innovative business growth; repair and maintenance of roads, rails and bridges; environmental reclamation.

Citizens’ demands for those and other kinds of improvements will force governments to take action. Industries that now fuel war machines will convert their manufacturing processes to other types of production, and employees who need training in fields of their choice will receive it.

In our last message we touched upon equal rights for women and in numerous messages we have said that souls in a third density civilization must attain balanced lifetime experiencing so they can evolve into fourth density. Relegating women to an inferior status was a primary factor in Earth’s spiraling down from fifth density to deep third and staying stuck there.

The karmic merry-go-round kept giving women who were maltreated in one lifetime the opportunity to attain balance in other incarnations by being the oppressors.  And so it went millennia after millennia until finally women started inching forward permanently in their fight to obtain an education, to vote, to organize, to speak their minds despite social stigma.    

In most countries today women are rightfully recognized as indispensable contributors to society. Homemaking and motherhood no longer is a presumed role—the choice to not marry or to not have children is equally honored.  Millions of women are successfully combining family life with university attendance or careers.  

Women are distinguishing themselves in fields formerly considered the province of men such as engineering, science, electronics and research, and they are holding political office, owning small businesses or heading corporations. 

Many reform movements around the world have been initiated by women. In countries where their civil and God-given rights still are denied, brave individuals are taking bold steps toward ending that cruel unjustness and  social media have given global supportiveness to their determined efforts.

The same is true for gay people, who also have long been denied the respect, dignity, opportunities and rights that heterosexuals enjoy.  In cultures where that status still is afforded only to men, honoring the rights of gay people will come slowly, just as for women. Eventually everyone will know that homosexuality is an advanced stage of spiritual growth wherein feminine and masculine energies are more balanced than in heterosexual persons.

Achieving peace and full rights for all citizens will lag in the hardcore regions of conflict and oppression—notably the Middle East, some African countries, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and North Korea.  Many of those countries must resolve difficulties due to tribal, religious, caste, gender, cultural and political differences as well as those groups’ economic disparities.

You may think it ironic that the clamor for violence reduction and the rights of women and gay couples is highly publicized in the United States, yet that country’s mainstream media omit what is reported in other “free” countries. For instance, there has been nothing about the arrests of many bankers and other influential individuals in Europe and there’s never been a peep about the obvious presence of spacecraft. 

The Rothschild faction of the Illuminati, which governed its empire from London and the Vatican, lost its media foothold along with its other powers in that part of the world. A section of the Illuminati’s Rockefeller faction, headquartered in Washington, DC, and New York City, still has influence on major media in the US as well as on Wall Street; and their lingering foothold in Congress is evident in the intransigence that has stagnated progress.

Yes, we know that for the most part, what we have been speaking about is not new information.  So why did we recount those things that you know well? Because you need to think about how far you have progressed since Earth’s ascension started!  

Those seven decades back the conviction was that killing the “enemy” was a patriotic duty.  Many, many millions eagerly went forth into battle, supported in both spirit and war machinery production by their civilian counterparts. Today the desire of overwhelming numbers around the world is to end bloodshed and live peacefully together.     

In the late 1930s, the heavy hand of darkness controlled everything that impacts life on Earth—governments, the economy, commerce and industry, teachings in churches and schools, laws and justice systems, the media, the environment.  Very few persons questioned decisions made by any of those authoritative bodies.

Now there is widespread questioning of authorities’ motives and opposition to decisions and actions that are against the common good.  Think of the massive amount of corruption, deceit, and depravity that your efforts have “brought to light.” Think of how you have brought the world’s attention to brutality and unjustness that used to be silently endured. 

You need to feel encouraged by and grateful for the dramatic advancements and you need to give yourselves credit for your contributions. Recognizing accomplishments is not hubris, it is a source of inspiration and motivation to keep on until the mission is completed.  You may not be in the forefront of progressive moments, but please never forget the power of your thoughts and feelings!  

To quote from our last message: Just as before—always!—Earth’s residents’ journeys depend upon the choices each makes, and the cumulative choices make up the collective consciousness.  So, it is your thoughts, passionate feelings and actions that will set Earth’s pace from now on. Whether that is happily humming through fourth density or soaring like an eagle, Gaia is jubilant—the exceptionally difficult leg of the ascension is over! 

It is as imperative now as before to focus on what you want in your world, not on what you don’t want!  Please do not lament conditions that are distressing or disparage individuals who don’t share your views.  Instead, let your thoughts and feelings be about life in harmony with Nature and an abundance of goodness for everyone.   

Steadfastness in the light hastens Earth’s pace toward the healthy, beautiful tranquil world that already exists in the continuum.  How we wish that you could see the magnificence of your co-creation just as we do! 

The unconditional love and honor of light beings throughout this universe is with you now and evermore.
